Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi membaca anak jalanan yang didasarkan kebutuhan belajar. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah anak-anak jalanan/marginal di rumah belajar binaan Adyaksa yang merupakan salah satu binaan Komunitas Peduli Anak Jalanan (KPAJ) Kota Makassar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui inovasi Ludolife (Ludo Literasi, Fun, dan Edukasi), media pembelajaran berbasis boardgame, dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan literasi membaca anak jalanan, pola pengajaran pendidikan non formal yang tidak berdasarkan pada kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak binaan yang beragam, manajemen peserta didik yang belum terstruktur, serta masih kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan kegiatan pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, serta refleksi dan evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pra plekasanaan dilakukan pemetaan berdasarkan 3 klasifikasi karakteristik kemampuan membaca peserta didik, dilanjutkan pendampingan pengajaran hingga simulasi media pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama 2 pekan (4 kali pertemuan). Pada tahap pelaksanaan, peserta didik dibagi menjadi 4 tim dalam permainan boardgame Ludolife, dengan hasil yang ditunjukkan peningkatan literasi membaca peserta didik. Refleksi sebagai bentuk kegiatan evaluasi yang berlanjut dengan menggunakan survei kepuasan kepada pihak mitra terhadap pengimplementasian media pembelajaran ini. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya semangat yang baik dari peserta didik sehingga dapat terlibat aktif baik dalam tahap pengajaran hingga pelaksanaan kegiatan inti dengan memainkan media Ludolife. Adanya kegiatan ini dapat memberikan peningkatan literasi membaca anak serta membangun semangat anak yang tinggi untuk belajar sambil bermain.

Abstract

Analisis varian atau biasa disingkat ANAVA merupakan salah satu analisis yang biasa digunakan untuk menganalisis ragam antar beberapa populasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas tentang analisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan kata kunci ANAVA sebagai sumber dari data analisis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian atau publikasi yang berkaitan dengan analisis varian atau ANAVA dan mengkaji karakteristik dari publikasi tersebut. Dari hasil analisis diperioleh bahwa hasil analisis berdasarkan software diperoleh 1261 istilah dan 17 istilah paling mendekati analisis varian atau ANAVA dan dari 17 istilah tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kluster yang berbeda yang menandakan hubungan dari tiap kluster, dari penggunaan kata kunci bersama terlihat bahwa kata kunci ANAVA merupakan kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan yang ditandai dengan ukuran lingkaran disetiap kluster. Begitupula dengan dentitas atau kerapatan dari kata kunci ANAVA yang menunjukkan warna paling terang yang berarti semakin terang warna dentitasnya maka semakin banyak penelitian yang telah dilakukan yang menggunakan kata kunci ANAVA.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation of a nation's development, and the quality of education is an important indicator of a country's progress. However, many educational institutions still face challenges in improving the quality of their services and the effectiveness of their programs. This research aims to discuss the evaluation and measurement of the success of educational endeavors, focusing on the definition of evaluation, factors that influence success, and relevant measurement indicators. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, by collecting data from various sources such as journals, books and interviews. The results show that the success of an educational endeavor is not only measured by academic results, but also by student satisfaction, parental loyalty, and the institution's image in the community. In addition, factors such as opportunity utilization, careful planning and competent human resource management greatly influence the success of education. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of systematic evaluation and the use of clear indicators in assessing the success of educational ventures. Thus, educational institutions are expected to formulate more effective strategies to improve the quality of their education and their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive global era.

Abstract

The low level of financial inclusion in Indonesia, which is not comparable to the financial literacy of the community, is a major problem in the context of the digital transformation of the financial sector. This study aims to analyze the role of Financial Technology (Fintech) in expanding financial access, identifying its positive and negative impacts on society, and evaluating the effectiveness of the regulatory and educational approaches applied. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies, documentation, and indirect observation of Fintech usage trends. The results of the study show that the most widely used Fintech services are digital wallets (85%), followed by online loans (60%) and digital investment (40%), while insurtech and crowdfunding are still low in use. Although Fintech has increased financial access, weak literacy and supervision raise the risk of misuse and digital insecurity. In conclusion, the development of inclusive, safe, and sustainable Fintech requires synergy between technological innovation, consumer protection, and increasing public financial literacy.

Abstract

Financial risk management is a systematic process of identifying, measuring, analyzing, and controlling risks related to the financial aspects of a company or organization, with the aim of minimizing potential losses and maximizing profit opportunities. One of the main strategies in mitigating financial risk is diversifying sources of income. Dependence on a single source of funding, such as government funds, can become a serious concern when there are changes in policies or unstable economic conditions. To reduce this dependence, educational institutions can establish partnerships with private entities or set up school business units. The types of financial risk management are credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, legal risk, and equity risk. Educational institutions must be able to manage their budgets well to avoid wastage or imbalance in fund allocation. The rapid growth of risk management services indicates that management can increase company value by controlling financial risks. Therefore, financial managers are able to actively identify and manage the market risks they face.

Abstract

This training program was initiated due to the limited ability of teachers to develop interactive digital-based learning media aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum. The objective was to enhance teachers’ competence in designing and utilizing Wordwall-based media to support engaging and participatory classroom activities. The training was conducted in both offline and online modes at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Bontonompo, involving 13 teachers. The implementation included lectures, demonstrations, Wordwall creation practices, and mentoring. Evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest instruments, as well as quality analysis of the developed media. The results indicated a significant improvement in scores, rising from an average of 14.92 (pretest) to 20.38 (posttest), with a Sig. < 0.05. All participants successfully produced one Wordwall-based media relevant to their teaching topics. This activity significantly contributed to improving teachers' skills in integrating technology into instruction and strengthening their digital pedagogical capacity. The program serves as a viable model for ongoing training aimed at promoting technology-integrated learning in schools.

Abstract

Education is a strategic sector requiring professional, entrepreneurship-based governance in the era of globalization. This article aims to elaborate on the concept of evaluation, measurement methods, and success indicators for educational ventures. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review design, data was collected from journal articles, books, and seminar proceedings via databases like Google Scholar, then analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The findings indicate that evaluation is a vital component assessing the success, effectiveness, and efficiency of educational programs, covering managerial to operational aspects. Various evaluation models such as Goal-Oriented, Goal-Free, Responsive Evaluation, and CIPP are relevant. The success of educational ventures is measured not only by academic or financial achievements but also by non-financial indicators like motivation, creativity, development strategies, and extensive networks. In conclusion, systematic and holistic evaluation is crucial for educational institutions to adapt and achieve objectives effectively and sustainably. Recommendations include broadening success indicators, adapting appropriate evaluation models, enhancing evaluator competence, strengthening networks, and conducting further empirical research.
