Abstract

Masyarakat Luwu Timur menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup yaitu wilayah dengan industri pertambangan berskala besar, di mana masyarakatnya memiliki tingkat kesadaran rendah terhadap olahraga dan pola hidup sehat. Masalah ini diperparah oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya sumber daya, serta minimnya tanggung jawab dari berbagai pihak, yang berdampak pada kualitas hidup masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian menawarkan solusi berupa penyuluhan dan edukasi, peningkatan infrastruktur olahraga, pembentukan komunitas gerakan hidup sehat, pengembangan kapasitas mitra dan tenaga kerja, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi secara rutin. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi berbasis komunitas dengan pendekatan interaktif. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya olahraga dan pola hidup sehat, serta meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam aktivitas fisik. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil mendorong perubahan positif pada masyarakat Luwu Timur dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kualitas hidup melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemampuan linguistik merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya dalam mendukung proses komunikasi, pembelajaran, dan pengembangan intelektual. Sayangnya, masih banyak masyarakat yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal literasi bahasa dan sastra. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan linguistik siswa melalui sosialisasi literasi bahasa di SMP Negeri 2 Barangka, Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan workshop kreatif dengan materi berupa penyuluhan pentingnya literasi bahasa dan sastra, pelatihan menulis puisi dan cerpen, serta kegiatan membaca dan apresiasi karya sastra. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman struktur bahasa dan kemampuan ekspresi sastra peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respon positif dari peserta serta peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan menulis karya sastra. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan literasi linguistik dan dapat dijadikan sebagai model pembelajaran alternatif yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Disarankan agar kegiatan serupa dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dengan dukungan dari berbagai pihak.

Abstract

literacy through collaboration between formal schools and the Moi Traditional School in Sorong District, Papua Barat Daya, Indonesia. In the context of globalization, preserving indigenous values while promoting health and physical education presents both a challenge and an opportunity. The study aims to describe how the Moi community’s cultural practices—particularly traditional games, movement arts, and local rituals—can be transformed into educational content that supports students' physical literacy, identity, and cultural integrity. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method, this research finds that the collaborative model fosters not only student engagement in physical activities but also strengthens cultural transmission. Abstract

  This research develops a service technique learning module for volleyball for Physical Education students of the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong with the ADDIE R&D model. Two groups were involved: experiment (using modules) and control (conventional methods). The average pre-test of the experimental group was 60 and the control group was 58. After treatment, the experimental group's post-test score rose to 85, the control was only 70. A 42% increase in the experimental group demonstrated the effectiveness of the module. The t-test yielded p = 0.000 (experiment) and p = 0.003 (control), showing a significant difference. More than 85% of students stated that the modules were easy to understand and helpful with practice, proving that they were effective in use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of adversity intelligence and self-efficacy on students' economic learning outcomes, as well as to evaluate the role of parental attention as a moderating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative-causal design, involving 145 Grade XI Social Sciences students from three public high schools in Tana Tidung Regency. The research instruments include questionnaires and academic achievement tests, analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that adversity intelligence (β = 0.377; p = 0.007) and self-efficacy (β = 0.353; p = 0.001) have a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Additionally, parental attention was found to significantly moderate the relationship between adversity intelligence (β = 0.24; p = 0.001) and self-efficacy (β = 0.22; p = 0.001) on students' academic achievement. The increase in the coefficient of determination from R² = 0.070 to R² = 0.086 after moderation indicates that parental attention strengthens the relationship between internal psychological factors and academic achievement. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between strengthening students' psychological resilience and parental involvement in supporting learning success, especially in areas with limited access to education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of member participation and service quality on the development of cooperative businesses at SMA Negeri 1 Sembakung, with cooperative education as a moderating variable. Low member participation and service quality are often major obstacles to the development of school cooperatives, so this study aims to examine the strategic role of cooperative education in moderating this relationship. Using a quantitative causal-associative approach, this study involved 78 respondents from a population of 248 cooperative members (teachers, educational staff, and students) through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression and moderation regression. The results indicate that member participation and service quality have a significant and positive effect on business development. Additionally, cooperative education was found to significantly moderate the relationship between the two variables. In conclusion, enhancing cooperative education is crucial for optimizing member participation and service quality, which ultimately drives sustainable cooperative business development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, school principal leadership, and work climate on teacher performance in schools in Tana Lia District, Tana Tidung Regency. The background of this study is the low motivation and unfavorable work climate, which have the potential to hinder teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method, the study population included 56 teachers, selected as a sample through total sampling. The instrument used was a closed-ended questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using independent t-tests and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that, partially, work motivation, school leadership, and work environment significantly influence teacher performance, with respective contributions of 50.2%, 10.1%, and 6.8%. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant influence with a total contribution of 53.2%. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of these factors in improving teacher performance. The implications of these findings can serve as a basis for educational policies aimed at enhancing human resource quality in Tana Tidung Regency.
