Abstract

This paper tries to present an early discussion on tradition and intellectual movement of Kyai Ihsan Jampes, which has not been intellectually discussed. From various legitimate sources, there are 12 religious work written by Kyai Ihsan Jampes, both in printed forms and manuscript. It worth noted, different from general works of ulama in the Malay-Indonesia world, Kyai Ihsan Jampes had never learned Islam from Middle East ulama. He had only visited Mecca and Medina, which are the center of Islamic knowledge, once. And it was purely for pilgrimage purposes. Abstract

Bacillus megaterium merupakan salah satu mikroorganisme potensial yang dapat menghasilkan enzim amilase. Karakterisasi enzim amilase dapat membantu mengetahui kondisi optimum enzim saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik enzim amilase yang dihasilkan oleh Bacillus megaterium pada variasi suhu, pH dan konsentrasi substrat. Karakterisasi enzim ditentukan dengan menguji aktivitas enzim pada 3 variasi yakni variasi suhu dengan menggunakan pH netral, variasi pH yang dilakukan pada kondisi suhu optimum hasil perlakuan sebelumnya dan variasi konsentrasi substrat YPSs yang dilakukan pada kondisi suhu dan pH optimum hasil perlakuan sebelumnya. Data aktivitas enzim amilase dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menentukan nilai aktivitas enzim amilase tertinggi pada setiap perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bacillus megaterium mampu menghasilkan enzim amilase. Indeks Aktivitas Amilase (IAA) Bacillus megaterium sebesar 2,35 mm. Secara kuantitatif aktivitas enzim amilase ditentukan dengan metode DNS yang untuk mengukur kadar gula reduksi yang diproduksi oleh mikrob dengan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi. Ekstrak kasar enzim amilase yang diproduksi oleh Bacillus megaterium memiliki karakteristik pada suhu 37oC dengan aktivitas enzim sebesar 1,279 U/mL, sedangkan karakteristik pH berada pada pH 5,0 dengan aktivitas enzim sebesar 1,241 U/mL dan karakteristik konsentrasi substrat berada pada konsentrasi 1,50% dengan aktivitas enzim sebesar 0,548 U/mL.

Abstract

The lives of religious people are often in the spotlight because of complex problems. Religion which is supposed to be the source of peace, causes chaos. Hence, the moderation values must be taught in religious life to create peace. This study aims to explain the efforts and contribution of Muslimat NU Durek Hamlet, Batu City in internalizing the religious moderation values to prevent religious extremism. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data are collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique includes data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing and verifying. The data are then verified using triangulation techniques. The results reveal that there are three efforts done by the Muslimat NU Durek Hamlet to internalize the religious moderation, namely oral method, exemplary, and monitoring. The values taught are balance, tolerance, deliberations, good prejudice and fair. Meanwhile, the contribution of religious moderation in preventing religious extremism is tolerance for differences, being friendly, polite, and doing deliberation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepadatan penduduk menjadi masalah serius yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia. Angka pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi, mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu solusi untuk masalah ini yaitu dengan memanfaatkan ekstrak daun beluntas (P. indica Less) sebagai penghambat proses spermatogenesis pada mencit. Penelitian ini menggunakan 25 ekor mencit jantan yang dikelompokkan kedalam 5 kelompok dengan 5 kali ulangan. Ekstrak daun beluntas (P. indicaLess) diberikan dengan dosis 12,5 mg/kg bb, 62,5 mg/kg bb, 125 mg/kg bb, 187,5 mg/kg bb dan kontrol. Setelah 36 hari pemberian ekstrak daun beluntas, mencit dibedah dan diambil testisnya serta di hitung jumlah sel spermatosit primer dan sel spermatid. Data di analisis menggunakan ANOVA satu arah, bila hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 1 % maka dilanjutkan uji BNT dengan taraf signifikan 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun beluntas mampu menurunkan jumlah sel spermatosit primer, spermatid. Dosis yang paling baik dalam penelitian ini adalah 187,5 mg/kg bb. Abstract

