Abstract

In the company, attendance has an important role in measuring the company's payroll. CV Bee Digital Prestasi Nusantara still manages attendance and payroll data using Ms. Excel where the salary calculation is done with a formula function and the resulting data is still a separate file between attendance and payroll data. This of course raises problems such as the vulnerability of financial employees to errors due to the processing of attendance and payroll data that has not been properly integrated, data that is not stored properly because it has not used a database system in its management, employee payroll reports that must be checked repeatedly according to attendance and results employee performance so that it takes a long time due to considerations of absenteeism, office work, and other interests that must be re-verified by (Human Resource Development) HRD and finance. This website-based application prototype is designed using the SDLC. As for testing, usability testing will be used in order to measure the feasibility of the system optimally. The results of testing using Usability Testing are very feasible with a total value of 86% for Ease of use, 88% for Ease of Learning, 89% for Satisfaction, and 88% for Usefulness

Abstract

Growth of Indonesia's maritime industry has grown rapidly, seen from increase number of domestic ships and loading unloading of goods. Development company will certainly followed by the amount demands from company's stakeholders, so optimization performance is expected to increase value oriented for all parties. Data shows in last 2 years, stock prices of most industries have decreased. This indicates company's performance decreases when demands of the company's stakeholders are high. One way to improve company performance is by implementing good corporate governance (GCG). This study aims to analyze effect of GCG implementation on company performance in sea transportation sub-sector listed on IDX during 2018 - 2020. Research data sources were obtained from IDX and websites of 15 sample companies using purposive sampling method. Statistical test technique used is SEM-PLS with Outer and Inner model. Results of this study indicate that implementation of GCG has a significant negative effect on company performance, The implementation of GCG has no effect on earning management. Earning management has a positive effect on company performance, and earnings management doesn’t mediate relationship between implementation of GCG on company performance. Because implementation of GCG is not optimal, so company tends to be opportunistic and prioritizes itsreputation.

Abstract

Logistics Company in Sidoarjo has a mission to be a safe, fast, and responsible logistics service provider. However, the high rate of shipping delays indicated the need a control to minimize the number of shipping delays. This study aims to identify the factors that causing shipping delays using FTA method, followed bydetermining repair priorities using the FMEA. An assessment using FMEA produces an RPN, where improvement priority will be given to the cause of failure with the highest RPN for each type of failure. The results of the study identified 16 causes of failure in shipping delays. Causes of failure with priority improvements on shipping delays are lack of coordination between divisions with an total RPN of 89.1, volume of goods exceeding capacity with an total RPN of 161.2, and insufficient cross-island trucks with an total RPN of 74.6.

Abstract

In the IOT era, the development of a technology has grown rapidly in the world, especially in the industrial sector. Over time, the development of the freight forwarding industry has also experienced many improvements. According to the World Bank (2011), Dwelling time is the time calculated from the time a container is unloaded from the ship until the container leaves the port terminal through the main door. In this study using simple Linear Regression Analysis and the t test. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the impact of Dwell time on income at PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. The results of this study indicate that the realization value of the average port residence time is 5 days and these figures exceed the target set by the government, which is 3 days.In the simple Linear Regression Test and the t test for the influence of Dwell time at the customs and post clearance stages in 2019-2021 the significance value and the t Dwell time test have an effect on Port Revenue.

Abstract

Natural gas distribution in Indonesia is used to replace the role of LPG which has been used by the community for household activities and commercial industry which has been expanded by the government. As is the case in the Surabaya area, through the Natural Gas Distribution Company, the government is starting to replace the useof LPG Gas with Natural Gas. The purpose of this research is to determine the company's internal and external factors and determine alternative commercial customer business development strategies for the company. The method used is SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats, Opportunities). The tools used to analyze data are the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix which are used as research calculation tools. Theresults of this research show that there are 12 internal factors consisting of 8 strengths and 4 weaknesses and 10external factors consisting of 6 opportunities and 4 threats. Weighting on external aspects that are opportunitiesis the LPG scarcity factor and the company's threat is limited network availability. Meanwhile, in internal weighting, the strength is product quality and the weakness is the lack of human resources to carry out the strategy. The results of the analysis show that the company is in cell IV position, which means growth and development andthere are 2 alternative strategies, so the strategies that must be carried out and implemented by the company are market penetration and market development. Market Penetration Strategy is a strategy that aims to increase market share in the same market with more intensive marketing efforts, then Market Development Strategy is a strategy that aims to offer existing products and services to attract new markets or customers.

Abstract

Based on the AKHLAK survey results Internalization Index employee loyalty in marine service companies can be said to be low because loyalty to the company falls into the category of Low Implementation Index with a percentage of 33.5%. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of loyalty on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 137 permanent employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show nilai p-value of the employee loyalty variable is 0 or p-value < 0.05. This means that employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in maritime service companies in Surabaya. Companies need to make efforts to foster loyalty so that they can improve performance.

Abstract

Startup Sayurleli is a startup that offers a H+1 fresh vegetable ordering service. The development of Sayurleli Startup seems slow. This happens because information technology is lagging behind in this business. This is proven by Sayurleli's unstable income during operation from 2021 to 2023. This research aims to determine alternative business development strategies for Sayurleli Startup using the data collection technique method using the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method with the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix and SWOT matrix as research calculation tools. The results obtained were that there were 11 internal factors consisting of 7 strength factors and 4 weakness factors and there were 10 external factors consisting of 6 opportunity factors and 4 threat factors and based on the SWOT matrix, there were 17 strategies that vegetable can apply. The results of the research analysis show that Stratup is in cell II position, which means growth and development and Intensive Strategy there are 3 alternative strategies, namely market penetration with a TAS score of 6.29, market development with a TAS score of 6.42 and product development of 6.518. The final results of the research show that the priority strategy that can develop business is product development.
