Abstract

In an activity in the education unit, the Helpdesk Ticketing System can be an information technology facility to improve service quality. At SDN Babakan 01 the complaint process for information technology problems does not use a system, so IT operators who receive incident reports, come and confirm the problem directly, this creates a problem, namely in the complaint report documentation process it is not recorded properly and quickly. In designing information technology Helpdesk Ticketing System at SDN Babakan 01, the authors conducted interviews and observations first before designing a website-based Helpdesk Ticketing System where the model used was SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the method used was the Waterfall method, so that the system designed can be used by SDN Babakan 01 operators to accommodate and organize any problem reports properly, so that reports can be structured properly, minimize communication errors with IT operators, and can present report data quickly.

Abstract

The attendance system is important for schools in Indonesia, therefore every school applies attendance to make it easier for teachers to know which students are present. Attendance is done manually such as by writing names or making initials and calling the names of students so that they know which students are present. The attendance system at SMKN 2 Rangkas Bitung is still applied manually. Actually in the world of education there are several schools that use digital attendance and there are also schools that still use student attendance manually. With this research, we can find out how the development of attendance in a web-based attendance system can optimize student attendance at school. It was developed using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method of the Waterfallmodel. The results of this study state that the application of web-based attendance can make it easier to input attendance data and reduce the risk of data manipulation. This attendance application is also very efficient to use because students do not need to go to the supervisor to submit attendance data. The impact of developing web-based attendance is that schools become conducive and can help speed up attendance.

Abstract

Academic technology can be understood as a complicated and based technique that involves human beings, strategies, ideas, gear, and organizations to analyze troubles, discover approaches to remedy issues, put in force, verify, control problem solving that covers all components of human studying. In the back of the various learnings about pemrograman, it's miles necessary to create a website that offers getting to know about pemrograman, from records, substances, to creating the application itself. Internet site software development is made the use of the Agile improvement version technique, that's a way so as to begin again from the start after the application is completed. Packages which have been completed to the review stage will return to the planning stage by using accumulating records and feedback from users to eventually redevelop the application by adding numerous features to be able to make the website even higher.

Abstract

Di era sekarang ini, jasa pengiriman jasa merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang sangat dibutuhkan. Hal ini didukung dengan semakin banyaknya permintaan pelanggan untuk melakukan pengiriman barang. PT Lynatra Logistik Lestari merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak perusahaan jasa yang melayani pengiriman barang dalam jumlah banyak. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2019, dan masih tergolong baru. Sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Inovasinya adalah mengembangkan sistem tracking yang lebih detail untuk memudahkan pelanggan melacak keberadaan paket dan estimasinya. Agar aplikasi ini dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan maka dilakukan pengujian aplikasi tipe Black Box dengan tipe Functional Testing yang menekankan pada fungsionalitas fitur aplikasi tertentu. Aplikasi akan dikatakan baik jika dalam pengujiannya tidak banyak ditemukan kegagalan.
