Abstract

Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village is starting from the concern about the change in the function of the mangrove forest and the potential in it such as the center for selling handicrafts, culinary, halfway houses and tourist destinations which have been a strong support for the community's economy in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip. Therefore, it is necessary to create synergy between various stakeholders in supporting the development of sustainable tourism in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip village. The Pentahelix model integrates five main elements, namely the government, society, academics, businesspeople, and the media, each of which has an important role in strengthening local tourism potential and maximizing community resources in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip. Through this PKM, it will be able to optimize the existence of mangrove forests and local culture, increase the economic empowerment of local communities through fishermen's catches and handicrafts. Through the involvement of the business sector, such as companies or MSME actors, the development of village economic potential can be more directed and sustainable, the fishermen's catch in the form of clams or barkgongs can be managed into culinary specialties and clam shells and barks can be managed into handicrafts in the form of frames, key toys, bags, and wall decorations. This collaboration can help overcome challenges such as budget constraints, training needs for residents of Kampung Tua Bakau Serip, and become an example of a tourist village in Indonesia. From the description above, innovation is needed with the creation of the Pentahelix collaboration model in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village so that concerns about changes in forest function and the potential that has existed so far such as the development of handicraft sales centers, culinary, halfway houses, and mangrove touring tourist destinations which have been a strong support for the community's economy in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip will continue to develop as an attractive tourist destination. sustainable, and have a positive impact on the local community as well as examples of tourist villages in Indonesia.

Abstract

This Community Service activity inspires the people of Ngenang that Ngenang Island has its own appeal to be marketed through the use of social media to promote tourism activities and enhance the economy of its residents. In particular, this activity allows lecturers and students to collaborate in finding the best solutions to the problems faced by the community. This activity involves lecturers and students in carrying out their threefold duties.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Masyarakat yang ada di kampung tua Bakau Serip melalui Pokdarwis Pandang Tak Jemu dalam memanfaatkan samapak kulit kerang jantan dan gonggong sebagai bahan baku pembuatan kerajinan tangan. Kerajinan tangan ini memiliki nilai ekonomis dan berdaya saing dengan produk yang dijual dipasar nasional dan internasional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi sebagai pengembangan inovasi pembuatan mesin pemotong dan penghalus kulit kerang jantan dan gonggong. Pendampingan ini meliputi ibu-ibu anggota podarwis pandang Tak Jemu, dimana kegiatan tersebut dilakukan mulai pada cara membersihkan, pengeringan, pemotongan, pengahalusan, dan pemisahan sesuai ukuran yang digunakan berdasarkan jenis kerajinan yang akan dibuat. Hasil kegiatan ini produk yang bernilai jual, memiliki nilai khasan dan cara menggunakan mesin serta cara memilihara mesin pemotong dan penghalus kulit kerang jantan dan gonggong.

Abstract

This Social Community is carried out to enable lecturers and students together with the community to find the best solutions that can answer the problems experienced by the community, especially in the use of social media as a marketing tool for tourism activities which can be part of the driving force for improving the economy of Lance Island residents. This PKM activity has inspired the Lance community that Lance Island has its own attraction to be marketed using residents' social media in tourism development as part of an opportunity to improve the welfare of the Lance Island community. Abstract

Mangrove Pandang Tak Jemu in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip is a unique and interesting ecotourism destination. Considering the importance of the mangrove tree ecosystem and its potential as a tourist attraction, an effective marketing strategy is needed. One of the most effective and efficient ways to promote this destination is through social media. This article resulting from community service will explain how social media can be used as a very effective tool to market the Mangrove Pandang Tak Jemu in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip. Choosing the right media and the right marketing strategy, social media can increase visibility thereby attracting more visitors, and ultimately support the mangrove forest environment through sustainable tourism. Optimal use of social media can help Mangrove Pandang Tak Jemu in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip become a widely known tourist destination, as well as provide education and increase awareness of the importance of the mangrove ecosystem as a lungs of the world

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of location, product availability and service quality on consumer decisions at Ayam Geprek Gold Chick Tiban. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature review. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling technique which takes respondents who happen to be on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The results of the analysis show that Location (X1) has an effect on consumer satisfaction of 4,023, Product Completeness (X2) has an effect on consumer satisfaction of 3,319, Service Quality (X3) has an effect on consumer satisfaction of 3,054, and the most significant of the three is 87,864. It is hoped that future researchers will perfect the parts of the variables that have not been studied within the scope of this research
