Abstract

Agroindustri Sumber Makmur merupakan sebuah industri yang menciptakan produk hijau yakni beras organik dan sereal beras organik “Lumpang Berlian”. Agroindustri tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya potensial daerah khususnya di desa Sumberngepoh. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis 1) Pengaruh Green Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, 2) Pengaruh Green Product, Green Promotion dan Keputusan Pembelian terhadap program Community Development, 3) Pengaruh Green Marketing secara tidak langsung melalui Keputusan Pembelian terhadap program Community Development. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Variabel Green Marketing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian yaitu sebesar 81.9% dan sub variabel yang tertinggi adalah Green Product, 2) Variabel Product, Promotion dan Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Community Developmentyaitu sebesar 37.0%. 3) Semua hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel Green Marketing secara tidak langsung melalui Keputusan Pembelian terhadap variabel Community Development memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.   Kata Kunci: Agroindustri Beras Organik, Green Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian, Program Community Development

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan bawang putih di Indonesia. Jenis model yang digunakan dalam proses estimasi adalah model penyesuaian permintaan parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh persamaan dalam model signifikan dan memenuhi syarat uji statistik.  Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan bawang putih meliputi harga riil bawang putih impor Indonesia dan permintaan bawang putih Indonesia tahun sebelumnya. Tarif impor berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga bawang putih impor Indonesia. Sementara itu, harga bawang putih eceran dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh permintaan bawang putih Indonesia, penawaran bawang putih Indonesia, dan harga bawang putih impor Indonesia. Dalam jangka pendek, seluruh variabel eksogen dalam model inelastis terhadap variabel endogennya. Namun dalam jangka panjang hanya tarif impor yang elastis terhadap harga bawang putih impor. Abstract

To fulfil the need of rice is to increase the domestic production, which is the one of the government’s policy. However, by increasing the population, the demand of rice will also increase and the effort of increase the domestic productivity cannot supply the need of domestic rice. So, to cover the shortage the government makes decision to import rice from other countries. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) also increased after monetary crisis in 1998. In the fact of the import of rice is occurred when the statistical data showed that the supply of rice in Indonesia is surplus. The aim of this research is necessary to study the factors which influence the import of rice in Indonesia. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis model with Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the research proven that partially or jointly the gross domestic product, the consumption, the price of rice in world market are influence significantly toward the import of rice in Indonesia.

Abstract

Integrasi pasar merupakan suatu ukuran yang menunjukkan seberapa jauh perubahan harga yang terjadi di pasar acuan akan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan harga pada pasar pengikutnya. Namun, fluktuasi harga bawang merah yang sering terjadi dimanfaatkan oleh para pedagang untuk memanipulasi informasi harga di tingkat produsen sehingga transmisi harga dari pasar konsumen ke produsen cenderung bersifat asimetris. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa informasi harga belum tersalurkan dengan baik dan pasar tidak terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat variasi harga dan integrasi pasar bawang merah di Jawa Barat. Analisis koefisien variasi digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat variasi harga dan pendekatan kointegrasi dengan model Vector Autoregression (VAR)/Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) untuk menganalisis integrasi pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat fluktuasi harga bawang merah di tingkat produsen, grosir dan eceran adalah tinggi dan tidak stabil. Hasil analisis integrasi pasar menunjukkan bahwa antara pasar produsen dan pasar grosir tidak terjadi integrasi pasar jangka panjang namun terintegrasi dalam jangka pendek. Antara pasar produsen dan pasar eceran terjadi integrasi pasar dalam jangka panjang namun dalam jangka pendek tidak terintegrasi. Antara pasar grosir dan pasar eceran terintegrasi baik dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek.

Abstract

Integrasi pasar merupakan suatu ukuran yang menunjukkan tingkat pergerakan harga yang terjadi di pasar acuan akan menyebabkan perubahan di pasar pengikutnya. Perubahan harga apel ditingkat petani dan pedagang pengecer tidak berjalan seimbang, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa transmisi harga antara lembaga pemasaran masih rendah. Informasi harga yang kurang memadai dan tidak merata antara petani dan pengecer akan menyebabkan adanya asimetri informasi sehingga terjadi kegagalan pasar, selain itu juga menandakan bahwa pasar tidak terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi pasar apel di tingkat petani dengan pedagang pengecer dan di tingkat pedagang pengecer di Kota Batu dengan pedagang pengecer di Kota Malang, Kediri, Surabaya dan Jember. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu kointegrasi Johansen dan Vector Error Corection Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar apel antara petani dan pedagang pengecer Kota Batu, Malang dan Surabaya sudah terintegrasi dalam jangka panjang maupun pendek. Selain itu antara pedagang pengecer Kota Batu dan pedagang pengecer Malang dan Surabaya sudah terintegrasi dalam jangka panjang maupun pendek

