Abstract

Dengan teknologi yang semakin canggih pada tiap-tiap bidang kehidupan manusia sekarang, segala usaha dan kegiatan manusia akan semakin terasa mudah, jika dibandingkan ketika teknologi yang digunakan hanya mengandalkan faktor keramahan alam. Melalui teknologi tersebut apa yang dulunya tidak mungkin, kini dapat terjadi dengan logis, seperti manusia sekarang dapat terbang, masuk ke dasar laut yang terdalam sekalipun, atau dapat menghancurkan suatu kota dengan hanya hitungan menit. Perkembangan teknologi elektronik yang berlangsung sangat pesat akhir-akhir ini telah mempengaruhi hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan dan kegiatan masyarakat. Canggihnya teknologi modern saat ini dan terbukanya jaringan informasi global yang serba transparan, yang menurut Toffler adalah gejala masyarakat gelombang ketiga, telah ditandai dengan munculnya internet, yakni sebuah teknologi yang memungkinkan adanya transformasi secara cepat ke seluruh jaringan dunia melalui dunia maya. Dengan teknologi internet, human action (perilaku manusia), human interaction (interaksi antar manusia), human relation (hubungan kemanusiaan) mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Jaringan komunikasi global telah menciptakan tantangan-tantangan terhadap cara pengaturan transaksi-transaksi sosial dan ekonomi. Internet yang merupakan implementasi Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) telah memberikan kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi secara global tanpa batasan geografis antar negara. Internet merupakan suatu penemuan yang pada awalnya berfungsi sebagai alat pertukaran data ilmiah dan akademik, kini telah berubah menjadi perlengkapan hidup sehari-hari dan dapat diakses dari berbagai belahan dunia. Teknologi internet mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap perekonomian dunia. Internet membawa perekonomian dunia memasuki babak baru yang lebih populer dengan istilah digital economics atau ekonomi digital. Keberadaannya ditandai dengan semakin maraknya kegiatan perekonomian yang memanfaatkan internet sebagai media komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kooperasi. Perdagangan misalnya, semakin banyak mengandalkan perdagangan elektronik/electronic commerce (e-commerce) sebagai media transaksi, dan diperkirakan, lebih dari 95 persen dari seluruh kegiatan di internet merupakan kegiatan perdagangan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut diatas penulis mencoba membongkar identitas bisnis Maya dan setatus hukumnya dalam perspektif  Islam. Mengigat makna Maya itu sangat luas, untuk memperjelas pembahasan ini penulis akan menekankan pada salah satu bentuk atau contoh /kasus praktek bisnis  maya,  yaitu  E-commerce.Kata Kunci: Bisnis Maya, Hukum Islam, Bisnis Online

Abstract

Pembiyaan dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengusaha yang memerlukan modal usaha serta membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pembangunan dalam berbagai sektor khususnya sektor ekonomi mikro, dan salah satu peranan pembiayaan modal usaha yaitu untuk meningkatkan perkembangan usaha, namun adakalanya dibatasi oleh kemampuan permodalan. Kurangnya permodalan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah disebabkan karena biasanya usaha ini adalah usaha individu atau badan usaha perorangan yang modal usahanya adalah modal sendiri, sedangkan modal pinjaman dari lembaga keuangan sulit di peroleh, karena persyaratan secara administratif dan teknis yang diminta oleh bank tidak dapat dipenuhi,, hasil pendampingan beberapa Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah yang ada di kabupatem sorong yaitu Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Bak Mie dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah warung makan sulastri menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi terutama pada aspek permodalan yang minim serta sulitnya menfakses pembiayaan.

Abstract

The Entrepreneur Training for Anugrah Sukses Berkah Internasional (ASBI) Honey aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the community in managing and developing local honey businesses, particularly pure honey and pure honey with herbal additives. This event was held on February 8, 2025, at the ASBI PT. Auditorium, Metro City, Lampung, with 100 participants from various regions in Lampung. The training featured three expert speakers: Zainal Abidin, the owner of PT. ASBI, who presented the company's profile and strategies for developing ASBI honey business; Ari Suponto, a marketing expert, who explained marketing techniques and product development for ASBI honey; and Habib Ismail, an entrepreneurship practitioner, who shared insights on the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in managing a business. The method used in this community service is an approach that combines training, education, and mentoring, aimed at providing practical understanding to participants on essential aspects of developing a honey business. Through these training sessions, participants were taught the importance of digital marketing, sound financial management, and product development to increase competitiveness in the market. The outcome of this training is expected to empower the community to professionally and sustainably develop the ASBI honey business while expanding the local honey product market network at the national level.

Abstract

Marriage is a sunnatullah that applies to all creatures of God, both humans, animals, and plants. Islam views that quality marriage will be measured from the process of pre, right, and post marriage. How someone starts the process of looking for a prospective wife or husband until the marriage contract and post-marriage will have offspring, all of which are clad in a clear Shari'a. So that the hope when having children, is that children who are pious and pious, can provide benefits to the people. Based on this matter, the Ministry of Religion took the initiative to implement the Candidate Candidate Course program in accordance with the government regulations that had been made.This research is a type of field research. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive. In this study data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. In analyzing data, researchers used an inductive approach.The results of the study explained that what is meant by pre-marriage debriefing is the process of transforming behavior and attitudes in groups or the smallest social unit in society towards prospective brides. Quality marriage is a condition where marriage can produce happiness, conformity and stability of marriage. While the level of quality of marriage itself is influenced by factors such as optimal family composition, family life cycle, socio-economic feasibility and suitability of roles, social and personal resource factors of husband and wife even by premarital conditions. That the sakinah family is a family that all family members feel love, security, peace, protection, happiness, blessing, respect, respect, trust and blessed by Allah SWT.

