Abstract

This activity aims to instill noble moral values exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad to the community, as well as increase social care through social services. This program involved participants from representatives of majelis taklim throughout the Pisangan sub-district. Pisangan with a target beneficiary of 1,000 coupons containing basic necessities and other basic needs. Community service activities were carried out on Sunday, January 5 and 12, 2025, at the STIE Ganesha Campus and the Baiturrahman mosque, Pisangan Village. The activity implementation method consists of three main stages: (1) Isra Mi'raj Commemoration which is filled with tausiyah about the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of food and drink to the community. morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of Social Service Coupons, and (3) Distribution of Assistance to People in Need. This activity successfully reached around 250 participants representing mosques and taklim assemblies. Through this program, the community is expected to take lessons from the Prophet's struggle and apply them in everyday life by strengthening solidarity and social care. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the community in participating in the event and positive acceptance of the assistance provided. The implications of this activity are expected to encourage the community to be more active in religious and social activities, as well as strengthen the relationship between STIE Ganesha and the community. between STIE Ganesha and the local community. This activity also reinforces character education values based on noble morals that are relevant for young generation

Abstract

Padaidi Jaya Cooperative is a cooperative under two foundations namely Graha Ganesha Education Foundation (YPGG) and Aldian Nusantara Foundation (YAN) which consists of STIE Ganesha lecturers and Vocational Tourism teachers. The research aims to a) how the performance of Padaidi Jaya cooperative services to members, b) what economic benefits are received by members, and c) what efforts should be made to improve the welfare of members. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data processing techniques are taken through field observations, interviews, and literature. The research was conducted for five months from January to May 2023 with 100 members of the Padaidi Jaya cooperative. The results showed that the performance of the Padaidi Jaya cooperative management in providing services to members was very good, members were satisfied with the program that had been carried out by the management. Padaidi Jaya cooperative members get many benefits of economic benefits received by children's education funds, and food vouchers every month. In order to improve the welfare of members, the Padaidi Jaya cooperative management holds programs including a) saving and borrowing money with low services, so that members can save money and borrow when there is an urgent need, of course, this is in accordance with the process of administrative terms and conditions that apply in the internal cooperative organization, b) procuring electronic goods needed by members such as laptops and gadgets, c) providing household appliances d) home installment loans (KPR). The limitations of this study are within the scope of Padaidi Jaya cooperative members consisting of two educational foundations located on Legoso Raya Street, Pisangan Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City. This study contributes to the service and program solutions to improve the welfare of members.

Abstract

The Community Service conducted by LPPM STIE Ganesha focuses on the management of sacrificial animals, encompassing the entire process from slaughter to the packaging and processing of meat. The objective of this initiative is to enhance the skills and knowledge of the community and the management committee of DKM Masjid Baiturrahman, located at Jl. Legoso Raya No. 31B, RT 06 RW 07, Kelurahan Pisangan, District of East Ciputat, South Tangerang City, particularly regarding halal slaughter practices and the management of sacrificial meat packaging and processing. The methodology utilized by the service team involves direct education through explanations and demonstrations conducted indoors. This approach includes both technical demonstrations and theoretical explanations, with the expectation that they can be applied by the community and the management committee of DKM Masjid Baiturrahman in their daily practices. The outcomes of this community service initiative demonstrate an improvement in the community's understanding and skills related to halal slaughter practices and the processing of sacrificial animals. This improvement is evidenced by the participants' enthusiasm, active engagement in question-and-answer sessions, and participation in discussions by a significant number of DKM Masjid Baiturrahman's management committee. Furthermore, the initiative successfully fosters a spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration within the community, which are fundamental values in the execution of sacrificial rituals. These activities are anticipated to enhance the management of sacrificial animals at Masjid Baiturrahman to be more effective, efficient, and compliant with religious and health standards
