Abstract

The purpose of this study is to maximize and optimize local potential in Silatong Village, Simpang Kanan District, through more effective and efficient bamboo management. Bamboo was chosen because of its material ability to provide a strong structure and unique aesthetics. As a result, bamboo gates are used as a symbol of strong and environmentally friendly rural identity, with the aim of increasing community productivity in bamboo cultivation. The research method uses a participatory approach, which involves providing information to the public at every stage of project planning and implementation. Active participation of residents is very important in developing products that are relevant and useful for the local community. The results of making the gate show that local identity and active community participation play an important role in the development process. As a result, this project not only provides physical benefits such as infrastructure and production facilities, but also fosters a sense of togetherness and concern among fellow residents of Silatong Village. The results of this activity are expected to be an example for other communities in utilizing local resources effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Gastritis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang banyak dijumpai di klinik atau ruangan penyakit dalam dan merupakan salah satu penyakit yang banyak di keluhkan oleh masyarakat, baik remaja maupun orang dewasa. Banyak tindakan keperawatan komplementer yang dapat dilakukan sebagai pengobatan nyeri gastritis yaitu salah satunya pemberian kompres hangat. Kompres hangat meningkatkan relaksasi otot-otot dan mengurangi nyeri akibat spasme atau kekakuan serta memberikan rasa hangat lokal. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui asuhan keperawatan dengan pemberian kompres hangat terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada penderita gastritis di Desa Simpang Kubu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Tiris tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel dalam KIAN adalah purposive sampling yaitu sampel dipilih sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan yaitu Ny. Y. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal tanggal 16-18 Oktober 2023, implementasi dilakukan selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Hasil penelitian didapatkan terjadi penurunan skala nyeri pada klien yaitu dari skala nyeri 4 (nyeri sedang) menurun menjadi skala nyeri 1 (nyeri hilang) mengalami penurunan hingga hari ketiga. Diharapkan klien untuk melakukan Hal ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan atau sumber untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan perawatan mandiri pada masalah nyeri.

Abstract

This socialization was carried out in one of junior high school namely SMP Negeri 3 Meulaboh. This activity aims to improve and add insight to the younger generation or adolescents regarding the dangers of sexual harassment, drug abuse, and bullying crimes that can occur in today’s school environment. The method used is in the form of presentations related to prevention of sexual harassment, bullying and narcotics. This socialization seeks to prevent the occurrence of bad behavior for the younger generation who are in a period of physical and mental growth and development. The result obtained from this socialization are that students begin to understand the dangers of drugs, sexual harrassment and bullying for the younger generation, and they also begin to know about how to prevent this behavior.

Abstract

Legal Certainty of Arbitration Awards in Commercial Dispute Resolution in Indonesia is a crucial issue amid rapid economic growth, with investment realization reaching IDR 1,186 trillion in 2022. This study aims to analyze the regulation, practice, and obstacles to the legal certainty of arbitration awards under Law No. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Law). Employing a normative juridical approach with statutory, conceptual, and case study analysis of Supreme Court decisions from 2015-2023, the research finds that although the Arbitration Law adopts the UNCITRAL Model Law and limits annulment grounds (Article 70), court practices often involve judicial overreach through expansive public policy interpretations, resulting in 28% of annulment petitions being granted. Key obstacles include inconsistent jurisprudence and lack of harmonization with the 1958 New York Convention. Compared to Singapore, Indonesia lags in minimizing judicial intervention. The conclusion states that legal certainty of arbitration awards is suboptimal, necessitating amendments to the Arbitration Law to strengthen finality and restrict annulment grounds. Recommendations include establishing a public policy expert panel and judicial training. This study contributes to enhancing Indonesia's investment climate.
