Efficient marketing is the main key to increasing livestock farmers' income and strengthening local food security. In an effort to increase the efficiency of goat marketing in the Kelubir Integrated Agriculture (PTK) area located in Kelubir Village, North Tanjung Palas District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic collaborates with PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) and synergizes with the Regency Government Bulungan to carry out community service activities that focus on implementing and assisting in making QR codes as an innovative solution that can accommodate information on the development of goat livestock, starting from the age of the animal, body weight, pedigree, and the health status of the goat. This service activity uses a participatory approach that involves farmers directly with a question-and-answer session method and technical assistance related to the use of QR Code technology. The results of this service provide benefits that are felt by both breeders and consumers/potential buyers because it provides convenience and transparency regarding data on goat livestock to be purchased. From the results of the service satisfaction survey in the form of QR Code implementation and assistance carried out to 8 respondents, there were 62.5% of respondents said they were very satisfied and 37.5% said they were satisfied

Organisational Management Training and Entrepreneurial Motivation to the management of the Bandung City Paskibra aims to improve skills in managing organisations and increasing entrepreneurial motivation for young people, especially for the management of the Bandung city paskibra who are also high school students in class XI in the Bandung City area. The training method is in the form of lectures delivering material and question and answer discussions this aims to make the training more effective and efficient in receiving the participants, After the training was carried out on organisational management and entrepreneurial motivation, there was an increase in insight and motivation from the participants as seen from the evaluation results before the training was carried out as many as 20 participants obtained score scores below 80 and after the training increased as many as 15 participants obtained score scores above 90 and 5 participants obtained scores between 80 to 89. This training is very useful and needs to be re-conducted in the future for the younger generation

Kelubir Village is located in Tanjung Palas Utara Sub-district, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province which is famous for its corn farming, and is one of the villages that produces the most corn in the North Kalimantan region. According to the Regent of Bulungan, Mr. Syarwani, with the potential plantation area in Kelubir reaching 300 hectares (ha), this can be a hope in improving welfare and supporting food security programs in the region. In addition to corn farming, Kelubir Village also cultivates cocoa plants which is one of the community empowerment assistance programs from PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) Company. In an effort to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic in synergy with PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) and the Bulungan Regency Government, carried out community service activities to encourage the Kelubir Village government to have local revenue through assistance in the formation of a Business Unit under the auspices of the Jayan Mandiri Village-Owned Business Entity (BUMDes), Kelubir Village, North Kalimantan, where the business unit to be run is the Agricultural Production Facilities (Saprodi) business in accordance with the original potential of Kelubir Village, where the majority of the people are farmers. This service uses a participatory method that directly involves the Kelubir Village Government, including the Village Head, BUMDes management and the surrounding community. This community service activity has a positive impact in helping the farmers meet agricultural needs such as fertilizers, seeds, and medicines, which previously had to be reached within 15 km, to 1 km, saving time and transportation costs, increasing productivity and improving the local economy by opening new jobs and encouraging the growth of other businesses around the agricultural area.

This community service program was held with the aim of improving the skills of students and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Maleer Village, Bandung City, in utilizing product photography and digital marketing strategies to support online sales. The training was attended by 67 participants, consisting of the Taruna Class (20 participants), Regular Class (25 participants), Student Association (10 participants), Student Executive Board Delegation (7 participants), and staff (5 participants). The training materials included the basics of digital marketing, product photography techniques, and buying and selling practices on the TikTok and Meta Ads platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads). The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and their ability to produce attractive visual content. This program is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and enrich students' knowledge of digital marketing, so that it can have a positive impact on increasing product sales online.

