Abstract

Gerakan ekonomi rakyat adalah koperasi, tugasnya bertanggungjawab atas kesejahteraan anggotanya. Undang-undang Perkoperasian Nomor 25 tahun 1992 menjelaskan tentang perkoperasian disusun untuk mempertegas jatidiri, kedudukan, permodalan, dan pembinaan koperasi sehingga mampu menjamin kehidupan koperasi. Oleh karena itu, koperasi harus dikelola  secara professional oleh pengurus dalam segala bidang baik itu produksi, pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen keuangannya, termasuk di dalammnya adalah ketepatan waktu dan keakurasian data dalam menyusun laporan keuangannya. Permasalahan yang ada di Koperasi Karyawan Angkasa Pura (KOKAPURA) Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang masih adanya kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan excel. Dari permasalahan tersebut kegiatan pelatihan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari dosen STIE Pelita Nusantara kepada para staff Kokapura adalah: “Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Menggunakan Excel”. Semoga kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang riil kepada para peserta, dan lebih memahami serta terampil dalam menyusun laporan keuangan koperasi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan atau bagi para pelaku usaha. Pemasaran merupakan jantungnya sebuah organisasi, karena dengan pemasaran perusahaan akan mendapatkan income yang dapat dipakai untuk pengembangan usahanya dan kebutuhan usaha lainnya UMKM berperan sangat penting dalam perputaran perekonomian mayarakat, dan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi pengangguran. Akan tetapi kelompok usaha ini masih memghadapi berbagai tantangan untuk lebih berdaya saing,terutama dibidang pemasaran .Sehingga mereka perlu diberikan informasi pemasaran terbaru. Terutama pemasaran seacara online atau digital marketing dengan maemanfaatkan media sosial..Sehingga perlu diberikan informasi melalui pemasaran online berupa penyuluhan. Deamikian juga kepada Pelaku Usaha UMKM di Kelurahan Plamoangansarin Semarang perlu diberikan Penyuluhan dengan memberikan informasi yang terbaru khususnya tentang pemasaran secara online ,baik penjualan maupun promosinya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity, entrepreneurial knowledge and business capital on business success (Case study on MSMEs in West Semarang District). The population in this study was 50 MSME actors. Data collection techniques used observation, case studies and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used quantitative methods. In this study, the method used to analyze data was the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the test study showed a positive and significant effect on the creativity variable (X1) on business success (Y1) with an effect size of 0.161 which is categorized as medium. There is a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial knowledge variable (X2) on business success (Y1) with an effect size of 0.108 which is categorized as medium. There is a positive and significant effect on the business capital variable (X3) on business success (Y1) with an effect size of 0.577 which is categorized as large. The implications of this study are that creativity, entrepreneurial knowledge and business capital have a very important role in the success of MSMEs in West Semarang District. MSMEs need to increase innovation in developing products, broaden their entrepreneurial insights and also manage their capital well to increase business success

Abstract

Salatiga is a city located in Central Java Province, Indonesia. This city is known as a cool area because it is located on the slopes of Mount Ungaran. Salatiga has a rich history and is a comfortable place to live as well as a center of government, economy and recreation. Tingkir is also a sub-district in Salatiga City, Central Java Province. Basically, MSMEs are a productive business or business that is run by individuals, groups, households, or small business entities that meet the standards as micro-businesses. So, it can be concluded that this MSME as a business managed by people from the lower middle class, this MSME aims to expand employment opportunities and provide economic services to the community at large. The characteristics of MSMEs are usually that business actors have not yet gained access to banking, but can access non-banking institutions, Generally do not have a business license, including a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). The place of business can move. The commodity goods produced by the business are not fixed and can change.By looking at the conditions in the field, the MSMEs were given training on improving the use of digital technology which is currently widely used by the community. They feel that what they have done so far has not been optimal because they do not know what to do with technological advances. With this training, they open their hearts and minds to develop their business with the knowledge received during this training, namely marketing through digital media. This training is very helpful for MSMEs in trying to increase sales of their products so that they can cover their operational costs and can get decent profits and do not need to worry about sluggish sales. It is hoped that participants can continue to improve their businesses and use the right technology so that the businesses they run can grow

Abstract

The research reason is due phenomenon of research results show the e-wallet transactions are in the public’s best preferred and the predictions that the growing value of the digital economy is key to achieving Indonesia Emas 2045. This research identifies the impacts of financial knowledge, ease of use perception and risk perception on attraction to using e-wallets among the students of Management Program at Universitas YPPI Rembang. The research data collection technique used a survey through questionnaires. The population research is active students of Universitas YPPI Rembang, Management Program year 2021 to 2023 total of 236. Proportional random sampling of 70 respondents was used for the inquiry. The data analysis applied multiple linear regression method. The findings reveal: 1) financial literacy and ease of use perception positive significantly attraction to using e-wallets, 2) risk perception negative and non-significant attraction to using e-wallets. Based on the determination test, regression model from financial literacy, ease of use perception and risk perception can influence the dependent variable of attraction in e-wallets by 66%. The closed-ended questionnaire restricts respondets assessments beyond the given statements, presenting a limitation thi this study.

Abstract

Development of sewing skills for persons with disabilities is carried out with the aim of improving their skills so that they can open jobs or business. This sewing training development activity is in the form of training in making product designs and making dress patterns. The results in this study are that person with disabilities who are considerate incapable of being productive, creative and innovative by being given sewing development training are able to help improve their business skills which can be useful for starting a business.Keywords : Development, disabilities, training, sewing skills

Abstract

Personality is a dynamic organization in the individual's psychophysiological system that determines how he uniquely adapts to his environment. Organizational commitment is an active relationship between individuals and the organization which includes identification, involvement and loyalty, which are shown by individuals to their work units. No exception in organizations in educational institutions, also need workers who act beyond their job descriptions and duties. One of the keys to the successful implementation of education in the era of autonomy and globalization is the extent to which individuals in institutions are synergistically able to contribute positively, both in planning and in the process of implementing duties and responsibilities as members of the institution to achieve goals and create a quality generation. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality and organizational commitment on extra-role behavior or OCB at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1-2 Semarang. The primary data obtained from the questionnaires that were entered and were suitable for use as samples were 97 respondents. The analytical method used in this quantitative study is the classical assumption test and multiple regression testing and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence of personality and organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously, against OCB. For this study, the variable that has the dominant influence on OCB is the organizational commitment variable. Through the model designed for this research, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.536. This shows that 53.6% of the OCB variables can be explained by personality and organizational commitment variables, and the remaining 46.4% is explained by other variables outside this research model.Keywords: Personality, Organizational Commitment, OCB
