Abstract

This research aims to explore leadership development rooted in Minangkabau cultural values in a modern context. The issue raised is the challenges faced by the younger generation in maintaining cultural values amid the influence of globalization and social change. The methodology used was a qualitative approach with a literature study design, which involved analyzing literature related to transformational, situational, and participatory leadership theories, as well as the application of Minangkabau cultural values. The results showed that effective leadership can be achieved by integrating cultural values such as gotong royong and deliberation in leadership practices. In addition, leadership development strategies that include training, education, and the use of technology are needed to strengthen the involvement of the younger generation. Practical projects, such as youth leadership programs and cultural festivals, have proven effective in strengthening cultural values among the younger generation. Further research is needed to explore the long-term impact of these programs and identify best practices in different contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the management standards implemented at Adzkia Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) West Sumatra contribute to the development of student character. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and direct observation at SDIT Adzkia. The research subjects involved principals, teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of Islamic value-based management standards involves curriculum management, human resources, finance, and relationships with parents. The implementation of these standards succeeded in improving students' discipline, responsibility, and empathy. However, some challenges such as limited resources and variability in staff commitment remain. In conclusion, Islamic value-based management standards can be an effective character education model if supported by close collaboration between schools and families and continuous training for educators. Recommendations are given to strengthen program evaluation and increase parental involvement in character education.

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of science education foundations in Indonesia from 2021 to 2025 through a literature review approach. It aims to identify key trends, dominant paradigms, and contextual influences shaping the development of science teaching and learning in Indonesian formal education. The analysis reveals a significant shift from positivist to constructivist epistemologies, with increasing emphasis on inquiry-based learning, Nature of Science (NoS), and student-centered pedagogies. Curriculum reforms, particularly under the Merdeka Belajar policy, have introduced more flexible and learner-driven frameworks. However, disparities in implementation, teacher readiness, and resource availability persist across regions. Emerging trends also highlight the integration of local and indigenous knowledge into science instruction as a means to enhance relevance and inclusivity. The findings suggest that while theoretical advancements are evident, sustained efforts are needed to align policy, practice, and professional development. This review contributes to understanding how foundational shifts in science education can inform future curriculum design, teacher training, and educational policy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya, pendapatan dan efesiensi dalam usahatani ubi kayu di Kelurahan Sekar Mawar Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Analisis data digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu menghitung total biaya, pendapatan dan Return Cost Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa per luas lahan 0,24 Ha rerata biaya sebesar Rp 10.722.267, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 30.519.800 dan R/C Ratio adalah sebesar Rp 2,85 berarti untuk setiap Rp 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan, diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 2,85. Ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut menguntungkan, karena penerimaan lebih besar dari biaya. R/C Ratio. This study aims to determine the cost, income, and efficiency of cassava farming in Sekar Mawar Village, Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method by calculating the total cost, income, and Return Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). The results of the study showed that for an average land area of 0.24 hectares, the total cost was IDR 10,722,267, the revenue was IDR 30,519,800, and the R/C Ratio was 2.85. This means that for every IDR 1 of cost incurred, the revenue obtained was IDR 2.85. This indicates that the farming business is profitable, as the revenue exceeds the cost.
