Abstract

Disiplin didefinisikan sebagai sikap mental yang menggambarkan ketaatan, kerelaan, kesadaran dan tanggung jawab individu maupun kelompok untuk melakukan tugas dan kewajiban berdasarkan aturan-aturan yang telah disepakati. Sebagai aspek penting yang mesti dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, peran konselor sangat diperlukan bagi pengembangan dan/atau peningkatan disiplin siswa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang peran konselor dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh setelah 246 siswa SMAN 1 Lintau, Sumatera Barat, menyelesaikan skala pengukuran persepsi siswa tentang peran konselor untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa yang disusun berdasarkan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah siswa berpersepsi bahwa konselor belum berperan secara optimal dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of tis study was to investigate English as Foreign Language (EFL) students’ achievement in writing skill (descriptive text) through Think Pair Share method. Therefore, the action research design was implemented to match with the purpose of the study. The techniques of collecting the data were writing test, observation, questionnaire, and interview. The result of the study shows that the students’ achievement sustainably improved from the first evaluation, which was 65,50 to second evaluation, which was 75,09 and to the third evaluation, which was 85,50. The score continuously improved from the first evaluation to the third evaluation. Observation result shows that the students gave their good attitudes and responses during teaching and learning process by applying the application of TPS (Think Pair Share) method. Questionnaire and interview report shows that students agreed that the application of TPS (Think Pair Share) method had helped them in writing descriptive text. In conclusion, the application of TPS method significantly improved students’ achievement in writing descriptive text

Abstract

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk memahami siklus emosional hubungan karyawan danpelanggan menggunakan model interaksi sosial. Survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikankepada 54 karyawan Rumah Sakit Siti Rahmah.Studi ini menemukan bahwa orientasi dan emosikaryawan layanan sangat penting untuk memprediksi tampilan emosi dan kinerja tugas pelanggan.Melalui penelitian, untuk mengatasi karyawan yang emosional, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwajawaban dapat terletak pada hubungan antara hasil bisnis dan emosi positif karyawan. Manajer harusmenciptakan lingkungan yang baik bagi karyawauntuk bekerja dalam suasana yang menyenangkan.Kontribusi penting dari penelitian ini adalah yang memberikan dukungan empiris awal untuk modelinteraksi sosial dalam pengaturan layanan karyawan dan pelanggan di bidang rumah sakit. Studi inimenemukan bahwa orientasi dan emosi karyawanpadalayanan sangat penting untuk memprediksitampilan emosi dan kinerja tugaskaryawan. Selain itu, emosi karyawan memiliki hubungan positifdengan suasana hati karyawan, dan suasana hati karyawan memiliki hubungan positif dengan tampilanemosi pelanggan, tetapi emosi karyawan memiliki hubungan signifikan positif dengan tampilanpelanggan. Tampilan emosi pelanggan memiliki hubungan positif dansignifikan dengan kinerja tugas.

Abstract

The implant is a hormonal contraceptive method in the form of a rod with a length of 4 cm which contains the hormone progesterone, the hormone will be released slowly which will work effectively as a contraceptive for 3-5 years, then from the start of use to 1 week it is recommended to use additional contraceptives such as condoms. Just like other hormonal contraceptives, implants can also affect the acceptor's menstrual cycle and can cause weight gain during use, the main side effects are spotting bleeding and amenorhea. (BKKBN, 2015). The implementation of this community service was carried out in the work area of Pasar Simpang Health Center in Simpang, Tanggamus Regency Lampung and was attended by 13 respondents of women of childbearing age. The methods used in this health counseling are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. In this activity, pre and post tests were also conducted on respondents' understanding of contraceptives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of trade goods inventory in the Oma Liez Salted Egg Business in the period October to December 2022. The method applied in this study is the Average method which was developed from purchase and sales data of trade goods inventory. The results showed that the Average method applied to inventory valuation can help reduce the problems that occur in the Salted Egg Business related to the inventory of trade goods, because it is considered very effective by producing a low cost of goods sold and a greater opportunity to increase profits. This method is better than the method used previously in inventory valuation which resulted in problems that affected revenue.

Abstract

Physical education plays a very important role in early childhood development as it can improve gross motor skills through physical activity. The type of research used is a literature review study. A literature review study is a type of research that is carried out by studying books, literature, notes and various reports related to the problem to be solved. A literature review is a summary of the analysis of a body of research on a particular research problem by describing, evaluating and clarifying the knowledge that is already known in a subject area (Easterby-Smith, Thorpe, & Jackson, 2015: 13 in the journal Radiusman, 2020). Human physical development involves various aspects that are influenced by the systems and functions of the body's organs.The nervous system has a major impact on intelligence and emotional development. In the process of formal learning, primary school children make a lot of body movements and on average at this age they do not want to be restrained or still want to be free to learn through play. The conclusion of this article is that although their motor development is more organised at primary school age than in earlier years, it should be facilitated in a positive way.

Abstract

The CBL offer dynamic and engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences. By working collaboratively in groups, students not only enhance their language skills but also develop essential communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, this study is aimed at investigating the efficacy of case-based learning model integrated with critical thinking skills to improve EFL learners’ reading comprehension. This study is designed in a classroom action research. 27 EFL learners are involved in this study. The research participants are selected in purposive random sampling. To collect the research data, the observation sheets, reading tests, and critical thinking tests are applied as the research instruments. The data consisted of qualitative and quantitative one. Qualitative data are analyzed qualitatively while the quantitative data are counted in statistical analysis. Based on the results, the findings show that the case-based learning model integrated with critical thinking skills is effective to improve EFL learners’ reading comprehension. The improvement lies on learners’ vocabulary mastery, grammar knowledge, comprehension, reading strategies, and fluency. For further studies, researchers can include metacognitive strategies and measure learners’ linguistic awareness in learning language skills.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this research is the decline in the number of marriage registrations at Ministry of Religious Affairs/KUA. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion in the last three years, the marriage rate in Indonesia has decreased drastically. Around two million marriages will decrease by 2024. Meanwhile, according to the 2018 in the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report, the creative economy subsector contributes greatly to the national economy, with a contribution of 7.44% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), one of the MSMEs in the creative economy subsector namely MSME EO. With the decline in the number of KUA registrations, MSMEs in the marriage sector are experiencing market saturation. Therefore, marketing performance (variable y) is required, including competitive advantage (variable z) as moderation and (variable x) namely digital marketing and market orientation. This research used quantitative and saturated sampling techniques. The population involved 101 MSME actors in the field of Event Organizer (EO) in DKI Jakarta. Employing SMART PLS 4.0, the results of this research indicate that digital marketing and market orientation have a significant influence on EO marketing performance in DKI Jakarta. However, competitive advantage cannot moderate digital marketing and market orientation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran laporan arus kas dan kinerja keuangan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja keuangan PT Gudang Garam, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia menurun. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Gudang Garam, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2015. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, sumber data adalah data sekunder, dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan metode komparatif.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Gudang Garam, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesiaberdasarkan keseluruhan dari hasil analisis rasio likuiditas keuangan, fleksibilitas keuangan dan arus kas bebas perusahaan belum baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kenaikan kewajiban lancar lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kas bersih yang diperoleh dari aktivitas operasi dan semakin besarnya total kewajiban yang harus dibiayai perusahaan menggunakan kas bersih yang diperoleh dari aktivitas operasi.PT Gudang Garam, Tbk sebaiknya mempercepat periode panagihan piutang dan periode perputaran persediaan untuk meningkatkan kas bersih yang diperoleh dari aktivitas operasi dan pengembalian kewajiban lancar semakin cepat.
