Abstract

The purpose of the study was to apply the exercise method in physical education learning to improve dribbling learning outcomes in class XI of SMA Kristen Dobo, Maluku. The research method used is quantitative with classroom action research design carried out 3 times in cycle I and cycle II through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The population of this study was class XI MIPA, SMA Kristen Dobo and the sample used was 56 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. Data collection on the results of learning to dribble in football games was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the use of training methods can improve the learning outcomes of dribbling. There is a significant increase in learning outcomes of dribbling in soccer games by 50% (completed) and increasing in the second cycle with a percentage of 88% (completed). Through the training method in physical education learning, students are more active and provide a positive response to the learning process so that students more easily understand dribbling well.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the personal learning model had a significant effect on student self-confidence and the learning outcomes of students playing soccer in the men's soccer extracurricular at SMK Jeiljaka Dobo Kec. Aru Islands, Aru Islands Regency, Maluku. The method used in this study was an experiment using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This design measures changes that occur in one group of research subjects before and after being given a particular treatment or intervention. The population in this study was 25 male students at SMK Jeiljaka Dobo Aru Islands. In contrast, the sample in this study was 25 people using a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, which means that the entire population was sampled. The self-confidence instrument uses a questionnaire, while the results of learning to play used GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument). Based on the processing and analysis of the data obtained, it can be seen that the significance value is 2.037, with the results of the self-confidence questionnaire testing at 2.610 and the results of learning to play results testing at 3.832. Because the significance value is more significant than 2.037, then, Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that personal models significantly affect self-confidence and student learning outcomes in playing soccer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of several recovery methods to reduce the fatigue level of soccer players. The sample of this study was Thorana Aru, Maluku U-16 soccer player, aged 16.26 ± 2.5 years, with a body weight of 56.13 ± 11.84 kg, consisting of 32 people. The sample was divided into four groups using random sampling, namely the control group, active recovery, massage, and combined recovery, with a total sample of 8 people for each group. The objects in this study were the fatigue index and lactic acid levels in the blood, which were carried out by the initial test before recovery and the final test after recovery. The results showed that analysis of the fatigue index in the active recovery, massage, and combined recovery sample groups (p<0.05) could reduce the fatigue index of soccer players. Testing lactic acid levels that occurred during active recovery and combined recovery (p<0.05) showed that the two sample groups were effective in reducing lactic acid levels, whereas testing lactic acid levels in the massage sample group (p>0.05) showed a decrease in lactic acid levels. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that active recovery and combined recovery are effective in reducing the level of fatigue in soccer players.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan evaluasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Oleh sebab itu, dalam melaksanakan evaluasi khususnya mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan hendaknya dilakukan dengan hatihati dan seksama serta mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip evaluasi yang baik, semua itu dilakukan agar diperoleh informasi tentang hasil belajar siswa secara menyeluruh menyangkut aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia memiliki tujuan pada keselarasan antara tumbuh kepada keselarasan antara tumbuhnya badan dan perkembangan jiwa, serta merupakan suatu usaha untuk membuat bangsa Indonesia yang sehat lahir dan batin. Selain itu, pendidikan jasmani juga mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kebugaran, perkembangan neuro muskuler, perkembangan mental emosional, perkembangan sosial, dan perkembangan intelektual. Tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai diperlukan langkah yang komprehensif antara persiapan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hal tersebut merupakan bagian yang integral dan tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Persiapan pembelajaran berkenaan dengan segala sesuatu yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran yang di dalamnya terdapat RPP, media pembelajaran dan alat-alat dalam pembelajaran serta jenis evalusi yang digunakan.

Abstract

Football is a team game although individual skills can be used for a certain moment. In every way, the success of the team depends on the players working in combination. To control the ball and create scoring opportunities, team members must improve their ability to pass and receive the ball well, dribbling the ball to shoot the ball into the opponent's goal to score a goal. These abilities complement each other because each ball passed must be received and controlled by a teammate. Defense is an effort where players find a strategic place to defend in stopping the opponent's attack in a football game. Scheunemann (in Prasetyo, Dwiyogo, & Sudjana, 2016) mentioned the principles of defense, namely (a) Retreat between the ball and one's own goal, (b) Compactness, (c) Forechecking (pressing in the opponent's defensive area), (d) Midfield pressing (pressing in the midfield) (e) Fall back (pressing carried out in their own defensive area). Each team has a different strategy pattern. Before starting the training, the coach must explain the formation and position in detail.

