Abstract

Penilaian kinerja guru memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Evaluasi ini digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan oleh kepala sekolah terkait pengembangan dan peningkatan profesionalisme tenaga pendidik. Di SDN 36 Lubuk Batu, proses penilaian masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif, membutuhkan waktu lama, dan berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas. Kondisi tersebut menyulitkan pihak sekolah dalam menentukan guru terbaik secara objektif dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode Profile Matching untuk membantu proses penilaian kinerja guru secara lebih akurat dan terukur. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan aspek pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan proses penilaian yang lebih sistematis, cepat, dan objektif sehingga dapat membantu sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan serta mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Museums play an important role in preserving cultural heritage; however, limited interactive media can reduce visitor engagement and understanding. The Sultan Sulaiman Badrul Alamsyah Museum faces a similar challenge, particularly the absence of digital visualization for exclusive collections that are rarely exhibited. This community service activity aims to revitalize museum collections through the use of digital technology and Augmented Reality (AR), while also strengthening the capacity of museum staff in delivering technology-based educational services. The implementation method included socialization, training, and mentoring on the use of an AR application for museum staff and students of SMAN 1 Tanjungpinang as educational users, involving a total of 25 participants. The evaluation was conducted descriptively through direct observation and simple questionnaires to assess user understanding, operational skills, and responses to the use of AR technology. The results show that eight exclusive museum collections were successfully digitized into 3D models and integrated into an Android-based AR application. After the intervention, museum staff demonstrated improved capability in operating and utilizing the AR application as an interactive educational medium. The application shows strong potential for sustainable use as part of museum services and for supporting educational activities and school visits.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi digital menuntut transformasi signifikan dalam sistem manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi dan transparansi informasi. SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Siambang di Kota Tanjungpinang menghadapi tantangan dalam hal ini karena belum memiliki website akademik resmi dan terbatasnya kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam mengelola sistem informasi berbasis digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga bulan Oktober 2025.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di sekolah tersebut melalui pengembangan website akademik serta peningkatan kapasitas guru dan staf dalam pengelolaannya. Metode yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, edukatif, dan aplikatif, yang mencakup tahapan observasi, perancangan, pengembangan, pelatihan pengelolaan website, hingga pendampingan intensif. Hasil evaluasi terhadap 19 responden menggunakan indikator usabilitas menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata pada aspek learnability sebesar 4,79, memorability 4,73, efficiency 4,95, dan satisfaction 4,73 dari skala 5. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital mitra sehingga mereka mampu mengelola website secara mandiri. Keberadaan website ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi pendidikan, memperkuat dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah, serta membangun komunikasi yang lebih transparan dengan masyarakat Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; sistem informasi manajemen; website. AbstractThe rapid development of digital technology requires a significant transformation in education management systems to improve administrative effectiveness and information transparency. SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Siambang in Tanjungpinang City faced challenges in this regard, as it did not yet have an official academic website and had limited digital competence among its teaching staff and personnel. The implementation of this activity was carried out from June to October 2025. This community service activity aims to support digital transformation at the school by developing an academic website and increasing the capacity of teachers and staff in its management. The methods used were participatory, educational, and applicative, which included stages of observation, design, development, website management training, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation results from 19 respondents using usability indicators showed high success rates, with average scores for learnability (4.79), memorability (4.73), efficiency (4.95), and satisfaction (4.73) on a 5-point scale. Based on these results, this activity successfully enhanced the digital skills of the partners, enabling them to manage the website independently. This website is expected to improve the quality of educational information services, strengthen school activity documentation, and build more transparent communication with the community. Keywords: community services; training; management information system; website.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di lingkungan sekolah dasar menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan belajar dan administrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 012 Tanjungpinang Kota dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah (SIMS) yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data akademik, kehadiran siswa, jadwal pelajaran, serta administrasi guru dan staf. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah sebelumnya adalah proses administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menghambat efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian melakukan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem berbasis web, serta pelatihan penggunaan sistem bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMS mampu meningkatkan kecepatan akses informasi, mempermudah proses pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta mendukung transparansi dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih terbiasa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mendorong transformasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan dasar dan memperkuat kapasitas sekolah dalam pengelolaan informasi secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Monitoring tinggi muka air laut secara real-time merupakan salah satu kebutuhan penting dalam mitigasi bencana pesisir dan pengelolaan wilayah maritim. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan protokol Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) berbasis WiFi pada sistem monitoring tinggi muka air laut menggunakan ESP32. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik MB7066 sebagai pendeteksi tinggi muka air laut dan ESP32 sebagai pengolah sekaligus pengirim data ke broker MQTT. Data hasil pengukuran ditampilkan melalui dashboard Node-RED dan disimpan secara otomatis pada Google Sheets. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk menganalisis performa transmisi data berdasarkan parameter latensi dan packet loss. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan transmisi data secara real-time dengan nilai packet loss sebesar 0,69% dan rata-rata latensi sebesar 2785,95 ms. Selain itu, hasil kalibrasi sensor menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,23% dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 8,38 cm dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,9986. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, implementasi protokol MQTT berbasis WiFi menggunakan ESP32 mampu mendukung sistem monitoring tinggi muka air laut secara real-time dengan tingkat kehilangan data yang rendah dan performa komunikasi yang stabil.