Abstract

This article discusses the granting of marriage dispensation which is given in order to provide legal certainty to conduct marriages outside the age limit of marriage. While some sources state that marriage at a young age has a negative impact. The purpose of this article is to analyze the basis of the judge's argument in deciding the marriage dispensation case from a benefit perspective. This article is a field research, by examining the decisions of judges at the Religious Court in Lampung Province in 2022, primary sources are then analyzed qualitatively, analyzed based on the theory of legal sociology and benefits. The results of the analysis found that the basis of the judge's argument in the marriage dispensation case is several laws and regulations, and the principles of Islamic law. If the judge's decision only focuses on granting dispensation and imposing court costs, then the decision is inappropriate, because the judge's legal considerations are basically only based on the marriage law without considering other laws related to children such as Law No. 4 of 1979 concerning Child Welfare, Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Based on the theory of Maqosid Syariah, the decision in question is less useful, because it only gives the impression of legal certainty to obtain marriage dispensation, without any certainty that the rights of children will be guaranteed in the future. Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia has provided the institution in charge of marriage registration. However, the registration process does not always run effectively for a particular community. This article sheds light on the existence and obstacle of marriage registration faced by the followers of Sapta Darma belief in East Lampung. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interview. Using a socio-legal lens, this article identifies consecutive facts impeding followers of the Sapta Darma belief in East Lampung from obtaining the legality of their marriages through state institutions. The organization of Sapta Darma believers has no internal institution which especially in charge of registering their marriage. They seem trapped and face a disproportionately negative stigma. Many of them do not have identity cards (KTP) as the basic term for the registration process. However, they continue to believe that their marriages are valid according to their faith and do not violate state law.Abstract: Indonesia telah menyediakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas pendaftaran pernikahan. Namun demikian, proses pendaftaran pernikahan tidak selalu berjalan efektif untuk komunitas tertentu. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keberadaan dan hambatan pendaftaran pernikahan yang dihadapi oleh para pengikut Sapta Darma di Lampung Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Menggunakan lensa sosio-hukum, artikel ini mengidentifikasi fakta berturut-turut yang menghambat pengikut kepercayaan Sapta Darma di Lampung Timur untuk mendapatkan legalitas pernikahan mereka melalui lembaga negara. Organisasi Sapta Darma tidak memiliki institusi internal yang terutama bertugas mendaftarkan pernikahan mereka. Mereka tampak terjebak dan menghadapi stigma negatif yang tidak proporsional. Banyak dari mereka tidak memiliki kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) sebagai persyaratan dasar untuk pendaftaran pernikahan mereka. Namun demikian, mereka tetap percaya bahwa pernikahan mereka sah menurut keyakinan mereka dan tidak melanggar hukum negara.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a contribution and role that is very important and important in the growth of the Indonesian economy. MSMEs are basically businesses run by individuals or families, so their customers are lower middle class people. In addition, there is a lot of evidence that MSMEs are more resilient than large corporations or large companies in the midst of the economic crisis that has hit. Digital transformation has brought significant changes to the ecosystem in doing business, including for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital financial literacy is a key factor in increasing the efficiency of business management. This Community Service aims to provide an understanding and see the impact of digital financial literacy assistance on the management of MSME businesses in Metro City. The Community Service method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of MSME actors who participated in the digital financial literacy program. The steps and supporting efforts in the ABCD method approach process are search analysis to find appreciation, development and potential assets and program strategy analysis. The results of this community service show that increasing digital financial literacy has a positive impact on financial management, access to capital, and MSME competitiveness. Thus, digital financial literacy assistance can be an effective strategy in encouraging sustainable MSME growth for MSMEs in Metro City.

Abstract

In everyday life, the most important and first environment is the family for children's lives. The family plays a very important role in efforts to develop children's personalities as well as in building a culture of literacy education for children at home and at school, because literacy education, especially for early childhood, is really needed to strengthen their education in the future. The role of the family in developing early childhood literacy is very important because it is considered the foundation for human cognitive development. However, it must be noted that developing a culture of literacy education does not mean that children are intensely and disciplined enough to learn to read, write and count like adults so that they feel forced. It is feared that this type of learning method could stress children and endanger their development. Because it is so important and there are many benefits that can be taken in educating literacy in early childhood education. We are students of the social work course (KKS) at Ma'arif University in Lampung, together with preschool teachers and the Pertiwi Kindergarten Management Board, holding parenting literacy activities for early childhood education (PAUD). With the child's parents. This is one of our appreciations as students and future educators for how to prepare the next generation to be superior and competent.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi dimulai dari kesejahteraan rumah tangga karena dengan terciptanya ekonomi rumah tangga yang stabil akan membawa kebermanfaatan untuk lingkungan. Socioprenuership mengedepankan nilai-nilai sosial yang memiliki tujuan sama dengan konsep mabadi khaira ummah yakni pengelolaan ekonomi rumah tangga sebagai upaya mempertahankan keberkahan dan kebermanfaatan hidup keluarga. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut keluarga harus memulai membenahi kondisi ekonominya dan ekonomi lingkungannya hal tersebut dapat dibentuk melalui socioprenuership yang bersifat kesinambungan. Salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan mitra adalah belum fahamnya apa itu socioprenuership dan apa itu konsep mabadi khaira ummah meskipun mereka adalah keluarga nahdliyin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha UKM-RT yang berada di Kecamatan Metro Utara agar dapat mempraktekkan socioprenuership dikalangan sendiri. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD). Metode ini merupakan model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang menekankan pada pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka. Hasil dari pengabdian ini nantinya pelaku usaha UKM-RT akan memahami socioprenership dalam konsep mabadi khaira ummah dan dapat mempraktekkan dilingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan keberkahan dan kemanfaatan sosial dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi ummah.
