Abstract

Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah Desa Jolotundo merupakan salah satu lembaga Pendidikan nonformal yaitu madrasah diniyah yang beroperasi di Desa Jolotundo, Kecamatan Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang.  Permasalahan internal yang dihadapi oleh Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah adalah kesulitan dalam pengelolaan Madrasah. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kemampuan SDM dalam pengelolaan. Selain itu untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah ini termasuk minim sarana dan pra sarana selain itu juga kurangnya motivasi murid untuk bersekolah di madrasah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan manajemen administrasi pengelolaan madrasah, memberikan sarana prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar dan juga memberikan motivasi untuk pengajar Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk Mitra sesuai dengan prirotas adalah: (1) mampu melakukan manajemen administrasi pengelolaan madrasah Al Jaelaniyah, (2) memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, (3) motivasi pengajar sehingga bisa memotivasi murid untuk terus melanjutkan berskolah di Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Raida Collection is a service business located in one of the Rembang Regencies engaged in the field of tailoring services. In the Pre-survey assistance conducted by KKU (Business Work Lecture) students of YPPI Rembang University, problems faced by MSME owners were found in the form of a lack of ability in knowing the importance of labeling and branding in their businesses. This assistance activity aims to advance the quality of branding and labeling in rural tailoring businesses whose branding has not improved enough. Based on the existing problems, the KKU program activities are to create a business brand identity and labeling on finished products. Therefore, the results of the pre-survey were compiled into a method for solving problems in the form of a qualitative approach through a) Student pre-survey to the owner's place by interviewing, asking for permission and compiling a program of activities to be implemented b) Implementation of the program to create brand and labeling designs c) Monitoring and evaluation of program activities d) Closing and withdrawal. Therefore, from the problem factors faced, a KKU program was created which. Program implementation, monitoring and evaluation and finally closing and withdrawal. The results of the community service program that were implemented showed that MSMEs already have an identity in the form of the Raida Collection business brand and finished product labeling. Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of work ability, motivation and work stress on the performance of village officials throughout Kaliori District. The population in this study was village officials throughout Kaliori District using a saturated sample, namely a total of 167 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially work ability and motivation have a positive effect and work stress has a negative effect, all of which are significant on the performance of village officials throughout Kaliori District. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.734, as is the variability of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which can be explained by independent variables which include work ability, motivation and work stress, amounting to 73.4%, while 26.6% is explained by variations in other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

The research reason is due phenomenon of research results show the e-wallet transactions are in the public’s best preferred and the predictions that the growing value of the digital economy is key to achieving Indonesia Emas 2045. This research identifies the impacts of financial knowledge, ease of use perception and risk perception on attraction to using e-wallets among the students of Management Program at Universitas YPPI Rembang. The research data collection technique used a survey through questionnaires. The population research is active students of Universitas YPPI Rembang, Management Program year 2021 to 2023 total of 236. Proportional random sampling of 70 respondents was used for the inquiry. The data analysis applied multiple linear regression method. The findings reveal: 1) financial literacy and ease of use perception positive significantly attraction to using e-wallets, 2) risk perception negative and non-significant attraction to using e-wallets. Based on the determination test, regression model from financial literacy, ease of use perception and risk perception can influence the dependent variable of attraction in e-wallets by 66%. The closed-ended questionnaire restricts respondets assessments beyond the given statements, presenting a limitation thi this study.

Abstract

Kebangkrutan adalah bisnis atau perusahaan yang mengalami masalah keuangan yang parah sehingga tidak dapat beroperasi dengan baik lagi. Bisnis atau perusahaan harus melakukan analisis kebangkrutan sebelum mengetahui bahwa mereka akan bangkrut. Pada Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan apakah ada perbedaan antara metodel prediksi Altman Z-Score, Springate dan Zmijewski dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Sekaligus membuktikan bahwa model prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan paling efektif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 27 perusahaan. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan dari ketiga model yang telah di uji pada perusahaan food and beverage terdapat perbedaan signifikan. Paling tinggi Tingkat Akurasi pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini yaitu pada metode model prediksi kebangkrutan model Zmijewski 79,2%, Altman ZSzore 60,8%, dan Zmijewski 55,8%. Sehingga model yang paling akurat dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan yaitu zmijewski. Kata-kata Kunci: Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, Kebangkrutan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine how profitability, leverage, and company size affect dividend policy in LQ 45 firms that are listed on the BEI. The population that is the focus of the research this is an LQ 45 company listed on BEI during period 2019-2023. In the research, sample used consisted of 21 company LQ 45. The sampling method applied is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, for data analysis, regression techniques were used multiple linear. The study's findings indicate that, for LQ 45 companies listed on the BEI, size has a major positive impact on dividend policy, profitability has a negligible negative impact, and leverage has a negligible negative impact. Adjusted R Value 2 which obtained at 0.142 indicating that there is 14.2% variation in dividend policy on LQ 45 companies listed on the BEI can be explained by the three independent variables, namely profitability, leverage and size company. Meanwhile, the remaining 85.8% is explained by other variables which were not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test profitability, activity ratios, and asset growth in predicting stock betas in manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 49 firms with a total of 245 observations. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that asset growth had a significant negative influence on stock beta, profitability as proxied by return on equity and activity ratio proxied by total asset turnover had an insignificant negative influence on stock beta. The results of the determination test show that 23.6% of the stock beta variable can be explained by variations of the independent variables and the remaining 76.4% is explained by other causes outside the model in this study

