Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted various sectors of life, including education. This activity was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel and involved 28 eleventh-grade students from the Logistics Engineering program. The main objective of the activity was to enhance students' abilities in accessing, understanding, and managing digital information systems to support technology-based learning. The implementation process was divided into three stages: the preparation stage (which involved identifying the needs of both students and teachers), the implementation stage (encompassing workshops, technical training, and intensive mentoring), and the evaluation stage. Data collection techniques included direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' digital skills, as indicated by the increase in the average score. Students became more independent, confident, and active in utilizing digital platforms for learning purposes. Teachers also observed an increase in student engagement and participation during online learning activities. Reflections and feedback from both students and teachers indicated that a participatory approach combined with continuous mentoring proved highly effective in bridging the digital literacy gap.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel dengan melibatkan 28 peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Logistik. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengakses, memahami, dan mengelola sistem informasi digital guna menunjang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan (melalui identifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru), tahap pelaksanaan (meliputi workshop, pelatihan teknis, serta pendampingan intensif), dan tahap evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan digital peserta didik, ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor. Siswa menjadi lebih mandiri, percaya diri, dan aktif dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pembelajaran. Guru juga mencatat adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar daring. Refleksi serta umpan balik dari peserta didik dan guru mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan sangat efektif menjembatani kesenjangan literasi digital. Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati. Data dikumpulkan dari kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan guru matematika melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif pasif, dan dokumentasi, lalu diuji validitasnya menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IFP ke dalam Modul Ajar berhasil mengubah paradigma pembelajaran dari konvensional menjadi interaktif (student-centered) serta mempermudah visualisasi konsep matematika abstrak seperti geometri dan kalkulus. Keberhasilan ini didukung penuh oleh kebijakan anggaran, fasilitas, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan dari manajemen sekolah. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis berupa hilangnya waktu set-up awal jam pelajaran dan hambatan adaptasi software oleh guru, sekolah berhasil memitigasinya melalui penyiapan perangkat lebih awal oleh teknisi serta pengaktifan program pendampingan sejawat (peer-sharing). Secara keseluruhan, penerapan teknologi panel interaktif ini berjalan optimal dan sistemik dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to explore in depth the management of character education for students with special needs (SEN) at SD Muhammadiyah Jogodayoh. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation studies. The results indicate that character education management is implemented through four systematic stages. First, planning begins with multidimensional early identification and the integration of 18 character values into adaptive instructional designs. Second, organizing is carried out through classroom differentiation (regular, intensive, and transitional classes) and the implementation of co-teaching strategies to ensure equitable attention. Third, implementation focuses on the adaptation of the Merdeka Curriculum, prioritizing teacher role-modeling, religious habituation, and positive reinforcement. Fourth, routine weekly evaluations serve as quality control instruments for both student progress and teacher professional competence. The success of this model lies in the synergy between school and parents, as well as a shift in educational orientation from academic achievement to socio-moral maturity. The study concludes that structured management effectively creates a harmonious inclusive culture. It is recommended that the school strengthen collaboration with external experts and utilize assistive technology for more optimal character monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the comprehensive library management system, automation evolution, and literacy policies at SMA Muhammadiyah Mlati. Employing a qualitative case study design, this research gathered data from purposively selected informants, including library management, technical staff, and school administrators. Data collection was structured through semi-structured interviews, direct physical observations, and a critical documentation review, validated via data source triangulation. The findings reveal that the library successfully transformed into a well-regulated, digitally advanced learning hub. Key operational milestones include the strategic enforcement of visualized rules, administrative modernization through SLiMS application automation, professional collection curation utilizing the Dewey Decimal Classification system, and deliberate infrastructure zoning for diverse learning modalities. Furthermore, the library acts as an active catalyst for school-wide literacy programs and academic collaboration. Despite these achievements, chronic infrastructural limitations persist, particularly the absence of self-service catalog terminals and optimized climate control. Therefore, this study highly recommends that school management invest in Online Public Access Catalog terminals, upgrade centralized climate control systems, and allocate dedicated funding for ongoing facility expansion to meet 21st-century educational standards
