Abstract

MSME Omah Djadjan is one of the MSMEs in Jeruk Village, Pancur District, Rembang Regency with the production of dry and wet cakes. The problems faced by MSMEs Omah Djadjan are that they do not have good financial records either manually or digitally and online marketing only uses Instagram and WhatsApp social media. The proposed solutions to overcome these problems are: 1) Conduct business management training, especially financial management and marketing management; 2) Facilitating manual and digital financial records and marketing in the marketplace; and 3) Provide business assistance. From these solutions, business management training has been realized, especially financial management and digital marketing. Abstract

Most MSMEs, including B&B Snack MSMEs, have not adopted technology as an effective sales tool. B&B Snack MSMEs face problems, namely a less strategic location and a lack of understanding of MSME owners regarding information technology. Therefore, in the YPPI Rembang University (UYR) Business Work Lecture Community Service activities, they provide a solution to overcome this problem, namely registering the location of MSME B&B Snacks on Google Maps and using direction signs, which can help customers find the location easily. The main goal is to increase the competitiveness of B&B Snack MSME owners in their main market in Rembang City and increase their business turnover. This activity began with a survey of MSME locations and discussions with B&B Snack MSME owners to identify problems. Furthermore, assisting MSMEs in registering locations on Google Maps and creating direction signs. The results of the activities of the MSME B&B Snack location are registered on Google Maps and have directional signs.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to prove and explain the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The population in this study were employees of the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 88 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are that work discipline, organizational culture, work motivation partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The adjusted R-square value is 0.634, meaning the contribution of work discipline, organizational culture and work motivation is 63%, while the remaining 37% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Stress is part of the psychological that can be experienced by every individual. Stress experienced by students towards activities or situations in higher education can be referred to as academic stress. Students who experience extreme stress can have an unfavorable effect on the learning process and student achievement. This study aims to develop a student academic stress scale. The scale preparation in this research was based on 4 aspects of academic stress, namely: cognitive, affective, physiological and behavioral. In this research, data was obtained by distributing the academic stress scale that is being developed using a simple random sampling technique. The validity test was carried out by referring to Aiken's V formula (v 0.70) and the reliability test using the Alpha Cronbachs internal consistency method (rXY 0.3). Based on the try-out test with N82 (30 students and 52 female students), the value of 0.943 was obtained with 36 final items, consisting of 18 favorable items and 18 unfavorable items. There are still shortcomings in the results of this research, such as the final items which are still quite large, so in the next research it is hoped that it can be tested again on a larger sample to increase the reliability and validity of this academic stress measuring tool.

Abstract

Information systems have developed a lot along with the development of Science and Technology in various fields. One of the fields that is greatly affected by the development of science and technology is the world of education. The service and data collection process for STIE YPPI Rembang employees has not yet maximized the use of the data collection system so that employee data collection is still centralized by the administrator, here the role is held by the HR department, so it is less effective and efficient if there is a change in employee data the data is transferred to the HR department. The purpose of the research is to produce a system or application of information systems that are expected to help the HR department and administrators in managing and controlling employee documents. The development of this personnel information system application is web-based and MySQL as the database. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with a waterfall process in the hope that if there is system development it can be easily implemented. Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions to be able to realize progress, independence, and prosperity in an atmosphere of sustainable social justice. The Community Service Team formulated the problems faced by Partners, namely: 1). Many PKK mothers do not know about entrepreneurship, 2). Lack of business motivation, and 3). Knowledge of business management is still low. Based on these problems, the Community Service Team tries to help solve problems including providing business motivation and introduction to entrepreneurship, business management training, training and coaching for fish processing innovation, as well as evaluation and mentoring for Partners. Abstract

In this community service activity as a partner is Batik Tulis Asri Anna Budaya. Batik Tulis Lasem Asri Anna Budaya is one of UMKM in Rembang Regency that produces Batik Tulis Lasem. The results of interviews by the YPPI Rembang University Service Team with partners obtained data that in managing their business they had not carried out administration well. Beside that, partners also have not utilized information technology in marketing. This is due to limited knowledge about the benefits of information technology for product marketing. The agreed solution as a form of service activity is business management training (creativepreneurship): training in motivation, creativity and innovation, administration and e-marketing. The aim of service activities is to improve partners' business management capabilities so that they can develop creativity and innovation in running the business. Activities are carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activities that were successfully achieved were that partners' motivation to develop their business increased along with the growth of creativity and innovation in developing their products. Partners have also begun to realize the importance of e-marketing in increasing their sales. Keywords: creativepreneurship, improving, business management

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dewasa ini memberikan dampak yang cukup besar diberbagai sektor mulai dari bisnis, kesehatan hingga pendidikan. Di era serba digital ini masyarakat diberikan berbagai kemudahan hanya dengan memanfaat teknologi internet untuk mendapatkan berbagai macam informasi. Proses pengelolaan dan pendataan perpustakaan umum Gama Bina Karya dikatakan masih belum maksimal sehingga dalam pengembangannya perlu adanya sistem informasi perpustakaan untuk mendukung digitalisasi koleksi buku dan pelayanan terhadap anggota perpustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan dengan berbasis web dan php mySqL sebagai databasenya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah clustering dan extreme programming dimana metode clustering yang mengacu pada pengelompokan data menjadi sebuah klaster dengan menggunakan algoritma k-means sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode extreme programming yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak dan respon terhadap perubahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien melalui siklus pengembangan yang lebih singkat serta kolaborasi yang erat dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

Sendangasri Village is included in the 28 tourist villages designated by the Rembang Regency government as Arts and Culture Tourism Villages. The results of the Community Service Team's observations at the Sendangasri Tourism Village succeeded in identifying that unprofessional management resulted in the Sendangasri Tourism Village still rarely being visited by tourists. This management problem is also supported by the fact that most managers have their own busy schedules, so managing tourist villages optimally is still not possible. The solution offered is to optimize the functions and roles of tourism village managers through motivational and management training. This service activity is carried out through several methods to solve problems, namely observation, training and mentoring. The results of the service carried out in Sendangasri Village are (1) There has been an increase in the performance of tourism managers, (2) There has been an increase in the tourism management capabilities of tourism village managers. Abstract

3D printing technology has been widely applied in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, and others. High 3D printing speeds, such as 1200 mm/s, offer the potential to significantly accelerate the production process. However, increasing this speed also presents challenges related to the quality and dimensional consistency of the printed parts. Therefore, understanding how each parameter interacts and affects the printing results is key to optimizing high-speed 3D printing processes. This research focuses on the dimensional accuracy of 3D printed objects. The method used involves printing 5 cube samples measuring 20mm x 20mm x20 mm with a 10 mm through all hole using Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Highspeed and  Polylactic Acid (PLA) Highspeed materials at a maximum print speed of 1200 mm/s. After the printing process, the dimensions of each sample are carefully measured using a vernier caliper at three different points.  PLA material tends to have a larger deviation than ABS, especially in the circle diameter parameter with a deviation percentage of 5.88%, while ABS is 5.02%. Based on the results overall the deviation of length, width, height, and hole diameter dimensions in both materials is not significant for general applications, but the deviation in hole diameter shows a higher value than other dimensions.
