Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Semowo dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru menghadapi disrupsi teknologi di era Society 5.0. Kepemimpinan transformatif didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan kepala sekolah untuk menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan memberdayakan guru melalui pendekatan inovatif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang mengadopsi kepemimpinan transformatif berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan guru, pengembangan profesional, dan pembentukan budaya kolaborasi, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepala sekolah untuk terus mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan transformatif yang mendukung inovasi pendidikan di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses curriculum development from two main perspectives: Islamic education and Independent Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to identify principles, approaches, and best practices in curriculum management to answer the challenges of the 21st century. The method used is a literature review of eleven scientific articles published in reputable journals. The findings show that curriculum development must be based on Islamic values, principles of educational management, technology integration, and competency-oriented. An Independent Curriculum that is adaptive to the needs of students and the world of work is also a key factor in the success of education. This article recommends a holistic approach in planning and implementing a curriculum based on values ​​and science and technologysectors. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas pengembangan kurikulum dari dua perspektif utama yaitu pendidikan Islam dan Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuan kajian ini adalah mengidentifikasi prinsip, pendekatan, dan praktik terbaik dalam manajemen kurikulum untuk menjawab tantangan abad ke-21. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah pustaka terhadap sebelas artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan di jurnal-jurnal bereputasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum harus berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, prinsip manajemen pendidikan, integrasi teknologi, serta berorientasi pada kompetensi. Kurikulum Merdeka yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik dan dunia kerja juga menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan pendidikan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pendekatan holistik dalam perencanaan dan implementasi kurikulum berbasis nilai dan IPTEK.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Round Robin Brainstorming technique in improving students’ vocabulary. This study was conducted at SMP Al Alawiyah Kota Serang using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The sample consisted of students from class VII A and VII B, with 30 students in each class, totaling 60 students. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments and analyzed using the Independent Samples t-Test in SPSS because the data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variance. The results showed that the Sig. (ρ-value) was 0.000, which was lower than α = 0.05, indicating that Ha was accepted. The findings revealed that the Round Robin Brainstorming technique was effective in improving students’ vocabulary achievement. The experimental class showed an increase in the mean score from 56.00 in the pre-test to 79.83 in the post-test, with the highest post-test score of 95 and the lowest score of 55. There was a significant difference in vocabulary achievement between students taught using the Round Robin Brainstorming technique and those taught without the technique. These results indicate that the technique supports students’ vocabulary development through active learning activities.