Abstract

Employee attendance management is a crucial aspect in improving organizational efficiency and productivity. However, in practice, fraudulent activities such as buddy punching are still frequently encountered. Therefore, PT.XYZ requires an efficient and secure attendance system to address this issue. This study aims to implement a face recognition-based attendance system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method combined with liveness detection. The system is developed on both mobile and desktop platforms using Python, TensorFlow, and Firebase technologies. The research process includes collecting a dataset of 320 facial images from 32 employees, image preprocessing, CNN model training, and the integration of liveness detection based on facial movement analysis to verify user authenticity. System evaluation is conducted based on accuracy, response time, and robustness under varying conditions such as lighting and facial positions. The results show that the system is capable of recognizing faces in real-time with an accuracy rate of 97.81% and a response time ranging from 2 to 5 seconds. The system also demonstrates stability under various lighting conditions and shows good scalability. Therefore, the CNN and liveness detection-based attendance system is effective in improving accuracy, security, and supporting a more efficient, professional, and transparent employee attendance management system.

Abstract

The management of laboratory assets at the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Science (FIKP) is still carried out manually using physical documents and Microsoft Excel, which is prone to recording errors, data duplication, and reporting delays. This study aims to develop an integrated web-based laboratory equipment inventory and rental information system. The development method uses the Agile Development approach with stages including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and review, with testing conducted using Blackbox Testing. The system was built using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing results on 19 test scenarios across six main modules (login, equipment management, borrowing, returning, reporting, and user management) showed a 100% success rate with all functions operating as expected. This system integrates inventory, borrowing, rental, payment, and reporting features into a single digital platform, thereby improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in laboratory asset management

Abstract

Abstract: The selection of the Head of the Computer Laboratory is a process that requires multidimensional considerations, including technical competence, managerial skills, pedagogic skills, communication, as well as work ethics and discipline. Subjectivity or seniority-based selection approaches often do not produce optimal laboratory leaders. This study aims to design and develop SPK based on the integration of AHP and TOPSIS methods as a means to conduct a methodical and unbiased selection of candidates. The stages carried out include: identification of five main criteria based on expert interviews, weighting of criteria using AHP, collection of candidate assessment data, and final ranking using TOPSIS. The weighting results showed that the Technical criteria  had the highest weight of 0.416, followed by Managerial (0.211) and Pedagogic (0.171). Of the ten candidates analyzed, Candidate I obtained the highest preference score of 0.659, indicating a high balance of scores on all three main criteria. Logical validation tests and sensitivity analysis to weight changes showed that the system remained stable, with the position of Candidate I remaining in the first rank despite the change in the weight of the technical criteria (from 0.3 to 0.5). These findings prove that SPK based on AHP-TOPSIS is able to reduce subjectivity and provide consistent and reliable recommendations in the selection process for the Head of Computer Laboratory. Keyword: DSS, TOPSIS, Laboratory, Technical-Managerial-Pedagogic, AHP Abstrak: Pemilihan Kepala Laboratorium Komputer merupakan proses yang membutuhkan pertimbangan multidimensi, meliputi kompetensi teknis, kemampuan manajerial, keterampilan pedagogik, komunikasi, serta etika dan disiplin kerja. Pendekatan seleksi berbasis subjektivitas atau senioritas sering kali tidak menghasilkan pemimpin laboratorium yang optimal. Studi ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan SPK berbasis integrasi metode AHP dan TOPSIS sebagai sarana untuk melakukan seleksi kandidat secara metodis dan tidak bias. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi: identifikasi lima kriteria utama berdasarkan wawancara pakar, pembobotan kriteria menggunakan AHP, pengumpulan data penilaian kandidat, dan perankingan akhir menggunakan TOPSIS. Hasil pembobotan menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Teknis memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,416, diikuti Manajerial (0,211) dan Pedagogik (0,171). Dari sepuluh kandidat yang dianalisis, Kandidat I memperoleh skor preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,659, menunjukkan keseimbangan nilai tinggi pada ketiga kriteria utama. Uji validasi logis dan analisis sensitivitas terhadap perubahan bobot menunjukkan bahwa sistem tetap stabil, dengan posisi Kandidat I tetap pada peringkat pertama meskipun bobot teknis berubah sifnifikan (dari 0,3 hingga 0,5), hal ini menunjukan metode yang digunakan konsisten dan handal. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa SPK berbasis AHP-TOPSIS mampu mengurangi subjektivitas dan memberikan rekomendasi yang konsisten serta dapat diandalkan dalam proses seleksi Kepala Laboratorium Komputer. Kata Kunci: SPK, TOPSIS, Laboratorium, Teknis-Manajerial-Pedagogik, AHP

