Abstract

Padang Garugur Village in North Padang Lawas Regency has significant economic potential in agriculture and plantations, especially in processing balakka fruit. However,the problems faced include limited infrastructure, lack of product innovation, and low community skills in processing and marketing. To overcome this, community empowerment is needed through training and mentoring that focuses on product innovation, skills development, and digital marketing. The results of this activity show that the development of new products such as Balakka Coffee and Manisan Balakka is able to increase competitiveness and community income. The implementation of effective marketing strategies through social media and digital platforms has successfully expanded market reach. In conclusion, innovation and community capacity building can improve the welfare and economic growth of the village. With a systematic and collaborative empowerment approach, Padang Garugur Village can become a model of sustainable local wisdom-based community empowerment

Abstract

Rental mobil merupakan salah satu layanan yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk berbagai keperluan transportasi. Delia Trans sebagai penyedia layanan rental mobil menghadapi permasalahan dalam menentukan kelayakan penyewa secara akurat karena masih menggunakan metode manual yang bersifat subjektif. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan risiko, seperti bertemunya dengan user yang kurang bertanggung jawab, serta menyebabkan kerugian finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem prediksi kelayakan penyewa rental mobil dengan menggabungkan algoritma C4.5 dan Naive Bayes. Metode C4.5 digunakan untuk membentuk pohon keputusan dan memilih atribut terbaik berdasarkan nilai Gain Ratio, sedangkan Naive Bayes digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas kelayakan dari data yang bersifat tidak homogen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi usia, pekerjaan, pendapatan, riwayat kredit, dan riwayat rental penyewa. Hasil pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mencapai akurasi yang tinggi, dengan nilai F1-Score sebesar 80%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Delia Trans dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah proses seleksi penyewa secara objektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi C4.5 dan Naive Bayes dapat memberikan hasil klasifikasi yang efektif dan akurat, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam sistem penyewaan lainnya.

Abstract

In recent years, the public's need for financial services that are fast, safe, and in accordance with sharia principles has increased significantly. One form of service that is growing rapidly is gold pawning at Pegadaian Syariah. In Sumbawa Regency, this practice has become a financing alternative that is in high demand by the community due to its relatively easy process and the guarantee of conformity with Islamic values. However, although the Sharia Pawnshop has implemented contracts such as rahn (pawn) and ijarah (rental) in its operations, there are still a number of issues that require further study from the perspective of Islamic law. The main issues identified include limited public understanding of the sharia contracts used, lack of information disclosure regarding administrative costs, and the potential for shubhat in service delivery. This shows that the implementation of contracts is not only formal, but must also be reviewed from the aspects of justice, transparency, and freedom from elements of usury and gharar, as regulated in muamalah fiqh. This research was conducted to answer the need for a study that connects fiqh theory and actual practice in Islamic financial institutions at the regional level. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical method, this study aims to assess the suitability of gold pawning practices at Pegadaian Syariah Sumbawa Regency with the principles of Islamic law. The research also recommends strengthening Islamic financial literacy and increasing information transparency so that the service can run more optimally and be sharia-compliant