This research is motivated by students who experience high dissociative social behavior. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of group counseling services on students who experience dissociative social behavior at SMP country 02 Kepahiang. This research method uses the experimental method of one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were students of class VIII A, namely 30 students. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 6 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis results using (paired sample t-test) and by using the SPSS version 2.1 application. Dissociative social behavior before being given treatment is high. The results obtained in this study indicate an influence. Students’ dissociative social behavior after being given treatment in the form of group counseling. From the results of this study, it is recommended for Guidance and Counseling teachers to use group counseling services to reduce dissociative social behavior in Class VIII A students at SMP country 02 Kepahiang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara memasukan, mengolah dan mencetak laporan pemasukan, pengeluaran dan realisasi anggaran pada bagian keuangan Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang menganalisis dan menggambarkan objek penelitian. Penelitian kualitatif berupaya mendeskripsikan dan menginterprestasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya pada bagian keuangan Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Pembuatan sistem informasi pengelolaan data keuangan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk website, dan database PHPMYSQL untuk penyimpanan data. Hasil penelitian ini, bagian keuangan Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung bisa memasukkan data pada sistem informasi pengelolaan data keuangan yakni dengan cara login dan mengisi data yang dibutuhkan dan menyimpannya ke dalam sistem, bisa mengolah data pada sistem informasi pengelolaan data keuangan di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung yakni dengan merubah data yang telah dimasukkan sebelumnya pada menu. Setelah itu, data yang telah diubah disimpan kembali ke dalam sistem dan bisa mencetak laporan pada sistem informasi pengelolaan data keuangan di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Setelah data dimasukkan ke dalam sistem maka pengguna dapat mencetak laporan dengan menekan tombol cetak laporan pada setiap halaman yang diinginkan.

This study aims to analyze the tax management strategies and the challenges faced by CV.XYZ, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the religious publishing sector. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study explores the company’s tax administration processes through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the company has made efforts to fulfill its tax obligations, particularly in terms of formal compliance such as tax return filing and the issuance of tax invoices. However, tax management remains operational in nature and lacks a systematic tax planning framework. The major challenges include unstandardized manual bookkeeping, limited digital literacy, inaccuracies in classifying VAT-related taxable goods, and insufficient staff competence in operating digital tax applications such as e-Faktur and e-Bupot. Furthermore, the company’s material compliance level remains weak due to data inconsistencies and errors in transaction input. The study concludes that the effectiveness of tax management is strongly influenced by bookkeeping quality, human resource competence, and organizational readiness to adopt tax digitalization. Key recommendations include digitalizing financial records, providing continuous tax training, strengthening internal controls, and establishing standardized tax procedures. Perkembangan transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai bidang usaha, termasuk pada perusahaan mikro yang mulai memanfaatkan sistem keuangan berbasis digital. Penerapan digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan transaksi, mempermudah akses terhadap informasi keuangan, serta membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan digital juga dapat meningkatkan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan, memperluas peluang akses ke layanan keuangan formal, serta mendukung keterhubungan dengan ekosistem ekonomi digital yang semakin berkembang. Meskipun demikian, penerapan digitalisasi sistem keuangan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Rendahnya tingkat literasi digital, keterbatasan pemahaman dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk pengelolaan keuangan, serta kurang memadainya infrastruktur teknologi menjadi kendala utama bagi perusahaan mikro. Selain itu, biaya penerapan teknologi, kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data, serta adanya resistensi terhadap perubahan juga dapat memperlambat proses adopsi sistem keuangan digital. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun digitalisasi memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan usaha mikro, dukungan dalam bentuk peningkatan literasi digital, penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai, serta kebijakan yang mendorong inklusi keuangan digital tetap sangat diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan implementasi digitalisasi sistem keuangan pada perusahaan mikro sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi, serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk membangun ekosistem digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Digitalisasi keuangan, perusahaan mikro, transformasi digital, literasi digital, inklusi keuangan.

Coretax merupakan sistem administrasi perpajakan terintegrasi yang digunakan dalam pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Komputerisasi Akuntansi Politeknik Piksi Ganesha melalui workshop pada 25 April 2026 pukul 09.00 sampai dengan 12.00 WIB. Peserta kegiatan adalah dosen dan tenaga kependidikan Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai kepatuhan perpajakan serta kemampuan praktis dalam menyiapkan dan melaporkan SPT Tahunan WPOP melalui Coretax. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif berupa penyampaian materi, demonstrasi sistem, praktik terbimbing, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami alur pelaporan, pemutakhiran data wajib pajak, dokumen yang perlu disiapkan, serta otorisasi digital pada Coretax. Workshop ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat literasi perpajakan dan kepatuhan wajib pajak di lingkungan kampus.
