Abstract

In recent years divorce has become a popular term in the ears of society. This is because the divorce rate is increasing every day. Every day, no less than five people change their status to widows or widowers. Madura is the largest contributor to divorce rates in East Java, especially in Pamekasan and Sampang. The number of divorces per year in the two regions reached more than a thousand. Interestingly, of the thousands of divorces were dominated by the number of divorce. The article results of this study describe the phenomenon of increasing divorce rates initiated by the wife (divorce) in the two regions from year to year, and describe in depth the causes. With a qualitative-descriptive-phenomenological approach, this article succeeded in showing that in the last three years the divorce rate in Madura has been increasing and more dominated by the divorce model. The causes are varied, both internal and external factors in the household, such as education and the economy, so that an increase in the level of education and the economy must be done to reduce divorce rates.[Beberapa tahun belakangan ini perceraian menjadi istilah yang populer di telinga masyarakat. Hal ini karena angka perceraian semakin hari semakin bertambah. Setiap hari, tidak kurang dari lima orang berubah statusnya menjadi janda atau duda. Madura termasuk wilayah penyumbang terbanyak angka perceraian di Jawa Timur, khususnya di Pamekasan dan Sampang. Jumlah perceraian pertahunnya di dua daerah tersebut mencapai seribuan lebih. Menariknya, dari ribuan jumlah perceraian tersebut didominasi oleh jumlah cerai gugat. Artikel hasil penelitian ini menguraikan fenomena meningkatnya angka perceraian yang diinisiasi oleh pihak istri (cerai gugat) di dua daerah tersebut dari tahun ke tahun, dan memaparkan secara mendalam faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif-fenomenologis, artikel ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam tiga tahun terakhir angka perceraian di Madura semakin meningkat dan lebih didominasi oleh model cerai gugat. Faktor penyebabnya beragam, baik faktor internal maupun faktor ekternal dalam rumah tangga, seperti pendidikan dan ekonomi, sehingga peningkatan taraf pendidikan dan ekonomi harus dilakukan untuk meredam angka perceraian]

Abstract

As a learning medium, modules undoubtedly possess an essential role in conveying information to students, with their characteristics of displaying more easily accepted information by students. This research, therefore, aims to analyze learning modules reviewed from self-efficacy for students with visual impairments. The research method employed is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental model, where two groups comprised experimental and control groups. The data collection technique used was a self-efficacy questionnaire, and the data were then analyzed utilizing descriptive statistics. This research examined 30 respondents who were students with visual impairments in class VII-IX SMP LB at SLB A YAAT Klaten and SLB A YKAB Surakarta. The research results revealed that the learning module used for students with visual impairments effectively increased student self-efficacy

Abstract

The recent shift in technology usage has impacted education significantly, including institutions that provide services for students with visual impairments. This article aims to analyze the role of assistive technology in the learning of students with visual impairments. This article uses the research method of article review with meta-analysis. The source of the review of this article is articles sourced from reputable articles on Google and Scopus by considering the same themes and keywords in this study, so that the discussion becomes more coherent and relevant. Based on the results of the literature study, it is found that the use of assistive technology in inclusive education focuses on the use of technology to practice, and to assist in the learning process. Assistive technology also provides accessibility to learners in various ways to complete their tasks more easily and independently that they could not previously complete.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze pedagogical innovation practices and learning models at MTs Darul Musthofa, Probolinggo, within the context of contemporary Islamic education. The research focuses on the integration of digital technology, teacher collaboration, and the internalization of pesantren values in the learning process. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the madrasah successfully developed an innovative learning ecosystem that combines digital media with pesantren traditions, such as the use of Google Classroom, digital lesson plans, student blogs, and interactive Islamic content. These practices enhance students’ digital literacy while maintaining the religious character that underpins the institution. The implications suggest that Islamic educational institutions, even in rural areas, can adopt transformative learning models based on technology and local values synergistically. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of policies and Islamic education models that are adaptive to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

