Abstract

This article presents the design of a community service program on human resource performance management for the Pimpinan Anak Cabang (PAC) GP Ansor in Pagedangan District. The program is planned to begin in September 2026 and addresses four partner problems: limited understanding of performance management, unclear division of duties and responsibilities, the absence of measurable performance indicators, and limited managerial skills among administrators who largely serve voluntarily. The intervention combines interactive training, group discussion, case-based learning, workshops on job descriptions and key performance indicators, implementation mentoring, and periodic performance evaluation. Evaluation is designed through pre-test and post-test measurement, participation observation, and evaluative discussion. The proposal sets a minimum target of 70% improvement in participants’ understanding and expects structured job descriptions, performance indicators, and a performance-evaluation document. Because the source is a proposal rather than a completed activity report, this manuscript presents expected outputs and an evaluation framework without claiming post-implementation results.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between workload and work conflict and job stress and their implications for turnover intentions. The subjects were nurses at South Tangerang City General Hospital, who daily face task pressures and the dynamics of work relationships. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The sample consisted of 130 respondents selected from the total nurse population. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that workload and work conflict have an influence that increases nurses' stress levels. Stressful conditions have been shown to increase the desire to leave their jobs. Furthermore, workload and work conflict, both individually and in combination, contribute directly to turnover intentions. These findings emphasize that excessive workload and unmanaged conflict can exacerbate nurses' psychological distress, thus encouraging the desire to move to another workplace. Based on these results, it is recommended that hospital management reorganize the distribution of workload, manage inter-employee conflict more constructively, and provide psychological support to reduce stress and decrease turnover intentions.