This study aims to see the construction of the preachers and preachers about the urgency of preventing corruption through the religious forum in the mosque of the Government of Malang Raya. In addition, this study also aims to analyze and analyze the role of the religious pulpit in the Malang Government mosque in preventing corruption. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as data techniques. The results of this study indicate that the construction of the preachers and preachers about the urgency of the religious pulpit as a basis for prevention and corruption in Malang Raya has a strong potential as well as cultural capital to inject the consciousness of the mustami 'or audiences who are mostly officials, although there are variants of construction between the preachers and the muballigh at the Masjid Government of Malang Raya, including theological construction, tasawuf construction, jinnayah fiqh construction, eschatological construction, and qawaidul fiqihiyah construction. Meanwhile, the role of prevention and resistance to corruption in the Baiturrohim mosque in the City Hall of Malang through the religious pulpit has been carried out even though studies on the theme of corruption are not specifically discussed, but are tucked into various themes of sermons and lectures. The beginning of what happened at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque in Malang Regency and the An Nuur Mosque in Batu City, some of the momentum of the religious pulpit which was used as the basis for preventing and eradicating corruption was expressed in religious activities such as religious activities, weekly and monthly recitations, Friday sermons, and instructions. commemoration of Islamic holidays. Through the religious pulpit, the preachers and preachers play a significant role as spiritual generators capable of bringing about social change by expressing Allah's Jalali nature from His masculinity, such as the nature of Al-Mudzil which means Allah is the Most Humiliating Essence; Al-Dlar, the Danger-Givering Essence; Al-Qabidu, the Essence of the Most Narrowing; Al-Muntaqimu The Essence of the Most Giving Reply; Syadidul Iqab, the Essence of the Most Severe Torment, and; Syari'ul Hisab, the Essence of the Most Fast, His Audit Power. This effort is carried out as a shock therapy for officials so that they are able to behave honestly and trustfully.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an important thing in influencing education in the digital era and in facing the era of society 5.0. This research aims to describe how the evaluation of learning towards education in facing the challenges of society 5.0 era. The type of research used is literature review, by collecting data or theoretical materials from various scientific journal references or previous research through 3 important processes. The data collection technique uses library research with sources from journals, scientific articles, and books. Data analysis techniques obtained from reference materials from books, journals and scientific articles are used to prove the data regarding evaluation in the 5.0 era which is expected to be able to provide comprehensive and in-depth facts about the form of evaluation in dealing with education in the era of society 5.0. The results show that learning evaluation is one of the major influences in the development of education that can be used as material in facing the era of society 5.0. Learning evaluation is also needed in every lesson to develop better learning designs so as to produce students who think critically and creatively in solving problems and are able to keep up with the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang munculnya lembaga sekolah berlabel islam dan fenomena atau tren terkini terkait pandangan dan motivasi orang tua dalam menyekolahkan anak di sekolah berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data serta library reseach berbasis sumber informasi. Pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) latar belakang munculnya lembaga sekolah berlabel islam adalah salah satunya karena keinginan untuk meningkatkan generasi anak bangsa yang dapat menjaga nilai-nilai agama yang dapat dipadukan dengan pendidikan umum 2) pandangan dan motivasi orang tua dalam menyekolahkan anak di sekolah berbasis islam adalah sekolah Islam memilki pendidikan agama yang lebih banyak dibandingkan sekolah umum atau sekolah negeri lainnya serta keinginan agar anaknya menjadi anak yang sholeh sholehah dan memahami kaidah ajaran agama Islam. Sekolah berlabel islam sebenarnya sudah ada dari dulu tetapi dalam lembaga sekolah modern seperti sekarang lebih terorganisir dan membedakan sekolah dengan lembaga sekolah umum.

Abstract

The phenomenon of educational products in the 21st century is in two speculative positions; either beneficial or otherwise detrimental. For those who benefited technologically, he called it the century of brilliance. But for observers of values in the context of education, the 21st century is not only concluded as a challenge but even as an emerging threat to the process of moral growth, therefore it is necessary to find an alternative. The 21st century and the changing times that accompany it are unavoidable. Of course, this is a logical consequence. But value observers, especially academics, think about how the main anticipation is so that a value (akhlaq alkarimah) which is the main goal of Islamic education does not become the cost of changing times. This research was carried out with a qualitative library research approach, whose data sources were obtained from articles, news, and journals, using a documentary technique. Analyzed with a content analysis model. The results of this study provide an offer for repurposing moral education by reinforcing the pattern of education with a harmonious pattern of teachers and students, moral education with advice, re-orientation of learning goals and intentions instilled in students, learning by waro' (almost extinct in the educational process). ), learn istifadah, and learn by remaining steadfast so that the learner's soul remains strong in any situation.

Abstract

Religion is a very important thing for its adherents who can easily be known and can also be seen. Increasingly magnificent mosques, religious party habits (especially Islam) are increasingly revealing as the reform era, which in turn is marked by the plurality of religious symbolism of society, is an outward appearance that is easily visible and seems unnecessarily disputed. Humans as the center of the formation of Islamic teachings is demanding the creation of human religious inclusivism on earth. This conception of religious inclusivism will be created in human civilization dynamically and harmoniously when the universal consciousness of human brotherhood is formed. The conception of inclusivism as the articulation of plural and pluralistic human phenomena is essentially expected to give birth to the concept of the unity of mankind (universal humanity, ummatan wahidah). Agama merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pemeluknya yang dengan mudah dapat diketahui dan bisa juga dilihat. Masjid yang semakin megah, keberbagaian partai agama (terutama Islam) yang kian menguak akibat retasnya era reformasi, yang pada gilirannya ditandai dengan pluraritas simbolisme keagamaan masyarakat, ini merupakan wujud luar yang mudah kelihatan dan tampaknya tak perlu diperdebatkan. Manusia sebagai sentra terbentuknya ajaran Islam inilah menuntut terciptanya inklusivisme keagamaan manusia di muka bumi. Konsepsi inklusivisme keagamaan ini akan tercipta dalam peradaban manusia secara dinamis dan harmonis bila kesadaran pesaudaraan manusia secara universal sudah terbentuk. Konsepsi inklusivisme sebagai artikulasi terhadap fenomena- fenomena manusiawi yang sangat plural dan majemuk pada esensinya diharapkan melahirkan konsep tentang kesatuan umat manusia (universal humanity, ummatan wahidah).
