Abstract

Lecturer Human Resource Development is one of the strategies used in STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah to create lecturers who have good quality, capacity, and capability to apply their academic intellectual abilities, especially digital skills in the learning system process to answer the needs and challenges of dynamic students in the era of society 5.0. STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah is a private high school based on Islamic boarding schools, In the implementation of human resource development for lecturers, there are still several obstacles, one of which is the availability of facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of human resources for lecturers and the performance of STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah lecturers, especially in digital skills in the era of society 5.0. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This research resulted in the conclusion that the development of human resources for STIT Al Ihsan Baleendah Lecturers using off the job method was carried out by involving lecturers to take part in training and coaching, both formal and non-formal to improve their digital skills.

Abstract

Komunikasi massa adalah Komunikasi yang dilakukan antara seseorang dengan orang lain atau lebih melalui komunikasi yang luas. Baik media cetak maupun media canggih. Sedangkan atribut, Komunikasi massa lebih rumit dan bersifat satu arah, sehingga cenderung ditemukan dalam Komunikasi massa ini akan menemui berbagai hambatan dari berbagai sisi. Seiring dengan kemajuan kehidupan, Komunikasi massa memegang peranan penting, bahkan kegiatan-kegiatan pun dipisahkan berdasarkan Komunikasi massa ini. Respon komunikan atau penerima pesan terhadap pesan yang disampaikan. Melalui komunikasi yang luas, bagaimana keadaan dan keadaan komunikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi komunikasi massa di MTs Nurul anwar mubtadiin dan apa sajakah dampak dan juga faktor-faktor yang hambatan dalam implementasi tersebut.kami menggunakan metode gabungan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Ada beberapa media komunikasi massa yang sudah digunakan di MTs Nurul Anwar Mubtadiin yaitu diantaranya adalah media visual,audio,audio visual dan media luar ruangan.dengan adanya media-media tersebut MTs Nurul Anwar yang masih seumur jagung bisa memiliki siswa yang terhitung banyak dan mampu bersaing dengan sekolah lain.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in enhancing the potential and competitiveness of students (santri) to support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. Using a qualitative approach and a case study at Mazro'atul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, the research explores how an inclusive and adaptive curriculum, as well as interactions between santri and non-santri, contribute to shaping an inclusive and competitive social identity. The findings show that the diverse social environment in pesantren influences the curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of both santri and non-santri. The use of modern technology in learning also supports santri's digital skills relevant in the global era. The pesantren’s involvement in social activities strengthens the relationship between pesantren and the surrounding community, fostering constructive social harmony. These findings indicate that pesantren can become educational centers that produce highly competitive generations with a global outlook, while remaining firmly rooted in traditional values, in line with the goals of Golden Indonesia 2045

Abstract

This research explores the role of educational management in promoting multiculturalism, democracy, and human rights within Indonesia’s education system. Motivated by the increasing need for character education in Indonesia, the study addresses the erosion of diversity values and mutual respect among students in educational and social settings. It focuses on integrating these educational values into the school curriculum, highlighting the pivotal role of educational management in facilitating this process. Using a qualitative approach, the research employs literature reviews and case studies to analyze the implementation of these principles in schools. The findings indicate that educational management plays a crucial role in integrating multicultural, democratic, and human rights values, fostering respect for diversity, justice, and equality among students. Additionally, continuous teacher training and support are identified as key to effectively implementing these values in the classroom. The implications emphasize the importance of embedding these values into the curriculum and teaching methods, ultimately preparing students to become empathetic, just, and globally-minded individuals. This research contributes to the understanding of how educational management can create a supportive environment that nurtures students’ moral values, ethical behavior, and respect for others, shaping future generations that embrace diversity and contribute to a harmonious society.
