Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini yaitu Guru kurang bervariasi dalam menentukan model pembelajaran sehingga siswa cenderung merasa jenuh dan kurang termotivasi sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah pada pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VIII Di SMP N 2 Bangun Purba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Eksperimen Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa VIII SMP N 2 Bangun Purba. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA yang berjumlah 27 orang siswa dan siswa kelas VIIIB yang berjumlah 28 orang siswa. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan dasar pengambilan Ho ditolak apabila thitung > ttabel dan diterima Ha apabila t hitung > ttabel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test diperoleh data thitung 3,09 > 1,683. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Bangun Purba tahun pembelajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

The increasing use of vape e-cigarettes in Indonesia, particularly among adolescents, poses new challenges in terms of public health and legal regulation. They are often perceived as a safer alternative to conventional cigarettes, although their long-term effects are still not fully understood. This study aims to analyse the regulation of the use and circulation of vape in Indonesia, and compare it with the regulation in Malaysia, in order to identify the similarities, differences, and legal implications of these policies on society. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with literature study and comparative legal analysis. The results show that the regulation in Indonesia is still focused on the fiscal aspect through the application of excise tax, while the supervision of product distribution and content is still weak. In contrast, Malaysia applies stricter regulations, including a ban on sales to individuals under the age of 18 and a ban on the use of nicotine liquids since 2015. The conclusion of this study shows that Indonesia needs to improve its regulations by balancing the protection of public health and economic interests, and learn from the best practices implemented in Malaysia. More comprehensive policies and public education are expected to reduce the prevalence of vape use among adolescents and reduce long-term health risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of student etiquette in a program that teaches the rules of manners in the context of communal dining. Table etiquette is an essential part of social and professional life, and these skills are expected to enhance students' self-image and interpersonal abilities. The research method involved distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews with 7th-semester students who participated in the program. The findings indicate that the majority of 7th-semester students were able to apply etiquette well, although some challenges were observed in understanding and practicing more complex rules. Factors affecting the success of etiquette implementation include the level of understanding, cultural background, and the influence of instructors. This study recommends the need for a more structured approach and a variety of teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of the Table Manner program for 7th-semester students.

Abstract

Pengawasan partisipatif merupakan elemen penting dalam memperkuat kehidupan demokrasi. Minimnya pemahaman siswa SMA terhadap peran pengawasan dalam proses demokrasi mendorong dilaksanakannya kegiatan sosialisasi ini di SMAN 2 Rambah. Melalui tahapan observasi awal, penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik, kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa kelas XI dan XII. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, ditunjukkan melalui hasil quiz yang diberikan ketika sosialisasi diselenggarakan serta antusiasme mereka dalam simulasi. Dampak langsung terlihat dari meningkatnya kepedulian terhadap isu sosial-politik, keberanian menyampaikan pendapat di forum sekolah, dan kesiapan menjadi relawan demokrasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran demokrasi yang diserahkan kepada pihak sekolah dan direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam program ekstrakurikuler sebagai bentuk keberlanjutan edukasi secara sistematis, terencana, dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan timbal balik antara kemandirian lembaga pengawas pemilu, netralitas aparatur sipil negara (ASN), dan efektivitas penegakan hukum dalam konteks pemilu serentak di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, studi ini secara kritis mengevaluasi kerangka hukum dan implementasi praktis mekanisme pengawasan pemilu. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Bawaslu (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum) memiliki wewenang normatif yang luas, kinerjanya tetap dibatasi oleh kelemahan struktural dan campur tangan politik yang terus-menerus. Netralitas ASN semakin rentan terhadap politisasi, terutama setelah pembubaran Komisi Aparatur Negara (KASN), yang sebelumnya memainkan peran pengawasan yang krusial. Selain itu, upaya penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Bawaslu dan Gakkumdu belum mencapai efektivitas optimal, terutama akibat koordinasi antarlembaga yang lemah, tumpang tindih regulasi, dan keterbatasan sumber daya dan pendanaan. Studi kasus pemilihan umum 2019 menunjukkan bahwa banyak pelanggaran pemilihan tidak diproses secara memadai atau diabaikan, menyoroti kekhawatiran serius terkait integritas proses penegakan hukum. Temuan ini menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak untuk memperkuat lembaga pemilu, mereformasi kerangka regulasi, dan mendorong partisipasi publik yang aktif guna melindungi nilai-nilai demokrasi dan memastikan pemilu yang adil, transparan, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Digitalization in legal practice is becoming increasingly essential, especially in the drafting of legal claims, which demands high accuracy and certainty. Errors in drafting can result in obscuur libel rulings, potentially obstructing the litigation process. To address this, innovation is needed to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of legal document preparation. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expected to significantly improve this process by helping legal practitioners produce more precise documents and reduce legal uncertainty. This research aims to design an AI-based system that is both technically precise and legally compliant, enhancing the clarity of claim substance. The objective is to reduce the risk of obscuur libel rulings, promote adaptive and accountable court digitalization, and optimize the drafting process. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). It begins with a needs analysis to identify the issues faced by legal practitioners, followed by the development of a system using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to automate legal document preparation. The system is designed to help practitioners draft legal claims more accurately and efficiently. The results show that the AI-based system reduces drafting time by up to 70% compared to manual methods. The system also consistently detects ambiguous sentences and legal errors. Feedback from legal practitioners confirms that the user interface is intuitive and accessible, even for those without technical backgrounds. The automated feedback and recommendations based on NLP enhance the clarity and precision of legal documents. In conclusion, the system demonstrates great potential in improving the efficiency and accuracy of legal claim drafting, contributing significantly to the digitalization of the legal field.