Abstract

Mbak Siti Bagus's Warung Seribu Berkah UMKM is located in the Karang Jahe Beach tourist area, Punjulharjo Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency, Central Java. Within 10 years of running the business, the UMKM experienced obstacles in developing the business, namely branding that was not optimal, which was indicated by: 1) Not having a business identity; 2) the location of the UMKM was difficult to identify with other UMKM; and 3) the business did not have an online marketing channel. From these obstacles, the Business Work Lecture (KKU) Team provided assistance with a program to maximize branding by: 1) Creating a logo design for cup packaging; 2) Creating a logo on the packaging; 2) Creating proof of payment receipts, 3) Creating Google Maps aimed directly at the UMKM stall, and 4) Creating social media accounts in the form of TikTok and Instagram. The KKU implementation method includes: 1) Pre-survey to the MSME Location, 2) Identifying problems in the MSME Warung Seribu Berkah Mbak Siti Bagus, 3) Program preparation, 4) Program implementation, 4) Mentoring, 5) Evaluation. The program results obtained are as follows: 1) MSMEs have a unique logo for cup packaging, 2) MSMEs already have a note to add up orders, 3) MSMEs already have Google Maps which are directly centralized in the MSME stall, and 4) MSMEs have social media accounts to facilitate marketing

Abstract

Karang Jahe Beach is one of the leading tourism destinations located in Rembang Regency. This area provides a great opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to develop and reach a wider market. One of the MSMEs in this area is Warung "Mbak Raisha" owned by Mrs. Inayah which has been operating since 2015. This stall is engaged in providing food and beverages for tourists. However, these MSMEs face various challenges in managing their business, including the lack of digital financial records, the lack of social media accounts as a means of digital promotion, the lack of a business logo, and the management of orders and product packaging that is not optimal. This condition causes limitations in terms of competitiveness, management efficiency, and marketing reach which has an impact on overall business growth and hinders the potential for future business development. Community service activities are carried out to help overcome these problems through strategies to strengthen branding and digital marketing. Some of the concrete steps taken are the creation of a logo as a brand identity, the installation of banners as a visual identity of the business, training on the use of social media (Instagram) as a means of promotion, the preparation of price lists, and digital financial recording using simple applications. In addition, education was also provided regarding the importance of attractive packaging to increase the selling value of products. The results of the mentoring show that Warung "Mbak Raisha" now has a stronger business identity, a more targeted promotion system, and more efficient management. This effort is expected to be able to encourage business growth and make MSMEs better prepared to face business challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan jaman mengharuskan setiap pelaku UMKM untuk semakin kreatif dalam proses pelaksanaan usaha. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya memberikan informasi-informasi terkait dengan informasi bisnis dan manajemen kewirausahaan, menghadapi persaingan bisnis dengan kompetitor serta pemasaran melalui proses mentoring dan pembelajaran pembukuan sederhana. Oleh karena itulah, UMKM harus memiliki pengelolaan keuangan yang baik supaya usaha yang dijalankan dapat berkelanjutan. Salah satunya dengan memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang benar serta mampu menyusun laporan keuangan yang diperlukan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam merencanakan strategi bisnis yang selanjutnya. UMKM Batik “Laras Wastra” belum memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang baik sehingga tidak mampu menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Hasil pendampingan membuat pembukuan sederhana dan menyusun laporan keuangan ini meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya informasi yang ihasilkan laporan keuangan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan penyusunan strategi bisnis untuk mencapai usaha yang berkelanjutan.
