Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pengembangan karir tenaga kependidikan di MA Amtsilati Bangsri sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Lokasi penelitian berada di MA Amtsilati, yang merupakan sekolah berbasis pesantren di bawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Amtsilati, dengan jumlah tenaga pendidik sebanyak 44 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, studi dokumen, dan kajian literatur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir tenaga kependidikan di MA Amtsilati dilaksanakan melalui beberapa program, seperti pelatihan, workshop tahunan, pemberian beasiswa pendidikan S2 bagi guru berprestasi, dan delegasi dalam kegiatan eksternal yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemenag atau lembaga lainnya. Kepala sekolah memfasilitasi tenaga pendidik untuk mengikuti pelatihan sesuai minat dan kebutuhan serta memberikan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan besar guna mengembangkan potensi diri. Selain itu, yayasan memberikan dukungan penuh terhadap pengembangan tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pengembangan karir di MA Amtsilati berdampak positif pada peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, motivasi kerja, dan mutu pendidikan. Hal ini mendukung terciptanya lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren.

Abstract

This study explores the contextualization of Pierre Bourdieu’s theoretical framework—particularly the concepts of habitus, capital, and field—in the formation of students’ (santri) character within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Indonesia. Amidst the growing discourse on character education and its integration into Islamic institutions, the research addresses the gap in understanding how structural and cultural dimensions influence santri development. The central problem investigated is how Bourdieu’s sociological concepts can be interpreted and applied to strengthen character education in pesantren settings. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, the study draws data from observations, interviews, and documentation in selected pesantren. The findings reveal that character formation in santri is significantly shaped by the interaction between religious-cultural values (habitus), the accumulation of religious and social capital, and the power dynamics within the pesantren environment (field). These elements work collectively to internalize discipline, humility, independence, and spiritual resilience among santri. The study offers theoretical contributions by aligning Western sociological theory with local Islamic educational practices and provides practical insights for pesantren leaders to consciously cultivate positive habitus among students. It concludes that Bourdieu’s framework offers a robust lens for analyzing and enhancing character education in pesantren contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek aksiologis dari metode Amtsilati dalam pembelajaran ilmu alat sebagai fondasi untuk memahami Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Metode Amtsilati dikenal sebagai pendekatan praktis dan aplikatif dalam pengajaran gramatika Arab (nahwu dan sharaf) yang disusun oleh KH. Taufiqul Hakim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka terhadap berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Amtsilati tidak hanya efektif dalam membangun pemahaman kebahasaan terhadap teks-teks keislaman, tetapi juga memiliki dimensi aksiologis yang kuat dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik agar mampu mengaplikasikan pemahaman tersebut secara fungsional dalam kehidupan beragama. Aksiologi metode ini terwujud melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak, kemandirian belajar, serta peningkatan literasi keagamaan. Dengan demikian, metode Amtsilati dapat dijadikan sebagai fondasi yang komprehensif dalam memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits secara kontekstual dan aplikatif.

Abstract

Visual media - based education is an innovative strategy For increase interest Study student to material complex , including diversity life . One of effort For support learning This is through development comic education based on local . Research This focused on development comic education about vertebrate diversity in the region Mountain The Puntland as an innovative, interesting and relevant learning media. Research This use Research and Development (R&D) method with 3-D model stages (Define, Design, Develop). Qualitative data collected through interview with teachers and experts For identify learning media needs, while quantitative data obtained from validation products by experts materials, media experts, and teachers, as well as readability tests by students. Research result show that comic this is valid and effective as a learning medium. Validation expert material to obtain average score 88%, validation media expert 83%, and science teacher validation 86%, all of which including in very valid category. Readability test by students show average score of 88%, with media aspects reach mark highest by 94%. This comic rated capable interesting attention students, improve understanding to material diversity life, and grow awareness will importance conservation diversity local life. Study This give implications significant in development teaching materials based on local. This comic No only can used as a learning medium but also as tool For increase awareness student will importance preservation environment. With thus, comics This potential become a learning medium supporting alternatives? achievement objective education national.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the discovery learning model on students' independence and learning outcomes in science learning in the fifth grade of elementary school. The background of this research is the importance of learning independence and good learning outcomes in facing the challenges of 21st-century education. The discovery learning model is considered one approach that can improve students independence and learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with an empiricism positivism approach. Data were collected through tests and questionnaires given to fifth-grade students of SD NU Kaplongan. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the discovery learning model on students' learning independence. This is evidenced by the significance value (Sig. (2-tailed)) 0.000 < α 0.05. In addition, there is a significant influence between the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes with a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.021 < α 0.05. Furthermore, learning independence also influences the improvement of student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the discovery learning model has a positive influence on students independence and learning outcomes in fifth-grade science learning. This model can be an effective alternative to improve the quality of science learning in elementary schools.