Abstract

The role of e-commerce in a rapidly developing economy touches on various aspects from the definition of e-commerce to its impact in the context of the sharia economy in the Society 5.0 era. E-commerce, as electronic commerce, influences the way we conduct transactions and its relationship to Islamic sharia principles such as bai' as-salam. The definition of e-commerce is detailed from various points of view, discussing types of transactions, advantages, disadvantages, and transaction mechanisms. The concept of e-commerce is also compared with principles in Islamic law, such as conformity with sharia and the principles of trade that are permitted in Islam. Apart from that, the role of e-commerce in Society 5.0 is also explained, highlighting how technology affects human life as a whole, including the economic aspect. Society 5.0 is described as a vision that includes the use of technology to maintain a balance between economic progress and solving social problems. This research uses a literature study method to present a variety of information about e-commerce, online transactions, sharia aspects, and their relationship with the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This research raises issues related to the Judicial Review of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which was declared conditionally unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court through Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. So that after the decision has legal implications and impacts in several fields. To answer the problem, the authors conducted research using a normative juridical research methodology. Then the results in this study are that the Job Creation Law after the Constitutional Court ruling has legal implications, including: it must accommodate the omnibus law method in forming statutory regulations, make improvements within a period of 2 years, and suspend all strategic policies/actions. Then the decision also has an impact on the field of law, domestic and foreign investment and employment. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dampak pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi Inkonstitusonal bersyarat melalui Putusan Nomor 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. Ugensi penelitian ini adalah bahwa putusan Mahkaman Konstitusi tersebut berimplikasi hukum dan berdampak dibeberapa bidang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, setelah putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi, memiliki konsekuensi hukum seperti berikut:  metode omnibus law masuk dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan, melakukan perbaikan dalam waktu dua tahun, dan menahan semua kebijakan atau tindakan strategis. Selanjutnya, keputusan tersebut berdampak pada bidang hukum, ketenagakerjaan, dan penanaman modal dalam dan luar negeri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of MSME players in Sumbawa Regency towards the use of QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment method. Using a qualitative approach and a literature study of various related studies, this paper explores the factors that influence the acceptance of QRIS payment technology in MSME players as well as the benefits and challenges faced in its implementation. The results show that MSME players generally view QRIS as a practical, safe payment solution that can help increase turnover, although there are still obstacles such as limited understanding of technology and unstable internet networks. This study recommends increasing socialization and training as well as strengthening digital infrastructure to encourage wider adoption of QRIS in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Nursing care documentation is still a problem in many developing countries due to individual and organizational factors. Providing education is believed to be able to improve the competence and compliance of nurses in documenting nursing care. This study analyzes the use of online learning modules to increase the capacity of nurses in the implementation of nursing care documentation at Rantau Prapat city administration public hospital. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post test design approach with a control group. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient ward of Rantau Prapatcity administration public hospital, totalling 160 people and a sample of 31 nurses for the intervention group and 31 nurses for the control group. Collecting data with primary and secondary data and the data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney test. The results showed that there were differences in the knowledge, attitudes and actions of nurses regarding the documentation of nursing care before and after the online module learning was performed. The increase in scores on these three aspects was higher in the intervention group than in the control group. Clinical supervision by the head of the room is also recommended to be performed regularly and continuously so that nurses can be motivated in improving documentation that is oriented toward quality nursing care services. Abstrak: Pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan masih menjadi permasalahan di berbagai negara berkembang dikarenakan faktor individual maupun faktor organisasional. Pemberian edukasi dipercaya mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan modul pembelajaran online untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perawat dalam pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Rantau Prapat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre-post test design with control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Rantau Prapat yang berjumlah 160 orang dan sampel sebanyak 31 perawat untuk kelompok intervensi dan 31 perawat untuk kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dengan data primer dan sekunder dan data dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan perawat tentang pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran modul online. Peningkatan skor pada ketiga aspek tersebut lebih tinggi pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan pada kelompok kontrol. Supervisi klinis oleh kepala ruangan juga dianjurkan untuk dilakukan secara teratur serta berkelanjutan agar perawat dapat termotivasi dalam meningkatkan pendokumentasian yang berorientasi pada pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Traditional games are an important part of cultural heritage rich in educational, social, and moral values. However, technological developments in the modern era have led children in Merangin Regency to abandon traditional games. They spend more time with gadgets, causing a decline in social interaction and awareness of local culture. Among various types of traditional games, congklak has become one of the least played. This situation encouraged designers to create an educational and engaging medium for children. As a solution, an Illustrated Book of the Traditional Game Congklak of Merangin Regency was designed as both a learning medium and an effort to preserve local culture. The illustrated book was chosen because it can convey messages visually and verbally in an appealing way, making it easier for readers to understand the story and the values contained within it. The design process used the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) with 5W+1H analysis to meet design needs. In addition to the main book, supporting media such as posters, x-banners, t-shirts, tumblers, tote bags, bookmarks, and e-books were also developed. The design feasibility test obtained a score of 90%, categorized as very feasible, covering aspects of storyline, illustration, layout, and language. The content feasibility test achieved a score of 100%, also categorized as very feasible, including cultural, cognitive, social, and character education values. This book is declared highly feasible and effective as a learning medium as well as a means of preserving the local culture of Merangin Regency.

Abstract

Pengolahan data persediaan (stock) memiliki konsekuensi finansial baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, karena barang yang dijual atau disimpan dapat dibebankan sebagai biaya untuk menggaji produksi jasa. Pengolahan data yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan biaya pengadaan dan pemeliharaan persediaan menjadi tidak efisien. Saat ini, proses pengolahan data persediaan bahan untuk membuat kue masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan bersifat umum, yang artinya tidak ada spesifikasi informasi yang diberikan kepada bagian yang terkait. Sistem inventaris yang memungkinkan gudang dan pemilik dengan mudah membuat laporan dan segera melihat apakah ada penambahan atau kekurangan barang. Tujuan dari sistem ini  adalah untuk mengendalikan persediaan untuk mencegah terjadinya penumpukan atau kekurangan serta untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, keakuratan dan volume  pengolahan data. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dan memudahkan  pengambilan keputusan manajemen dengan menggunakan sistem informasi yang  dirancang.

Abstract

This research article explores recent advances in IoT technology and its huge impact on various sectors. This research method uses a qualitative research approach involving in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. This research explores key IoT innovations such as wearable devices, smart medical devices, predictive maintenance systems, and IoT-based transportation solutions. The research findings highlight how these innovations are driving digital transformation across industries, leading to improved healthcare delivery, increased manufacturing efficiency, optimized transportation operations, sustainable agricultural practices, and personalized retail experiences. This study also aligns these empirical findings with theoretical frameworks regarding IoT, digital transformation, and industry-specific applications, emphasizing the strategic importance of leveraging IoT as a catalyst for innovation, competitiveness, and value creation. This research provides valuable insights for businesses, policymakers and researchers looking to leverage IoT technology to drive digital transformation and achieve sustainable growth across industries.
