Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is a system designed to determine teachers' capacity to perform their duties by assessing the competence of skills demonstrated in their performance. Analyzing the madrasah teacher' performance assessment in underdeveloped areas of Indonesia is challenging. This study aimed to decipher the experience of assessing the performance of madrasah teachers in underdeveloped regions of Indonesia. It was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach conducted in Maluku Province. Purposive sampling was used to select samples, including the head of the Islamic Education Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Regency, the madrasah principals, and teachers assessed for their performance. The data was gathered through interviews and analyzed using an interactive model. The findings revealed five significant problems with the madrasah teacher performances in underdeveloped areas: compliance with teacher performance assessment (TPA) guidelines, implementation, natural conditions, costs, and transportation.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to determine the influence of determinant factors on teacher quality in Indonesia in the digital era in kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and high school units. It was a quantitative research with a correlation meta-analysis approach. The data was secondary data collected from various research results in Indonesia on the scholar.google.com page. The results of the study were published from 2012 to 2022. Data analysis used JASP software to estimate aggregates, draw plot Forrest, and publication bias. The aggregates were estimated through correlation scores with fixed effect models. The results showed that the funnel plot 104 study had a sample size that varied with the asymmetric distribution. Therefore, the results of the study were free from potential publication bias. It was reinforced by the forest plot display using the Trim and Fill method as well as the summary effect display results. Thus, the level of information validity based on the fixed-effect model of factors that affect the quality of teachers in the digital era in Indonesia was valid.

Abstract

PT. Duwa Atmimuda is a company engaged in manufacturing in producing stainless metal products and furniture frames. PT. Duwa Atmimuda is experiencing problems with the lack of application of technology in terms of marketing, seen from the absence of social media utilization, causing the company to find it difficult to expand market share. This study aims to identify the factors that hinder the company's innovation process using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method and classify the model using MICMAC Analysis. The results showed that the ISM model of the barrier factor for the innovation process in the furniture industry supply chain has 6 levels. After the ISM model is obtained, the next process is to classify each variable indicator on the barrier factors of the innovation process with the help of MICMAC analysis. There are 4 classification clusters, the first cluster (autonomous indicators) has one indicator. While in the second cluster (dependent indicators) there is one indicator. In the third cluster (linkage indicators) there are 9 indicators. In the fourth cluster (independent indicators) there is one indicator. The third cluster (linkage indicators) is the highest cluster of indicator spreads where this indicator has high control and dependence. The conclusion of this study is that there are 12 inhibiting factors in the innovation process which are arranged into six levels of the ISM model and in the MICMAC analysis the third cluster is the highest distribution cluster.

Abstract

Ekowisata merupakan salah satu bentuk pariwisata yang berfokus pada pelestarian lingkungan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Praktik ekowisata menjadi semakin penting dan strategis karena dapat meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat, khususnya di daerah-daerah dengan potensi alam yang kaya. Ketahanan masyarakat dapat diwujukan melalui pengembangan ekowisata yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Sungai Mudal, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) merupakan contoh nyata dari peran positif ekowisata yang sehat dan berkelanjutan dalam mewujudkan ketahanan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran masyarakat dalam proses pengembangan Ekowisata Sungai Mudal (ESM) dan pengaruhnya dalam membangun ketahanan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggali secara mendalam bagaimana masyarakat terlibat dalam pengelolaan ESM dan bagaimana kontribusi tersebut memengaruhi ketahanan masyarakat. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada 17 responden yang terdiri dari warga sekitar dan pengelola ESM. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan tematik dengan menemukan tema, pola, kategori, dan kecenderungan dari hasil wawancara dan triangulasi data untuk mengkonfirmasi perspektif responden. Peran masyarakat dalam ESM menjadi contoh nyata bagaimana pendekatan berbasis komunitas dapat menciptakan ekowisata yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Di Sungai Mudal, program-program yang melibatkan semua pihak telah terbukti berhasil dalam mengelola sumber daya alam yang sehat dan berkelanjutan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ketahanan masyarakat.

Abstract

The community service program at Tour Kali Papah (TKP) ecotourism area was carried out to address the problem of unmanaged waste that threatens environmental sustainability and the quality of tourism. The program employed a participatory empowerment approach through socialization, education, and mentoring activities involving local youth community, residents, and visitors. The activities included the delivery of materials on waste management and ecotourism, interactive discussions, demonstrations of waste sorting, and the introduction of the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). To measure the program’s effectiveness, pre-test and post-test evaluations were conducted. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, with the average score rising from 55.3% to 87.8%. Qualitative observations also indicated a strong enthusiasm from participants, with some proposing the formation of waste management groups and the development of recycled products with economic value. This program has proven effective in improving environmental awareness and behavior while opening opportunities for circular economy innovation at the community level. Follow-up programs are recommended to strengthen waste utilization skills and ensure sustainable management of the ecotourism area.

Abstract

Osteoartritis lutut (osteoarthritis knee/KOA) merupakan kondisi degeneratif sendi yang berdampak signifikan terhadap stabilitas postural, mobilitas fungsional, dan peningkatan risiko jatuh. Gangguan stabilitas pada KOA tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kerusakan struktural sendi, tetapi juga oleh penurunan propriosepsi, perubahan aktivasi neuromuskular, serta gangguan biomekanik sepanjang rantai kinetik ekstremitas bawah. Selama ini, intervensi rehabilitasi lebih banyak berfokus pada penguatan otot lutut dan core proksimal, sementara kontribusi foot core muscle sebagai stabilisator distal masih relatif kurang dieksplorasi. Tinjauan literatur naratif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran foot core muscle dalam stabilisasi postural pada pasien KOA berdasarkan mekanisme biomekanik dan neuromuskular. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa otot intrinsik kaki berperan penting dalam mempertahankan medial longitudinal arch, mengontrol pusat tekanan (center of pressure), serta meningkatkan input sensorimotor yang esensial bagi keseimbangan. Integrasi latihan foot core muscle dalam rehabilitasi KOA berpotensi meningkatkan stabilitas postural, fungsi fungsional, serta menurunkan risiko jatuh. Pendekatan ini mendukung model rehabilitasi holistik berbasis integrasi stabilitas distal–proksimal.

Abstract

University students represent a population at high risk of experiencing psychological stress due to academic demands, environmental changes, and complex social role expectations. This vulnerability is further intensified in Yogyakarta as an educational hub characterized by high academic competition and adaptation challenges for students from diverse regions. This study aims to identify the level of stress among university students and to develop a mind–body–based psychological support community model as an innovative mental health service for students in Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative descriptive design involving 312 university students residing in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The research instrument was a modified version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) adapted to the local student context. The findings revealed that 68.9% of students experienced moderate stress, while 21.7% were categorized as having high stress levels. Major contributing factors included academic pressure, financial demands, and social relationship issues. The results indicate a substantial need for accessible, non-stigmatizing, and sustainable psychological support services. The developed community model integrates peer support, mind–body practices, psychoeducation on emotional regulation, and professional referral pathways. This model demonstrates strong potential as a community-based mental health innovation tailored to university students’ needs.
