Abstract

This study investigates the impact of participation in digital health challenges and the gamification features of mobile applications on increasing physical activity among millennials in Jakarta. With the rapid adoption of digital health platforms, gamification and interactive challenges have emerged as effective tools to encourage healthier lifestyles. A quantitative approach was employed using 150 respondents, selected from Jakarta millennials, who completed a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that both participation in digital health challenges and gamification features significantly and positively influence physical activity levels. Furthermore, simultaneous testing showed that both variables together exert a strong and significant effect. The findings highlight the importance of integrating gamified elements and health challenges in digital platforms to sustain motivation and promote long-term behavioral change. This research contributes to the literature on digital health interventions and provides practical recommendations for application developers, healthcare providers, and policymakers in promoting active lifestyles among millennials.

Abstract

This study investigates the intersection between Islamic popular culture and the commodification of religion through Muslim fashion products on Instagram. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants: a Muslim fashion influencer, a brand owner, and a consumer of Islamic fashion. Thematic analysis was used to explore how Islamic values are represented, negotiated, and commercialized within digital fashion culture. The findings reveal that Instagram serves as a hybrid space where faith and consumerism coexist, allowing Islamic symbols such as the hijab, modest wear, and Quranic motifs to function simultaneously as expressions of piety and as marketable commodities. Influencers and brands strategically use religious narratives to establish authenticity and attract audiences seeking both spiritual meaning and lifestyle identity. Meanwhile, consumers engage with these products as markers of belonging and moral expression, despite recognizing the risk of superficial religiosity. The study concludes that Muslim fashion on Instagram exemplifies the transformation of religion into a digital commodity—where spiritual values are aestheticized, marketed, and consumed in alignment with contemporary capitalist and media logics.

Abstract

This study examines the legal framework and implementation of Red Notices in handling fugitive cases (Daftar Pencarian Orang – DPO) in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the case of the former CEO of Investree, Adrian Gunadi. Using a normative legal analysis, the research explores the application of Law Number 1 of 1979 concerning Extradition (Articles 2, 3, 4, and 5) and Police Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning the Functions of the NCB–Interpol Indonesia. The findings reveal that the Red Notice serves as a crucial tool for international law enforcement cooperation but lacks the status of a binding arrest warrant under Indonesian law. Its execution depends on the harmonization between national legal sovereignty and international obligations. The study also identifies legal and institutional challenges, such as procedural inconsistencies, limited inter-agency coordination, and inadequate bilateral extradition treaties, which hinder effective implementation. The case of Adrian Gunadi highlights these weaknesses, demonstrating the need for stronger regulatory mechanisms, enhanced cooperation between NCB–Interpol Indonesia and foreign counterparts, and policy reforms to ensure due process and accountability. Overall, this research underscores the importance of integrating Red Notice practices into Indonesia’s legal framework to improve the pursuit and extradition of fugitives within the boundaries of both domestic and international law.

Abstract

This study investigates how sustainability-based financing, fintech–ESG partnerships, and dynamic carbon pricing influence the value of renewable energy projects in Central Java, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with 130 respondents from financial institutions, project developers, and government agencies, data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that all three constructs significantly and positively affect renewable project value, with dynamic carbon pricing showing the strongest direct effect. Furthermore, dynamic carbon pricing mediates the relationships between sustainability-based financing and project value, as well as between fintech–ESG partnerships and project value, indicating that adaptive carbon mechanisms enhance the economic and environmental performance of renewable investments. The findings highlight the synergistic role of financial innovation, digital transparency, and carbon market policies in strengthening the sustainability and competitiveness of renewable energy projects. This study contributes theoretically by integrating Stakeholder Theory, Dynamic Capabilities, and Environmental Economics into a unified framework for sustainable project valuation, and offers practical insights for policymakers and investors in optimizing green finance and carbon pricing strategies across Indonesia’s energy transition agenda.

Abstract
