Abstract

According to WHO in 2018, 42% of babies breastfed in the last hour and 41% of babies received exclusive breast milk until the age of 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding for babies can reduce the death rate by less than 800,000 babies. According to RISKESDA 2018, 52.5 percent - or only half of the 2.3 million babies aged less than six months - receive exclusive breast milk in Indonesia. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months towards providing exclusive breast milk at Pmb Junilda Lhokseumawe, North Aceh in 2023. The design of this research is a quantitative analytical survey using a cross sectional study. The population in the study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months in August at PMB Junilda Lhoksemawe, totaling 30 people and the sample used a total population of 30 mothers. The data used uses primary and secondary data. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate using the chi square test.                The design of this research is a quantitative analytical survey using a cross sectional study. There is a relationship between the mother's knowledge of having a baby 6-12 months and exclusive breastfeeding at Junilda Independent Practicing Midwives, Lhokseumawe City in 2023 with the chi-square statistical test p = 0.001 and there is a relationship between the attitude of the mother having a baby 6-12 months. 12 months with exclusive breastfeeding at Junilda Independent Practicing Midwives, Lhokseumawe City in 2023 with the chi-square statistical test p = 0.011.<0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who have babies 6-12 months with exclusive breastfeeding at Junilda Independent Practicing Midwives, Lhokseumawe City in 2023. It is hoped that Junilda Midwives will further improve prevention in order to prevent failure in exclusive breastfeeding and provide information in order to provide IEC to pregnant women, post partum to provide exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 5-25% of preschool children suffer from minor brain dysfunction, including impaired fine motor development. About 9% of children experience anxiety disorders, 11-15% are easily emotional, 9-15% are behavioral disorders. Around 16% of toddlers in Indonesia are reported to experience developmental disorders in the form of intelligence disorders due to brain development disorders, hearing problems and motor disorders. Impaired growth and development in children in Indonesia is classified as a major public health problem. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the mosaic technique on the fine motor development of preschool-age children in Pondok Buluh Village, Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency in 2023. This research design is Quasi Experimental with one group pre test post test. The total population, namely all preschool children in Pondok Buluh village, Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency, was 25 people and the sample used accidental sampling, namely 17 respondents. The data used uses primary and secondary data. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using non-parametric samples with mosaic technique tests has an influence on the motoric development of preschool children in Pondok Buluh Village, Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency.The research results were obtained using the T test with results showing sig-α 0.000 < 0.05. The mosaic technique has an influence on the motor development of preschool children in Pondok Buluh Village, Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency. The conclusion is that there is an influence of the mosaic technique on the motor development of preschool children in Pondok Buluh Village, Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency in 2023. It is hoped that pregnant women will seek information about the importance of prenatal check-ups at least 6 times during pregnancy. Keywords : Mosaic, motor development, pre-school children

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting di dalam segala aspek, termasuk salah satu nya pada pelayanan medis. Karena dapat menyebabkan seseorang termotivasi ataupun enggan untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan yang di rasa penting. Bahasa adalah salah satu alat komunikasi manusia untuk berinteraksi dengan yang lainnya. Menggunakan bahasa yang baik dapat membantu orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan dengan semangat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap bahasa (language attitude) bidan Erni Naibaho dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) di Klinik BPM Erni Naibaho yang bertempat di kecamatan dwi kora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai mengapa ibu hamil rajin untuk berkunjung ke Bidan Praktek Mandiri Erni Naibaho. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan phenomena yang terjadi melalui pengumpulan data untuk menngetahui bagaimana “Language Attitude Bidan Erni Pada Ibu Hamil Terhadap Kepatuhan Kunjungan Anc Di BPM Erni Naibaho”. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bidan Erni Naibaho memiliki sikap bahasa yang positif untuk memotivasi ibu hamil dan ibu hamil sanagt senang dengan pendekatan bidan erni dalam memberikan arahan agar untuk melakukan kunjungan ANC secara rutin karena bidan Erni menjelaskan dengan sikap bahasa yang baik dan lembut. Dan menerangkan manfaat dan buruk nya apaila tdak rajin berkunjung ANC.
