Abstract

Tradisi Aggalara’ di Kabupaten Jeneponto merupakan salah satu warisan budaya yang kaya akan nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial. Meski begitu, tradisi ini mengalami sejumlah tantangan signifikan, terutama akibat pengaruh modernisasi dan pergeseran nilai di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode seperti wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dalam melestarikan tradisi Aggalara’. Berdasarkan Analisis Teori Struktural Fungsional AGIL dari Talcott Parsons, hasil penelitian mengungkapkan empat tantangan utama: (1) dominasi budaya populer yang membuat minat generasi muda terhadap budaya lokal semakin menurun, (2) kurangnya regenerasi dalam penurunan nilai-nilai tradisional, (3) pandangan negatif terkait praktik tradisional yang dianggap kuno atau bertentangan dengan keyakinan agama, dan (4) fragmentasi sosial budaya yang menyebabkan pelestarian tradisi ini hanya berlangsung di kalangan terbatas. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya strategi pelestarian yang berorientasi pada pendidikan budaya, keterlibatan generasi secara lintas umur, dan kolaborasi erat antara para pemangku kepentingan agar tradisi Aggalara’ tetap relevan dan hidup di tengah berbagai perubahan sosial yang berlangsung dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in improving physical development in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. Physical development funded by ADD is expected to be able to improve the quality of village infrastructure, such as roads, irrigation canals, and other public facilities, which has a direct impact on community welfare. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consisted of village heads, village officials, and local community leaders. The results of the study show that the management of ADD in Pattongko Village has been quite effective, characterized by community participation in the planning and implementation of development. However, there are still several challenges, such as the limited capacity of village officials in administrative management and delays in disbursement of funds. However, the physical development carried out, especially in the agricultural infrastructure sector, has had a positive impact on increasing community accessibility and productivity. This study suggests increasing training for village officials and optimizing the role of the community in supervising development programs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of entrepreneurship education in improving the competence of students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Makassar. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques as a data collection tool. The research participants consisted of students, lecturers in entrepreneurship courses, and alumni who have entered the business world. The main findings of this study show that entrepreneurship education contributes significantly to developing managerial skills, creativity, and independent and innovative attitudes in students. In addition, project-based learning and hands-on practice in the business world have a positive impact on students' readiness to start a business or enter the world of work. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Makassar can improve student competence, especially in terms of practical skills and entrepreneurial attitudes necessary to succeed in the professional world. Therefore, entrepreneurship education needs to continue to be strengthened and adjusted to the needs of the job market and industry.

Abstract

The formation of entrepreneurial character is one of the important focuses in vocational education to prepare students to face the world of work and become independent entrepreneurs. SMKN 1 Gowa as one of the vocational schools in Gowa Regency has implemented various learning strategies to foster entrepreneurial character in students. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategies for forming entrepreneurial character applied at SMKN 1 Gowa. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the strategies applied include project-based learning, direct practice in student business units, and integration of entrepreneurial values in learning activities. This strategy has been proven to be able to foster an independent, creative, responsible, and confident attitude in students. This study recommends that schools continue to strengthen hands-on experience-based entrepreneurial learning practices and increase collaboration with external parties to enrich students' learning experiences.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that aims to ensure access and equity in education for all children, including children with special needs (ABK). However, its implementation at the school level still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of inclusive education in the empowerment of ABK in Makassar City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation in several inclusion schools. The results of the study show that inclusive education encourages independence, social participation, and to a limited extent supports the academic potential of ABK. Supporting factors include school commitment, parental support, and cross-sector cooperation. The main obstacles are the limited number of accompanying teachers, lack of training, and social stigma. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that inclusive education has the potential as a tool for empowering ABK, but it still requires systemic strengthening and school culture transformation.
