Abstract

Lecturer Human Resource Development is one of the strategies used in STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah to create lecturers who have good quality, capacity, and capability to apply their academic intellectual abilities, especially digital skills in the learning system process to answer the needs and challenges of dynamic students in the era of society 5.0. STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah is a private high school based on Islamic boarding schools, In the implementation of human resource development for lecturers, there are still several obstacles, one of which is the availability of facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of human resources for lecturers and the performance of STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah lecturers, especially in digital skills in the era of society 5.0. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This research resulted in the conclusion that the development of human resources for STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah Lecturers using off the job method was carried out by involving lecturers to take part in training and coaching, both formal and non-formal to improve their digital skills.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang manajemen organisasi pendidikan pondok pesantren, metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sebagai pendekatannya. Sumber data berupa publikasi keperpustakaan. Jenis data berupa narasi tertulis atau dokumen yang terdapat dalam sumber-sumber publikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pelacakan terhadap sumber-sumber publikasi tersebut. Teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif dalam suatu paragraf. Tulisan ini menjelaskan bahwa Organisasi atau lembaga pasti membutuhkan manajemen, karena dengan adanya manajemen akan lebih mudah untuk mengatur suatu lembaga tersebut. Selain itu rencana maupun kegiatannya akan berjalan lebih mudah dan lancar. seperti yang kita ketahui manajemen merupakan serangkaian kegiatan merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, menggerakkan, mengendalikan dan mengembangkan segala upaya dalam mengatur dan mendayagunakan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan secara efektif dan efisien. Dari temuan di atas dapat diketahui bahwa Manajemen yang baik dalam penerapannya harus diikuti dengan beberapa prinsip yang dapat mendukung keberhasilan yang optimal, sehingga dapat mencapai manajemen yang berkualitas yang ditandai dengan ciri-ciri: (a) perencanaan yang mantap, (b) pelaksanaan yang tepat, dan (c) pengawasan yang ketat.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as a social change agent through innovation in three main areas: curriculum, teaching methods, and community involvement. This research not only focuses on academic aspects, but also highlights the formation of character, religious values, and the development of relevant practical skills. This holistic approach is expected to make a significant contribution in strengthening the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as an educational institution capable of shaping quality and competitive generations. The research results show that through community service activities at PGMI 6 UINSU, it can be concluded that education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has a positive impact on shaping students' character and reducing educational inequality. Madrasah, in addition to being a place for formal learning, also plays a role as a center for the formation of moral and social values for its students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by Pancasila Education teachers in instilling humanistic values within the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 8 South Tangerang, as well as to identify the challenges encountered in its implementation. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of students’ individualistic attitudes influenced by technology, the lack of parental supervision, and differences in teachers’ approaches to learning. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the strategies for instilling humanistic values were carried out through case-based learning, group discussions, and project-based learning, emphasizing six core values: respecting others’ opinions, cooperation, self-sacrifice, caring for others, mutual assistance, and solidarity. The challenges encountered included internal factors such as students’ individualistic attitudes, and external factors such as social environment influences, popular culture, and the limited role of parents. Nevertheless, these obstacles can be overcome through personal approaches, motivation, and the creation of a conducive classroom atmosphere. This study provides implications for teachers, schools, and parents to collaborate in strengthening the cultivation of humanistic values, thereby supporting the achievement of national education goals in shaping a generation with noble character.
