Abstract

This study aims to create a digital startup with an e-commerce platform named VeggieFresh that provides fresh vegetables directly from farmers to consumers. This startup has effectively answered user needs by making it easier for customers to buy fresh and quality vegetables without having to leave home. The VeggieFresh startup also helps farmers market their agricultural products more effectively and efficiently. The method used is Design Thinking, which focuses on a deep understanding of user needs and creating innovative solutions. Design Thinking stages such as Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test are applied to identify challenges customers and farmers face, formulate appropriate solutions, and test the prototypes created. The analysis used is SWOT analysis and TELOS feasibility analysis. The user interface design uses the GSTALT principle to make the appearance more elegant and responsive. The prototype developed got a positive response from users with the results of the Usability Heuristic test of 82%. This shows that this startup has met user needs with an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Thus, VeggieFresh has great potential to become an effective e-commerce solution that connects farmers and consumers and increases efficiency and convenience in shopping for fresh vegetables.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, which makes it prone to volcanic activity. One of the most famous active volcanoes is Mount Merapi, part of which is located in Magelang Regency. To reduce the impact of volcanic disasters, a systematic and data-based approach is needed. One of the most effective tools in disaster mitigation planning is the Geographic Information System (GIS). The purpose of this study is to build an interactive Web-based Geographic Information System for volcanic eruptions in Magelang Regency and to analyze the Risk, Hazard, Capacity, Vulnerability of Volcanic eruptions in each District in Magelang Regency. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Based on the calculation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), users produced a value of 95.42% of the total 100%, which means that the system built has met the user-friendly criteria. The results of this study can be used for a WebGIS-based digital mapping prototype that can be used as a visualization tool for disaster zoning for volcanic eruption risk analysis in Magelang Regency.

Abstract

So far, students have looked for information about boarding houses in conventional ways, including by visiting boarding houses directly to carry out surveys about the conditions, prices and facilities of boarding houses. The digital start-up Kos.ku is designed to find solutions and bridge these difficulties by connecting boarding house seekers and boarding house partners who are able to provide the housing that students (boarding house seekers) want. In this research, the method used is user centered design, analysis using SWOT and feasibility study analysis using TELOS. The testing process was carried out through prototype tools in the Figma software, everything ran according to user flow with test results of 87% (see table 3). This proves that the digital start-up designed has answered user needs.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Pengrajin olahan bandeng di Kecamatan Pedurungan Semarang melalui pengenalan teknologi tangkap modern, diversifikasi produk olahan bandeng, dan pemasaran berbasis digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kaji tindak partisipatif (Participatory Action Research), kegiatan ini melibatkan survei, pelatihan, dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra. Pelatihan diversifikasi produk menghasilkan inovasi seperti abon dan sate bandeng, yang memiliki daya tarik pasar lebih luas dan nilai tambah ekonomi. Selain itu, pemasaran daring melalui website dan media sosial memperluas akses pasar hingga ke luar daerah. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan produksi, kualitas produk, dan pendapatan mitra. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pengembangan ekonomi berbasis teknologi yang berkelanjutan bagi wilayah pesisir lainnya.

Abstract

Magelang Regency is one of the areas in Indonesia that has a high potential for flooding due to its geographical and hydrological conditions. This study aims to utilize WebGIS technology in identifying the readiness of health facilities in areas with potential for flooding in Magelang Regency. WebGIS results can display an administrative map of Magelang Regency, display a map of the distribution of health facilities, display a flood map and analysis of the identification of the readiness of health facilities in Magelang Regency. This website is expected to provide accurate and informative information as a basis for decision making in flood disaster mitigation planning. Based on the calculation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), users produced a value of 88.8% of a total of 100%. Based on these results, users stated that they "strongly agree" with the system that was built that meets the user friendly criteria.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to design and simulate an automatic watering system utilizing a DHT11 sensor and a soil moisture sensor for vanilla cultivation, incorporating fuzzy logic control. The system can effectively adjust watering frequency based on soil moisture and ambient temperature, ensuring optimal plant care and maintaining ideal growth conditions for vanilla without manual intervention. Using the ADDIE development model, this system was designed to meet the needs of users, including farmers. Testing using MATLAB software using Rule Viewer and Simulink, as well as Arduino IDE software running with Proteus, yielded the same output values when the input values were also identical. Therefore, the IoT simulation of vanilla cultivation using fuzzy logic control can be effectively implemented in accordance with the research objectives. The results of this study demonstrate the great potential of applying IoT technology to support efficiency and effectiveness in plant maintenance. This system also provides an efficient and accurate monitoring solution compared to manual methods, operating automatically without requiring human intervention.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to design and build a Decision Support System for Employee Recruitment at Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo Using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method Based on a Website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can provide fast, precise and accurate information. The research methodology used is the Design Thinking method approach. Design thinking is a methodology carried out through deep understanding (insight) into customers or users to find solutions to problems or ideas for improvement opportunities. Design thinking consists of 5 stages, namely: exploration (empathize), identification (define), ideation (ideate), visualization (prototype) and evaluation (test). The design used in this research is a UML (Unified Modeling Language) construction. UML has graphic diagrams including use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and statechart diagrams. The results of user evaluation found that the average score obtained was 8.4 from the maximum average score of 10. The average score of 1.6 was not achieved because there was no automatic feature available to fill in the parameters and criteria so that the Employee Recruitment Decision Support System Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo Using the SMART Method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) can support HRD in making decisions in determining new employees for Perumda Aneka Usaha Purworejo more effectively, objectively and transparently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem kunci cerdas yang mengintegrasikan teknologi IoT dan RFID serta memiliki fitur notifikasi suara interaktif. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi), sedangkan analisis masalah menggunakan SWOT (Strenght, Weaknes, Opportunity dan Threat) dan analisis kebutuhan. Pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Testing dengan hasil simulasi menunjukkan performa yang baik dalam mengenali RFID valid maupun invalid dan memberikan respons sesuai yang telah ditentukan. Fitur audio interaktif berfungsi secara efektif sebagai media komunikasi antara sistem dan pengguna, serta sebagai alat peringatan dini terhadap potensi pelanggaran keamanan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem keamanan yang lebih inovatif dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi IoT, RFID, dan fitur notifikasi suara interaktif.
