Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap perluasan atau penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Sedangkan jenis data adalah data dokumenter, sumber data adalah data sekunder serta data berbentuk time series dari tahun 2001- 2016. Dari hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,995. Dengan menggunakan tingkat keyakinan 95% α = 0,05 dibandingkan dengan nilai sig yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 maka nilai sig lebih kecil dari α atau 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja serta hal ini mengindikasi bahwa jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja  di Kota Padangsidimpuan ditentukan oleh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dengan arah yang bersamaan. Selanjutnya nilai R Square dalam penelitian adalah 0,720 menunjukkan  bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72 persen terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan sisanya 28 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This article focused on analyze, effect of the income, interest rates, government expenditure, and inflation to investment in North Sumatera. Data used time series of 1982 - 2012. This article use analyzer model equation with method of Two Stage Least Squared (TSLS).The result of research concludes that the income have a significant and positive impact on the investment, interest rates have significant and negatively impact on the investment, government expenditure  significantly and positive on the investment, while inflation is not significant and negative effect on the investment in North Sumatera. If income increases, the investment will also increase. If interest rates increases, the investment will decreases, and If government expenditure increases, the investment will increases.

Abstract

This article focused on analyze effect of the goverment expenditure to investment in North Sumatera. Data used time series of 1982-2012. This article use analyzer model equation with method of analysis using the correlation formula "r" by Pearson product moment. The result of research concludes that the goverment expenditure is significant and negative effect on the investment in North Sumatera. Based on calculations performed obtained rhitung = 0.368. When compared with rtabel at 95% confidence level or error rate of 5% with degrees of freedom (df) = N-nr=31-2=29, obtained rtabel of 0.367. It is proved that the value rhitung >  rtabel is 0.368 > 0.367. In other words, goverment expenditure have effect to investment in North Sumatera.

Abstract

Abstract

This article focused on analyze (1) Effect of the income, interest rates, government expenditure, and inflation to investment in North Sumatera. (2) The influence of investment, government expenditure, inflation, money supply, and tax on the income in North Sumatera. Data used time series of 1982 - 2012. This article use analyzer model equation of simultaneous with method of Two Stage Least Squared (TSLS). The result of research concludes that (1) the income have a significant and positive impact on the investment, interest rates have significant and negatively impact on the investment, government expenditure significantly and positive on the investment, while inflation is not significant and negative effect on the investment in North Sumatera. If income increases, the investment will also increase. If interest rates increases, the investment will decreases, and If government expenditure increases, the investment will increases. (2) the investment have a significant and positive impact on the income, government expenditure is not significant and positive on the income, the money supply have significant and positive impact on the income, and tax have significant and negatively impact on the income in North Sumatera. If investment increases, the income will also increase,  if the money supply increase, the income will increase, and then if the tax increase, the income will decreases. Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh limbah plastik sudah tidak dapat dihindari pada saat ini. Plastik memiliki dampak buruk terutama bagi lingkungan. Bahan dasar plastik yang menggunakan bahan kimia akan sangat berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Banyak limbah kemasan minuman plastik yang bertebaran di tempat-tempat umum, pinggir jalan raya, dan bahkan di sekolah atau perkantoran. Sebagai salah satu upaya mengurangi masalah ini, penulis melakukan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat terutama anak-anak, berupa pemanfaatan limbah gelas plastik menjadi tirai imitasi agar anak-anak dapat termotivasi untuk berkreasi dan masalah limbah plastik ini juga dapat diminimalisir. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di MDTA Riyadhoturrohman Mandailing Natal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang dimulai dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bagaimana cara mengolah limbah plastik. Dalam kegiatan ini, dipergunakan kemasan minuman ringan menjadi barang bernilai berupa tirai imitasi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan siswa langsung mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang dampak limbah plastik terhadap kerusakan lingkungan, selanjutnya juga meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa tentang olahan limbah plastik menjadi barang bernilai guna, serta meningkatnya kreativitas siswa dalam mengolah limbah plastik menjadi barang bernilai guna.
