Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengarsipan yang ada di kantor Notaris dan PPAT Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn. Permasalahannya terdapat pada banyaknya berkas yang dikelola namun pengarsipannya masih menggunakan pengarsipan konvensional. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan merancang serta membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip digital pada Notaris dan PPAT Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn. Kota Magelang. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah rekayasa perangkat lunak (Software Engineering), dengan model proses waterfall. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumen, angket dan studi pustaka. Perancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari perancangan proses, perancangan basis data dan perancangan interface. Perancangan proses menggunakan diagram konteks dan DFD. Perancangan basis data menggunakan MySQL. Perancangan interface menggunakan figma, serta implementasinya menggunakan framework bootstraps, framework codeigniter 3 dan text editor sublime text. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip digital pada notaris dan PPAT Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn. Sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip digital ini telah dilakukan pengujian oleh notaris Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn. beserta staf-stafnya. Hasil pengujiannya 76,67% sangat setuju dan 23,33% setuju, bahwa sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip notaris dan PPAT Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn. mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada notaris dan PPAT Soraya Isnaini, SH., M.Kn.

Abstract

Arsip  merupakan alat bukti hukum yang sah dan bukti dasar sebuah kegiatan bagi sebuah institusi sehingga pengelolaan arsip menjadi “backbone” atau tulang punggung suatu oraganisasi. Prinsip  dan standar nasional maupun internasional diperlukan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi untuk mengelola arsipsesuai standar ISO 15489-1 pada kantor notaris dan PPAT Yudha Kusuma Putra, SH., M.Kn. Pada penelitian ini untuk mengidenfikasi masalah yang ada digunakan jenis analisis PIECES yang merupakan analisis terhadap performance (kinerja),  information (informasi), economy (ekonomi), control (keamanan sistem), dan service (pelayanan). Kemudian untuk model pengembangan digunakan Waterfall yang pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Analisis kebutuhan fungsional sistem menggunakan sistem pengelolaan arsip yang mengacu pada ISO 15489  yaitu manajemen record (arsip) yang efektif dan efisien. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) sedangkan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian sistem menggunakan uji black box dan hasilnya sistem berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. Hasil perhitungan skala likert yang menunjukan tingkat satisfication pengguna sebesar 83,68%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to design and build a Decision Support System for Employee Recruitment at Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo Using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method Based on a Website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can provide fast, precise and accurate information. The research methodology used is the Design Thinking method approach. Design thinking is a methodology carried out through deep understanding (insight) into customers or users to find solutions to problems or ideas for improvement opportunities. Design thinking consists of 5 stages, namely: exploration (empathize), identification (define), ideation (ideate), visualization (prototype) and evaluation (test). The design used in this research is a UML (Unified Modeling Language) construction. UML has graphic diagrams including use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and statechart diagrams. The results of user evaluation found that the average score obtained was 8.4 from the maximum average score of 10. The average score of 1.6 was not achieved because there was no automatic feature available to fill in the parameters and criteria so that the Employee Recruitment Decision Support System Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo Using the SMART Method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) can support HRD in making decisions in determining new employees for Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo more effectively, objectively and transparently.

Abstract

Health is everyone's priority. When a person experiences health problems, the best effort will be made by the patient and his family. Because complete information about health services, medicines and supporting medical devices is crucial and most sought after. Healthy digital start-ups are designed to find solutions and bridge these difficulties by connecting Pharmacy partners and Medical Device Stores who are able to provide BPOM-certified legal drug products and quality medical devices with users, in this case patients and their families. In this study, the method used was "design thinking, analysis using SWOT and feasibility study analysis using TELOS. The UI design testing process used 10 Usability Heurisitic indicators with a test result of 87%. This proves that the digital start-up designed has answered user needs.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are a type of plant that is cultivated to provide additional artistic and aesthetic value to the surrounding environment. There are several things that must be considered in cultivating ornamental plants, one of which is watering. One technology that can help humans in watering ornamental plants automatically is the Internet of Things with data processing using Fuzzy logic. This study uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and research instruments using cysco packet tracers, Blynk, Matlab, Arduino IDE, Proteus and MakeProto software. This system uses temperature and soil moisture sensors that function as detectors of soil moisture and air temperature then send instructions to Arduino to turn on the relay driver so that the pump can automatically flush water according to soil needs. Temperature and soil moisture sensor data is processed using fuzzy logic as input and produces output in the form of pump status, namely the pump is on or off. After being tested on matlab software using rule viewer and simulink and arduino IDE software which is run using proteus software, it produces the same output value if the input value is also the same. So it can be concluded that the Simulation of Ornamental Plant Watering System with IoT-based Fuzzy logic control can run according to the research objectives. This system also offers an efficient and accurate monitoring solution compared to manual methods, and works automatically without requiring human intervention.Keywords: Internet of Things; ADDIE, Fuzzy, Arduino, Matlab

