Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Job Description, Leadership and Incentives on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City. The population and sample of this study were 35 people. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the assistance of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 computer program. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of Job Description, Leadership and Incentives on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City. With a significance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence between Job Description, Leadership and Incentives on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City. There is a partial influence between Job Description on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City. There is no partial influence between Leadership on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City. There is no partial influence between Incentives on Employee Performance at the State Apparatus Education and Training Institution (LPPAN) in Palembang City.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Sulawesi Tengah, dengan prevalensi cukup tinggi di Kabupaten Donggala. Salah satu penyebab utama stunting adalah rendahnya asupan gizi dan kurangnya pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) merupakan salah satu sumber pangan lokal yang kaya zat gizi dan mudah diperoleh. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Ganti, Kecamatan Banawa, Kabupaten Donggala dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita mengenai pencegahan stunting melalui pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai bahan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT). Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan PMT (puding kelor dan pisang hijau kelor), serta pemantauan dan evaluasi melalui kuesioner dan uji daya terima produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kategori sedang (76,9%) dan sebagian kecil pada kategori baik (23,1%). Respon balita terhadap produk bervariasi, dengan pisang hijau kelor lebih disukai dibandingkan puding kelor. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemanfaatan pangan lokal sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting dan diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan melalui kader posyandu serta dukungan pemerintah daerah.
