Abstract

Challenges in education are increasingly complex, especially in the field of career guidance. This research aims to explore interest and talent-based career guidance strategies in the digital era. The research method used is a literature study, by analyzing various relevant research and literature related to career guidance. The results showed that effective career guidance strategies in the digital era include the integration of digital technology, the use of interactive media, comprehensive services, and multi-party engagement. Digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence-based applications and online platforms, can be used to help students understand their interests, talents and potentials in a more personalized manner. In addition, a comprehensive approach through basic, responsive, individualized planning and system support services provides holistic guidance for students in making career decisions. This strategy is also reinforced by life skills training and collaboration with parents, teachers, psychologists and industry professionals. This study concludes that interest and talent-based career guidance that utilizes digital technology can increase the effectiveness of career counseling services, have a positive impact on students' readiness to face the challenges of the world of work, and support career development in accordance with individual potential. This study provides recommendations for counselors and educational institutions to continue to innovate in providing career guidance services that are relevant to the needs of the digital era.

Abstract

This artiwl is present to comprehensively study how the foundation of educational science plays an important role in preventing adolescent problematics in school. The discussion will begin with an explanation of the essence and scope of the foundations of educational science, followed by an examination of the various adolescent problems that are rampant in schools, and conclude with an analysis of the concrete role of the educational foundations in the preventive efforts that services can carry out, especially through school counseling. This method was chosen because it corresponds to the main purpose of the article, which is to study, analyze, and expose the foundational role of educational science in the prevention of adolescent problematics in school based on existing theories, concepts, and research results. The results of the study show that educational science foundations have a very important and strategic role in the prevention efforts of adolescent problematics in school. The philosophical aspect provides moral direction and humanistic educational goals, the psychological aspect helps to understand the dynamics of adolescent development, the sociological aspect maps the influence of the social environment, as well as the cultural aspect ensures that prevention efforts are aligned with the cultural values lived in the community. The application of educational science foundations in Guidance and Counseling services makes it a concrete instrument for creating effective and sustainable prevention programs. School counselors, with a deep understanding of educational principles, are capable of designing interventions that are not only reactive, but also proactive in building adolescents’ personal resilience, social skills, and self-awareness.

Abstract

Kecemasan eksistensial pada lansia merupakan masalah psikologis yang sering diabaikan namun berpotensi merusak kualitas hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas konseling kelompok dalam mengatasi kecemasan eksistensial pada lansia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain pra-eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 lansia yang mengalami kecemasan eksistensial dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Mereka dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok intervensi yang menerima konseling kelompok dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menerima intervensi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala kecemasan eksistensial sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan yang signifikan dalam tingkat kecemasan eksistensial pada kelompok intervensi setelah menerima konseling kelompok. Kesimpulannya, konseling kelompok efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan eksistensial pada lansia. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan konseling kelompok dalam mengatasi masalah kecemasan eksistensial pada lansia.