Abstract

For prospective buyers who don't understand the ins and outs of motorbikes, choosing a 125 cc automatic motorbike is not easy. Therefore, a reference is needed as a rationale for selecting it. There are several criteria that are used as a benchmark when choosing an automatic motorbike, including price, quality, popularity, fuel consumption, spare parts and appearance. This research offers a solution in selecting a used motorbike using the Smart, WP and SAW methods which are expected to help prospective buyers in selecting a 125 cc automatic motorbike. Based on the results of the calculation of the assessment criteria factors submitted to the system, the determination of the 125 cc automatic motorbike is obtained by calculating the priority weight values for selecting alternative 125 cc automatic motorbikes to be purchased. The research results show that the SAW method gets a percentage value of 99.07671667, the WP method gets a percentage value of 99.88888889 while the SMART method gets a percentage value of 75.61111111. Then the highest weight ranking is the Yamaha Mio M3 125cc motorbike at 0.146742631 Keywords: motorbike, matic 125cc, SMART, WP, SAW

Abstract

Keyword research is marketing research of the 21st century. Success in choosing relevant and appropriate keywords will improve the visibility of online stores and selling products. Keyword research is needed on all marketplace platforms so it requires repetition of keyword research and takes quite a long time because existing media platforms have to be opened one by one. Therefore we need a tool or tools to conduct keyword research or keyword research that is effective and efficient by combining the process of searching for keywords  in one tool. The scope of this research is to create tools based on the iMacros script for keyword searches on marketplace platforms, namely Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, JD ID, Bukalapak, and OLX. This study uses the Design Thingking development model, system analysis using SWOT and Feasibility analysis using TELOS (Engineering; Economic; Legal; Operational and Schedule). The results of the questionnaire for system users with questions referring to the TELOS feasibility study showed a feasibility level of 86.33%. This percentage illustrates that the system is feasible to use, easy to learn, easy to understand and effective in helping internet marketers in keyword research. Keywords: digital marketing, iMacros, design thinking, SWOT, TELOS.

Abstract

In implementing urban worship, it is often difficult for shohibul qurban to determine the quality of urban animals because it has several criteria/requirements that must be met so that the animals are sacrificed according to sharia. This study aims to analyze the decision support system method for selecting qurban animals using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), WP (Weight Product), and SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) methods. The results showed that the WP method has an accuracy rate of 99.998% so this method is the most feasible to use for the selection of sacrificial sheep when compared to the SMART and SAW methods with the calculation results in the level of suitability at 99.994% for the SAW method and 99.876% for the SMART method. Sheep 4 has the highest weight ranking of other sheep in all methods, scoring 0.923 in the SAW method, 0.1727 in the WP method, and 17.8 in the SMART method. Sheep 4 criteria is the ideal criteria for a sacrificial animal.

Abstract

Pengembangan potensi wilayah dapat mendorong kesadaran masyarakat desa yang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi destinasi wisata. Namun tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membangun dan mengelola potensi wisata tersebut. Tujuan pegabdian Masyarkat ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran tokoh pelopor dan penggerak masyarakat, khususnya pemuda, dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mempromosikan Desa Wisata Wonolopo melalui strategi digital marketing. Metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi peran masyarakat dan pemuda dalam pengembangan desa wisata, serta bagaimana digital marketing diterapkan sebagai alat utama untuk mempromosikan potensi desa. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif pemuda sebagai inisiator dan penggerak dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, terutama media sosial dan platform digital  berdampak positif pada peningkatan kunjungan wisata dan revitalisasi ekonomi lokal, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa digital marketing merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam mempromosikan desa wisata, dengan peran aktif pemuda sebagai kunci suksesnya implementasi strategi tersebut. Selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan model pelatihan digital marketing bagi masyarakat desa lain yang memiliki potensi wisata serupa, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap dampak jangka panjang.

Abstract

Swimming is a water sport that is quite popular with the public to maintain and improve health and is also a branch of achievement sports that are competed in national, regional and international events. The main key to helping athletes achieve success is a competent coach. Coaches who are experts in their fields will find it easier to create and implement training programs to help athletes achieve success. This community service activity is carried out using training and mentoring methods with stages of socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation and program sustainability. Based on the success indicators obtained from the monitoring and evaluation stages, the results showed that 90% of swimming coaches and assistant coaches already understood the importance of using information technology. 75% of coaches and assistant coaches are skilled in using information technology even though they encounter obstacles. 75% of coaches are able to practice using the Computational Fluid Dynamics Methodology and 80% of coaches are willing to socialize the application of information technology in swimming to colleagues