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum in higher education requires an information system capable of integrating academic processes with learning outcome assessments in a structured and transparent manner. This study aims to design and develop a Final Project Information System integrated with OBE-based curriculum assessment to support the processes of title submission, supervision, seminars, and final evaluation of students. The system was developed using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Waterfall development model and implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing method to ensure functional suitability according to user requirements. The implementation results show that the system increased the efficiency of final project management by 60%, reduced administrative errors by 45%, and accelerated the reporting of grades and learning achievements by 70% compared to manual methods. Furthermore, testing results demonstrated a 100% success rate across all system functions. Thus, this system has proven effective in supporting the evaluation process of Program Learning Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes in an integrated manner, and it can serve as a model for implementing an accountable OBE-based academic system within the Faculty of Engineering. Keyword: Final Project Information System; Outcome-Based Education; Curriculum Assessment; Learning Outcomes Evaluation; Academic System Abstrak: Penerapan kurikulum berbasis Outcome-Based Education (OBE) di pendidikan tinggi menuntut tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses akademik dengan asesmen capaian pembelajaran secara terstruktur dan transparan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan tugas akhir hingga 60%, menurunkan kesalahan administrasi sebesar 45%, dan mempercepat proses pelaporan nilai serta capaian pembelajaran hingga 70% dibandingkan metode manual. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh fungsi sistem. Abstract

Abstract: Tracer study is an important instrument for evaluating graduate quality and curriculum relevance to labor market needs. This study aims to analyze tracer study data using the K-Means Clustering method to group alumni characteristics and support curriculum evaluation. The dataset consists of 100 records with a relatively balanced composition, including variables such as waiting time for employment, job-field relevance, initial salary, and graduate competencies. The analysis process includes preprocessing, clustering, and evaluation using Silhouette Score, Davies-Bouldin Index, and Calinski-Harabasz Index. The results show that the data are grouped into three clusters representing different levels of job readiness. A Silhouette Score of 0.17, Davies-Bouldin Index of 1.736, and Calinski-Harabasz Index of 23.5 indicate low to moderate clustering quality due to data heterogeneity and overlap between clusters. The findings highlight the need for curriculum improvement, particularly in enhancing technical and soft skills. Future research is recommended to use larger and more balanced datasets, include more diverse variables, and compare clustering methods to improve analysis quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data tracer study menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan karakteristik alumni serta mendukung evaluasi kurikulum. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 100 data dengan komposisi relatif seimbang, meliputi variabel waktu tunggu kerja, kesesuaian bidang kerja, pendapatan awal, serta kompetensi lulusan. Proses analisis meliputi preprocessing, clustering, dan evaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Score, Davies-Bouldin Index, dan Calinski-Harabasz Index. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data terbagi menjadi tiga cluster dengan tingkat kesiapan kerja yang berbeda. Nilai Silhouette Score sebesar 0,17, Davies-Bouldin Index sebesar 1,736, dan Calinski-Harabasz Index sebesar 23,5 menunjukkan kualitas clustering rendah hingga sedang, yang disebabkan oleh sifat data yang heterogen dan adanya overlap antar cluster. Hasil ini mengindikasikan perlunya perbaikan kurikulum, khususnya pada peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan soft skills. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan data yang lebih banyak dan lebih seimbang, menambahkan variabel yang lebih beragam, serta membandingkan metode clustering untuk meningkatkan kualitas analisis.