This study looks at how Islamic moral qualities including trust (amanah), justice (ʿadl), honesty (ṣidq), and tabligh are used in strategic leadership at SMK Nurul Abror Al Robbaniyin. Using a qualitative technique with a case study design, interviews were done with the principal, vice principal, and institutional managers, and participatory observations were collected. These results reveal that these principles are utilized to handle administration and finance, communicate inside the institution, make decisions, and divide up roles. These results help us learn more about the type of Islamic educational leadership that is both morally and spiritually right and good for managing. Islamic ethics builds a company culture that is transparent, responsible, and encourages everyone to get involved. By putting these values into practice, leaders not only show that they are moral people, but they also create a management system that makes sure that institutions are good and that everyone is treated fairly. In theory, this study helps to create a framework for value-based leadership in Islamic education. To reach this goal, this research suggests improving value-based leadership training and doing more research in other settings of other Islamic institutions to make a more adaptable ethical leadership model that can change with the times.

Abstract

This research delves into the application of the Community-Based Development Model (CBDM) to empower MSMEs rooted in local wisdom within Probolinggo Regency, contributing to participatory and sustainable community economic development. The core focus is to understand how community engagement, leveraging local potential, and digitalization drive collective economic independence. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was gathered via in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and thematic analysis. Findings highlight five key stages in CBDM implementation: identifying local potential, community involvement, MSME capacity building, executing culture-based programs, and evaluating economic independence. This implementation successfully boosted MSME turnover by 57%, spurred citizen participation in village economic forums, and independently strengthened digital marketing capabilities. These results demonstrate that development rooted in local participation and culture not only enhances the economy but also reinforces community social cohesion, offering a replicable development model for similar regions.

Abstract

This study focuses on strategies for enhancing teacher resilience to prevent burnout at MI Nurul Mun’im, aiming to explore the roles of leadership, work-life balance, and social support in building individual and collective fortitude within the work environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the headmaster, vice headmaster, teachers, and students, as well as document analysis. Data analysis involved reduction, display, and verification using content, discourse, and interpretive analysis methods. The findings indicate that participatory and appreciative leadership strategies significantly increase teachers' sense of ownership and motivation, while work-life balance policies, such as flexible scheduling and reduced administrative burdens, support their physical and mental well-being. Furthermore, social support, fostered through harmonious relationships among teachers and group discussion programs, strengthens collective resilience, positively impacting both the work and learning atmosphere. The implications of this research suggest that the combination of these strategies can serve as an effective model for improving educator well-being and, ultimately, the quality of education

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola MAN 1 Probolinggo melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi kepala sekolah serta tenaga administratif dalam mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen berbasis cloud. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya kompetensi SDM dalam mengelola administrasi secara digital. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan partisipatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra, mengatasi resistensi awal, serta membangun budaya kerja yang adaptif. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya tata kelola lembaga yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta dapat dijadikan model percontohan bagi madrasah lain. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi terletak pada penguatan kapasitas manusia sebagai aktor utama perubahan.

Abstract

The study aimed to deeply analyze and examine the implementation of Active Learning by teachers and its impact on student learning participation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Nurul Mun’im. The primary focus was to identify the effectiveness of active pedagogy practices in enhancing student initiative, interaction, and confidence in expressing opinions in the classroom. This qualitative case study was conducted at MI Nurul Mun’im, Probolinggo, utilizing data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and RPP (lesson plan) document analysis; subjects were selected via purposive sampling. The results demonstrated that the implementation of Active Learning through cooperative models significantly increased student learning participation, with some initiative indicators rising by up to 191%. The most crucial finding was the teachers' success in contextualizing Active Learning with Islamic adab (etiquette) values and initial extrinsic motivation, effectively reducing the fear of failure and establishing a supportive learning environment. The implication of this research is a theoretical contribution to enriching pedagogical models in Islamic educational institutions, where active strategies must be integrated with religious ethics. It is recommended that these findings serve as a foundation for developing teacher training focused on contextual Active Learning for madrasah institutions.
