Abstract

In 2023, the government hopes to increase the achievement of zero HIV cases by 2030. However, the achievement of the target with the 95-95-95 indicator is still far from expected. Based on 2022 data, only 81% of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) have their HIV status known. Meanwhile, only 42% of PLHIV are treated from the first 95 findings, the third 95 percent indicator, only 20 percent have received VL tests from the second 95 findings. The Mojokerto Regency Health Office has made efforts to increase the achievement of viral load testing in HIV sufferers, but the results obtained are still not optimal. This activity aims to identify the causes of the still low viral load testing in PLHIV in the Mojokerto Regency Health Office Work Area in 2023 and increase awareness of people living with HIV (PLHIV) to undergo viral load testing. The activity consists of the stages of problem identification, problem prioritization, and finding solutions to problems. At the end of the activity, it was found that viral load testing on PLHIV in the Mojokerto District Health Office's work area was still lacking and that assistance was needed to increase PLHIV awareness to carry out regular viral load testing so that the risk of transmission could be reduced.

Abstract

Efforts to create a good and comfortable physical work environment must be made by agencies in order to support the achievement of high performance for employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of physical environmental factors on the performance of employees of the Mojokerto District Health Office. This study was conducted with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 76 employees selected by simple random sampling technique. data were collected with a room thermometer, sound level meter, luxmeter and comfort measurement questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using logistic regression test. The results showed that almost all of the furniture used by employees to work was comfortable (79.5%), most of the rooms had more than average noise levels (59.1%), all rooms had room temperature (15-30o Celsius) (100%), almost all rooms had inappropriate lighting (88.6%). The results of the logistic regression test explain that the comfort of office furniture has no effect on employee performance (p value = 0.545), the noise level has no effect on employee performance (pvalue = 0.739). employee workplace air temperature has no effect on employee performance (pvalue = 0.087). Workplace lighting levels affect employee performance. (p value = 0.026) Together there is an influence of all physical environmental factors on employee performance and there is no most dominant factor in influencing the performance of employees of the Mojokerto District Health Office (pvalue = 0.000). Sufficient lighting does not interfere with employee concentration so that they can work well and focus and have good performance. Therefore, the Health Office should begin to rehabilitate the facilities owned so as to create a conducive work environment for employees.

Abstract

The use of JKN mobile applications is increasing along with the development of information technology. This study aims to analyse the effect of participants' knowledge and attitudes on satisfaction in using the JKN mobile application at the Jember Branch Office. This study uses quantitative research methods using analytical observational methods with a cross sectional approach. Probaility Sampling with Simple Random Sampling Technique with a total sample of 134 respondents. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and interviews made by researchers and filled in by respondents. The collected data were processed using the statistical test ‘Chi-Square’ The results showed that most respondents had good knowledge about the JKN mobile application as many as 89 people (66.4%), most respondents had a negative attitude about the JKN mobile application as many as 82 people (61.2%), most respondents were satisfied in using the JKN mobile application as many as 71 people (53%). The results of the Chi-square analysis test show that the p-value of 0.012 means that there is an influence of knowledge on satisfaction in using the JKN mobile application, the p-value of 0.000 means that there is an influence of attitude on satisfaction in using the JKN mobile application. It is expected that BPJS Kesehatan officers are more continuous about socialising the menu or features on the JKN mobile application directly to BPJS Kesehatan participants, currently patients who come to BPJS Kesehatan health facilities some have not used mobile JKN, so it needs the role of officers in educating patients and families about the features in the JKN mobile application.
