Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh soft competence terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, pengaruh hard competence terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, pengaruh soft competence dan hard competence terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan secara simultan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 92 orang pegawai Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: soft competence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai; hard competence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai; soft competence dan hard competence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan secara simultan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: the effect of soft competence to employee work effectiveness; the effect of hard competence to employee work effectiveness; the effect of soft competence and hard competence to employee work effectiveness simultaneously. Data in this research was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) by taking the respondents as many 92 employee Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Sulawesi Selatan. Data analysis used in this research were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: soft competence has a positive and significant effect to employee work effectiveness; hard competence has a positive and significant effect to employee work effectiveness; soft competence and hard competence has a positive and significant effect to employee work effectiveness simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IA Makassar. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi dan studi literatur terkait sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji T. Jumlah sampel adalah 58 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kelas Khusus IA Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work spirit on employee performance at the Makassar Class IA District Court Office. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires, observations and related literature studies according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and T test. The number of samples is 58 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the variables of Work Discipline and Work Spirit have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Makassar Special Class IA District Court Office.