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the decision making process in using “X” fungicide, the level of farmers’ satisfaction, and the loyalty level of the farmers towards “X” fungicide. The research was carried out in Sumberbrantas Village, Batu City. The determination of the respondents was conducted by using a simple random sampling with a total of 40 respondents. The methods used in this research were descriptive analysis for the decision-making process and for the loyalty level of the farmers, importance performance analysis (IPA), and customer satisfaction index (CSI). The result of decision-making process shows that farmers have decided to use “X” fungicide because the quality and active ingredientswithinwhile the IPA method shows that the efficiency of fungicide and the fact that there are no side effects on the plant become the top priority. On the one hand, the result of CSI method shows that 78,57% of the farmers are satisfied with “X” fungicide. As a whole, farmers have entered the habitual buyer level.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to understand some factors that are affecting strawberry farmers satisfaction in utilization of ”X” fungicide and the level of farmer satisfaction. The location of this research in Pandanrejo Village, Batu City with 50 respndents. The method which was used in this research are decriptive statistics, Logistic Regression, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Measuring factors that affect satisfaction used four dummy variables, such as education level, group refference, training experience, and information source. And then to measure the level of satisfaction used variable of product attributes such as variety of product size, composition, expire date, procedure, permite of distribution, product availability, benefit, product information, completeness, rate of extermination ,and price. The result of logistic regression that group reference and source information are affecting the satisfaction of strawberry farmer. The obtained result of Customer Satisfaction Index method got 73,43% which means that strawberry farmer are satisfied with fungicide “X”.

Abstract

Tren baru di masyarakat dunia menjadikan masyarakat sadar akan gaya hidup sehat, sehingga mulai memperhatikan bahan pangan yang akan dikonsumsi. Sayur organik merupakan salah satu bahan pangan alami yang tidak terkontaminasi bahan kimia berbahaya, namun tindakan pembelian masyarakat Indonesia terhadap sayur organik masih rendah meskipun memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap sayur organik, sehingga tidak mengikuti tren dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat individu dalam mengkonsumsi sayur organik dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Niat individu dalam TPB dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Penelitian dilakukan pada ibu-ibu yang sedang melakukan kegiatan pembelian sayur organik di Toko Sayur dan Buah Dapur Ku, Kelurahan Sawojajar, Kota Malang dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat individu dalam mengkonsumsi sayur organik dengan nilai p-value < 0,001. Nilai R-square pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 51% berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap niat pembelian sayur organik sebesar 51% sedangkan sisanya 49% dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the mapping of prol tape value chain and the critical succes factor (CSF) to define effective strategyto improve the prol tape. The sampling methods were census and snowball sampling. The data analysis methods were mapping analysis, CSF, and benchmarking. The findings showed that the agroindustrial actors spent the highest amount of money in one production process, 2,278,999.75 rupiahs, and as the consequence got the least amount of profit, 862,292.25 rupiahs. According to the agroindustry, the most criticalfactors were taste, quality, and price, while those according to the consumers were taste, quality, and expired. The factor that had highest gap score was expired (0.97) followed by innovation (0.6) and supply (0.53). Therefore, the methods of upgrading to do were process upgrading (minimizing defects in raw materials), product upgrading (improving flavors, product diversification, mentioning expiration date and increasing supply), functional upgrading (increasing machine capacity for production) and chain upgrading (shifting the chain and not involving retailers, increasing the number of stores (outlets) in strategic locations, and buying raw materials directly from tape sellers).

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the level of feeling perceived after using a product or service that is very important for the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attributes considered and to analyze the level of satisfaction of chili farmers that use Pseudomonas fluorescens (PF) biological agents. This study uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results reveal that there are 5 attributes of PF biological agents that the farmers choose, i.e. pest and disease control, eco-friendly, ease of application, instructions manual, and ease of obtaining. The result obtained from the calculation of CSI is 71%, so the chili farmers or the consumer are satisfied with PF biological agents.