Abstract

Pada umumnya sekolah-sekolah di Banjarmasin daerah lahan rawa cenderung sulit untuk memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Kebugaran siswa di Indonesia perlu di perhatikan karena pendidikan jasmani tidak hanya berfokus kepada tingkat kognitif, dan literatur gerak saja tetapi harus juga berfokus kepada kebugaran siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat kebugaran dan tinggi dan berat badan ideal siswa menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) di lahan rawa Fase A di SDN Telaga Biru 7 Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaiti deskriftif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian kali ini adalah seluruh siswa Fase A, yang berada di kelas 1 dan 2 yang berada pada umur 7-8 tahun. Dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Seluruh siswa Fase A berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk tes dan pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran (BMI) terdapat 3 orang siswa yang memilik berat badan normal atau 7,69 % dari jumlah siswa, sedangkan berat badan pada klasifikasi berat badan kurang yaitu 36 siswa atau dari 92,31% jumlah siswa, untuk berat badan yang berlebih atau 0%, tidak ditemui pada siswa di SD Negri Telaga 7 Banjarmasin. Dari hasil tes pengukuran tingkat kebugaran Jasmani di SDN Telaga 7 Banjarmasin tidak terdapat siswa berada pada kategori baik sekali 0%, kategori baik ada 18 siswa atau 46 %, siswa yang memperoleh kategori sedang terdapat 21 siswa atau 54% dari keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian luar pada siswa SMP N Gwamar Dobo.”Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketercapaian hasil belajar keterampilan menendang bola dengan kaki bagian luar oleh siswa pun nampak mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 yang dapat di lihat pada perbedaan atau perbandingan hasil belajar yang di alami oleh siswa. Hasil belajar pada siklus 1 siswa yang tidak tuntas dalam proses pembelajaran sebesar 48 % sedangkan yang tuntas sebesar 52 %, sedangkan pada siklus ke 2 siswa yang tidak tuntas sebesar 10,7 % dan siswa yang tuntas sebesar 87,5. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan Model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menendang bola dengan kaki bagian luar pada siswa kelas VII SMP N Gwamar Dobo sudah maksimal dan baik terhadap hasil pembelajaran sepak bola.

Abstract

Traditional sports are folk games that develop in the community. Traditional sports are a cultural culture that characterizes a country. Traditional sports are experiencing a decline in the western part of the Seram Regency, where people are no longer doing traditional sports in their area but what they are doing now are modern sports. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of traditional sports in West Seram Regency. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique chosen from a study was traditional leaders, communities, and village government in the four sub-districts. Among other things, West Seram District, Kairatu District, Waisala District, and West Kairatu District. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview sheets. The results showed that these traditional sports have declined due to the influence of globalization and modernization with increasingly advanced science and technology. Therefore, research on the identification of traditional sports was carried out and it was found that the development of traditional sports still exists today, because the values ​​contained in these traditional sports are very important for the development of community identity.

Abstract

Kemandirian belajar adalah bentuk suatu usaha yang dilakukan siswa untuk melakukan aktivitas belajar dengan inisiatif sendiri untuk berkreasi dalam belajar dengan tidak bergantung kepada orang lain. Dengan kemandirian belajar tersebut siswa akan dapat mengembangkan nilai, sikap pengetahuan dan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dimiliki. Kemandirian merupakan salah satu faktor yang ada dalam diri siswa yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 6 Dobo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK kelas V SD Negeri 6 Dobo dengan ditunjukkan bahwa r hitung, (0.410) lebih besar dari r tabel (0.374), pada taraf signifikan 5%, maka hipotesis yang diajukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Keeratan hubungan antara variabel kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa yaitu 0.410 yang terletak pada kategori 0.40-0.69 yang artinya keeratan hubungan kedua variable tersebut adalah sedang/cukup. Hubungan antara kedua variable tersebut bernilai positif yang artinya bersifat searah jika nilai kemandirian belajar naik, maka hasil belajar naik. Dengan demikian siswa kelas SD Negeri 6 Dobo memiliki kemandirian belajar yang tinggi maka siswa tersebut akan memiliki hasil belajar yang tinggi pula.
