Abstract

Komite Keperawatan memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Di Indonesia, tugasnya mencakup kredensial, pengendalian mutu profesi, serta pengawasan etika dan disiplin sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 49 Tahun 2013. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan SDM dan ketidakjelasan wewenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Komite Keperawatan di rumah sakit swasta tipe B di Jakarta Timur yang telah beroperasi lebih dari 20 tahun. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer keperawatan dan ketua komite, serta analisis laporan indeks kepuasan pasien 2022–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sub Komite Kredensial berfokus pada kredensial berbasis kinerja, Sub Komite Mutu Profesi bertanggung jawab atas audit keperawatan dan manajemen insiden keselamatan pasien, sedangkan Sub Komite Etik dan Disiplin mengawasi kepatuhan terhadap kode etik perawat. Kendala utama adalah beban kerja anggota komite yang merangkap tugas di unit lain. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan tata kelola komite melalui manajemen beban kerja, pengembangan kapasitas anggota, dan kebijakan berbasis bukti guna meningkatkan mutu layanan dan keselamatan pasien

Abstract

Artikel ini menyoroti karakteristik moral dan karakter yang terdapat dalam pendidikan Islam sambil membahas filosofi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara sebagai dasar pendidikan di era digital. Untuk menyelidiki gagasan-gagasan utama dalam filosofi pendidikan dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter siswa, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan meneliti secara mendalam gagasan para pemimpin pendidikan Islam seperti al-Ghazali dan Ibn Khaldun, artikel ini menekankan nilai pendidikan sebagai sarana ibadah dan tanggung jawab pribadi kepada Allah, masyarakat, dan diri sendiri. Esai ini juga menyoroti kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dalam proses pendidikan di era digital, serta perlunya integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Dengan demikian, filsafat pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang relevan dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan modern.

Abstract

In everyday life, the most important and first environment is the family for children's lives. The family plays a very important role in efforts to develop children's personalities as well as in building a culture of literacy education for children at home and at school, because literacy education, especially for early childhood, is really needed to strengthen their education in the future. The role of the family in developing early childhood literacy is very important because it is considered the foundation for human cognitive development. However, it must be noted that developing a culture of literacy education does not mean that children are intensely and disciplined enough to learn to read, write and count like adults so that they feel forced. It is feared that this type of learning method could stress children and endanger their development. Because it is so important and there are many benefits that can be taken in educating literacy in early childhood education. We are students of the social work course (KKS) at Ma'arif University in Lampung, together with preschool teachers and the Pertiwi Kindergarten Management Board, holding parenting literacy activities for early childhood education (PAUD). With the child's parents. This is one of our appreciations as students and future educators for how to prepare the next generation to be superior and competent.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that involves students and teachers to achieve learning goals, so it is necessary to choose the right learning method or model because learning methods function as a tool or way to achieve learning goals. In this regard, learning objectives should have been developed based on three domains, namely cognitive, affective these learning methods and learning models are for learning indonesian in MI/SD. Therefore, the author tries to dig up information about learning methods and learning models through various e-book and journal media using the literature study method. The aim is for educators to know and understand the various learning models that can be carried out or used for learning indonesian in MI/SD. And from the results of this literature study, it was found that various learning methods and learning models can be applied to indonesian language learning. In the past, it was also discovered which was part of the mention of learning approaches or models and learning methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving students’ conceptual understanding and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Using a systematic literature review approach, this research examines findings from empirical studies published between 2019 and 2024 sourced from Google Scholar, DOAJ, and nationally indexed journals. The review reveals that PBL significantly enhances students’ understanding of Islamic concepts by engaging them in authentic, contextual problems that require analytical thinking, argumentation, and reflective inquiry. Students demonstrate deeper comprehension when exposed to real-life cases related to Islamic teachings, enabling them to interpret and apply religious concepts within practical contexts. The model also contributes to improved cognitive achievement, as evidenced by increased post-test scores and strengthened higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, PBL fosters students’ motivation and engagement through collaborative group activities, meaningful discussions, and student-centered learning dynamics. Several supporting factors such as authentic problem design, teacher facilitation, structured group work, and reflective practice are identified as essential elements in ensuring the successful implementation of PBL. Overall, this study concludes that PBL is an effective pedagogical model for advancing both conceptual understanding and learning outcomes in PAI, making it suitable for 21st-century Islamic education demands.
