Abstract

This study aims to examine the Service Qualiti Control in the Development of Arabic Language Learning in the Excellent Languange Region of Zaid bin Tsabit, using qualitative research methods of case study types with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. To obtain sufficient and clear data in accordance with research problems. Learning Arabic is one of the most important languages to learn and understand in order to understand Islam in depth, by understanding Arabic and being able to communicate using Arabic will make it easier for students to get additional knowledge from someone who conveys their knowledge using Arabic. Arabic has also been included in the international language category. Based on the results of this study, the service quality control used by the Zaid bin Tsabit region towards the development of Arabic language learning towards excellent languange using linguistic elements and skills / skills. In the linguistic element we divide it again into three, namely: mufrodat / vocabulary, understanding ma'na, nahu and tasrif. Likewise, in the element of skill / ability, then we have four stages that we do, namely: maharoh istima', maharoh kalam maharoh qiroah and maharoh kitabah.

Abstract

This research discusses the urgency of increasing the capacity of Human Resources (HR) of village officials in mediating agrarian conflicts over community land boundaries in Grujugan Village, Cermee Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency in the aspect of non-litigation civil law related to agrarian conflicts. This research focuses on increasing the civil legal competence of village officials in their role as mediators and administrators of agrarian civil law conflicts experienced by village communities. The purpose of this research is to reveal the methods and strategies for increasing the capacity and civil legal competence of village officials in mediating agrarian conflicts. This research uses theoretical analysis of human resource capacity building in the village, village governance, agrarian civil law, and the search for relevant legal decisions. In addition, this research considers the impact of agrarian conflicts on the socio-economic conditions of the community, as well as the role of village heads and village officials in mediation and conflict resolution. Qualitative methods were used with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that, first, the knowledge of the Grujukan village apparatus related to civil affairs is still low, especially in mediating agrarian conflicts experienced by its citizens. Secondly, there is no initiative from the village government in improving the competence and capacity of the village apparatus so that it has an impact on the role and function of the village apparatus as a mediator and conflict administrator in resolving conflicts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the tawasul tradition in the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton Probolinggo. This research approach is descriptive qualitative type. The research subjects comprised the caretaker of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and the head of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The collection technique uses interviews, documentation, observation, and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the tawasul tradition in Islamic boarding schools has several meanings in reading tawasul in Islamic boarding schools 1. Means of praying, 2. Means to connect scientific sanad, 3. Means to connect spiritual sense, 4. Media for dhikr to others. Allah, 5. Increase love for Allah. While the benefits of reading tawasul on students' personalities in Islamic boarding schools 1. They were becoming a person who likes to be grateful, 2—being patient, 3. Being calm, 4. They respect people, 5. Being a person who wants to give and be generous, 6. Be happy with Allah's destiny

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Optimization of Education Quality through Academic Service Strategy at Nurul Jadid High School with a focus on learning aspects, facilities, and infrastructure. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research reveals that SMA Nurul Jadid excels in providing academic services, especially in early and formal learning. As part of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Nurul Jadid High School strives to provide superior educational services by involving foreign educators and providing supporting facilities. Student academic achievement indicates the school's strong academic services, contributing to student satisfaction and performance. Teachers play a central role in the learning process, and extracurricular activities provide opportunities for the development of additional skills and social relationships. In addition, quality facilities and infrastructure contribute to a conducive learning environment. Although SMA Nurul Jadid has provided excellent academic services, there is potential for improvement, especially in increasing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

This research delves into the application of the Community-Based Development Model (CBDM) to empower MSMEs rooted in local wisdom within Probolinggo Regency, contributing to participatory and sustainable community economic development. The core focus is to understand how community engagement, leveraging local potential, and digitalization drive collective economic independence. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was gathered via in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and thematic analysis. Findings highlight five key stages in CBDM implementation: identifying local potential, community involvement, MSME capacity building, executing culture-based programs, and evaluating economic independence. This implementation successfully boosted MSME turnover by 57%, spurred citizen participation in village economic forums, and independently strengthened digital marketing capabilities. These results demonstrate that development rooted in local participation and culture not only enhances the economy but also reinforces community social cohesion, offering a replicable development model for similar regions.

Abstract

This research applies an interactive learning model to the management of tahfidz classes at MA Nurul Jadid to improve students' ability to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an. The tahfidz process begins with coaching to equalize the basic abilities of the students, followed by memorization under the guidance of the ustadz and memorizing murojaah. Students are given the freedom to memorize outside the specified time and place. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection through interviews and documentation. Supporting and inhibiting factors for the tahfidz process include the students' goals and interests, intelligence, environment, and laziness. The research results show that the application of the interactive learning model in the management of tahfidz classes at MA Nurul Jadid follows a predetermined schedule. The Al-Qur'an tahfidz method used at MA Nurul Jadid is quite effective even though there are still several supporting and inhibiting factors in the tahfidz learning process. However, the results achieved by students are quite good and in accordance with the programmed curriculum.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of the role of public relations in promoting and improving the image of educational institutions, with a special focus on madrasas. Discusses communication strategies and public relations management, as well as the use of information technology in education. This study also highlights the impact of community participation in education and the role of public relations in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the impact of public relations on the quality of education and public trust located at MAN Bondowoso. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bondowoso is a practical example that shows efforts to change negative perceptions about madrasas and introduce this institution to the public. Supporting factors such as support from alumni and parents were identified, as well as inhibiting factors including dual roles as teachers and public relations, budget limitations, and inadequate facilities. The results of these efforts resulted in improving the quality of education and increasing public trust in madrasas. Overall, this research emphasizes the important role of public relations in improving the quality of education and growing public trust in educational institutions. This underlines the importance of community relations as a management function that fosters positive relationships between organizations and society, especially in the context of educational institutions.
