Abstract

Karya sastra tidak akan terlepas dari fenomena yang ada dalam masyarakat yang adaptif dijadikannya sebagai kritik sosial dalam penciptaan karya sastra. Pendekatan sosiologi sastra teori Swingewood digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kritik sosial yang terkandung dalam naskah drama Baridin dan Ratminah karya H. Abdul Adjib. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan kutipan pada dialog-dialog dalam naskah drama yang dijadikan sebagai data, dengan sumber datanya adalah naskah drama Baridin dan Ratminah. Hasil analisis didapatkan dalam naskah drama Baridin dan Ratminah mengandung lima kritik sosial, yakni 1) Kritik sosial masalah kemiskinan; 2) Masalah kejahatan; 3) Masalah generasi muda; 4) Masalah norma masyarakat; 5) Masalah disorganisasi keluarga. Social Criticism in the Drama Manuscript Baridin dan Ratminah by H Abdul AdjibLiterary works cannot be separated from phenomena that exist in society which are adapted to be used as social criticism in the creation of literary works. The Swingewood theory of literary sociology approach is used in this research with the aim of describing the forms of social criticism contained in the drama script Baridin and Ratminah by H. Abdul Adjib. The qualitative descriptive method was used by utilizing quotations from dialogues in drama scripts which were used as data, with the data source being the Baridin and Ratminah drama scripts. The analysis results obtained in Baridin and Ratminah's drama script contain five social criticisms, namely 1) Social criticism of the problem of poverty; 2) Crime problem; 3) Young generation problems; 4) Problems with societal norms; 5) Family disorganization problems

Abstract

This mini-research examines the procurement of a Management Information System (SIM) at SMP Telkom Purwokerto, focusing on the role of administration in the procurement process, the challenges faced, and the strategies implemented. The digitalization era has brought significant changes to education, where the use of information and communication technology (ICT) is crucial for improving administrative efficiency and the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving field observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies to collect data. The research findings show that the implementation of SIM at SMP Telkom Purwokerto can improve data management and administrative processes, thereby accelerating attendance recording and student grade management. However, there are challenges in SIM procurement, such as limited budgets and human resource readiness. Administration plays a vital role in identifying system needs, ensuring that vendors meet qualifications, and providing training to users. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that the success of SIM procurement heavily relies on the administration's ability to manage the process effectively. With ongoing training and technical support, the challenges faced can be overcome, allowing SIM to function optimally and support better decision-making. This research is expected to serve as a model for other schools in implementing similar systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan permainan ular tangga dalam pembelajaran cerita pendek terhadap tingkat efikasi diri siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas IX di MTsN 2 Cirebon. Sampel terdiri atas 24 siswa. Analisis data meliputi perhitungan rerata, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas sederhana, dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan media ular tangga memiliki rerata nilai tingkat efikasi berdasarkan hasil Post-Tes sebesar 27.38 dari 24 responden, berdasarkan frekuensinya berada pada kategori sedang dengan frekuensi sebanyak 12 atau persentase sebesar 50%, pada kategori baik mendapatkan frekuensi 7 dengan persentase 29%, sedangkan pada kategori rendah mendapatkan frekuensi sebanyak 5 atau 21%. Berdasarkan uji F nilai, didapatkan fhitung sebesar 4,692 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan f-tabel yaitu 4.30 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Serta berdasarkan nilai signifikansi didapatkan nilai 0.041 < 0.05, maka dengan kata lain menolak hipotesis nol (Ho) dan menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel media ular tangga (X) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel efikasi diri siswa (Y).   The Influence of Snakes and Ladders Media on Student Self-Efficacy on Short Story Learning This research aims to determine the effect of using the ular tangga game in learning short stories their level of self-efficacy. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlation design. The population studied was class IX at MTsN 2 Cirebon, with a sample consisting of 24 students. Data analysis includes calculating the average, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, simple linearity test, and f-test. The research results showed that students who used ular tangga media had an average efficacy level score based on post-test results of 27.38 from 24 respondents, based on frequency it was in the medium category with a frequency of 12 or a percentage of 50%, in the good category it had a frequency of 7 with a percentage of 29%, while in the low category the frequency is 5 or 21%. Based on the F test value, the f-count is 4.692, which is greater than the f-table, namely 4.30 with a significance level of 5%. And based on the significance value, the value obtained is 0.041 < 0.05, so in other words rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). So, it can be concluded that the ular tangga media variable (X) has a simultaneous influence on the student self-efficacy variable (Y).

Abstract

Using a literary sociology approach, this study aims to describe the various forms of social criticism contained in Nano Riantiarno's monologue Please. Descriptive method is used in this qualitative research. Swingewood's sociology of literature is used in the study of social criticism in the research conducted. Data analysis methods used include content analysis and descriptive analysis. The data source for this research is the manuscript of the monologue Please by Nano Riantiarno, and the data is in the form of excerpts from the text. According to the results and discussion of this study, there are four social criticisms in Nano Riantiarno's monologue drama script Please: 1) Social Criticism of Poverty Issues; 2) Social Criticism of Crime Problems; 3) Social Criticism of Family Disorganization Issues; and 4) Social Criticism of Bureaucratic Problems.
