Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis permasalahan pendidikan nasional. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 2 macam masalah pendidikan, yaitu masalah dalam lingkup makro dan masalah lingkup mikro. Permasalahan makro mencakup: (1) Semakin banyaknya peserta didik yang tidak sebanding dengan ketersediaan sarana pendidikan yang bermutu; (2) Langkanya sarana dan juga dana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan; (3) Biaya Pendidikan yang Mahal ; (4) Ketidaktepatan hasil pendidikan; (5) Ketidakefisienan sistem pendidikan; (6) Kurikulum yang Membingungkan dan Terlalu Kompleks; (7) Pendidikan yang Kurang Merata; (8) Masalah Penempatan Guru; (9) Rendahnya Kualitas Guru. Sedangkan pemasalahan pendidikan dalam lingkup mikro mencakup: (1) Metode Pembelajaran yang Monoton; (2) Sarana dan Prasarana Kurang Memadai; (3) Rendahnya Prestasi Siswa.

Abstract

Financial risk management is a systematic process of identifying, measuring, analyzing, and controlling risks related to the financial aspects of a company or organization, with the aim of minimizing potential losses and maximizing profit opportunities. One of the main strategies in mitigating financial risk is diversifying sources of income. Dependence on a single source of funding, such as government funds, can become a serious concern when there are changes in policies or unstable economic conditions. To reduce this dependence, educational institutions can establish partnerships with private entities or set up school business units. The types of financial risk management are credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, legal risk, and equity risk. Educational institutions must be able to manage their budgets well to avoid wastage or imbalance in fund allocation. The rapid growth of risk management services indicates that management can increase company value by controlling financial risks. Therefore, financial managers are able to actively identify and manage the market risks they face.

Abstract

Cultural and civic literacy play a crucial role in shaping national character, strengthening national identity, and maintaining harmony within a diverse society. In today's era of globalization, local cultures are increasingly marginalized by the influence of foreign cultures, especially among younger generations. This paper explores the importance of cultural literacy in society, its roles and impacts on social life, and strategies to enhance it. Through a deep understanding of local values, norms, and wisdom, communities are expected to develop greater awareness of the need to preserve national culture. The discussion also highlights the importance of active participation from various societal elements—ranging from families and schools to community groups—in revitalizing cultural values through meaningful activities. Thus, the cultural literacy movement is not only a means of cultural preservation but also serves as a foundation for building an inclusive, tolerant society with a strong sense of national pride
