Abstract

terhadap burnout di kalangan Generasi Z di industri kreatif. Generasi Z dikenal sebagai sekelompok pekerja digital native yang kreatif, fleksibel, dan inovatif, tetapi rentan terhadap stres karena ekspektasi kerja yang tinggi dan budaya hustle. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan kuesioner yang disalurkan kepada 50 pekerja kreatif Generasi Z di bidang desain grafis, konten digital, periklanan, dan musik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 70% responden mengalami kesulitan menjaga keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan 65% melaporkan gejala burnout tingkat sedang hingga tinggi. Faktor utama yang memicu burnout antara lain jam kerja yang tidak teratur, beban kerja yang berlebihan, dan tekanan konstan untuk berinovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja yang tidak diatur justru memperburuk kondisi psikologis karyawan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada kebutuhan organisasi untuk merancang kebijakan kesehatan di tempat kerja yang berorientasi pada kesehatan mental dan mendorong karyawan untuk mengembangkan manajemen diri dan strategi koping adaptif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur psikologi industri dan menjadi dasar praktik manajemen berkelanjutan di industri kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Kepemimpinan yang efektif merupakan faktor kritis dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi karyawan untuk mencapai performa optimal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional terhadap 350 karyawan dari berbagai industri di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur gaya kepemimpinan, tingkat motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan (β = 0.742, p < 0.001). Motivasi kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan (β = 0.658, p < 0.001). Kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediator (β = 0.488, p < 0.001). Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa leader yang mampu menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan memberdayakan bawahannya akan menciptakan karyawan yang lebih termotivasi dan produktif. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi organisasi untuk mengembangkan program pengembangan kepemimpinan yang fokus pada transformational leadership untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

AbstractThe increasingly strong integration of global financial markets has increased the influence of cryptocurrency dynamics on the traditional financial system. The study analyzed the volatility of major cryptocurrencies—particularly Bitcoin and Ethereum—and their spillover effects on ASEAN stock markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines. Using daily data for the period 2018–2024, this study applied the GARCH-BEKK multivariate model combined with the Diebold–Yilmaz spillover index to capture the transmission of volatility between markets. The results show that there is a significant two-way spillover effect between cryptocurrencies and ASEAN stock indices, with Bitcoin having a stronger influence than Ethereum. The intensity of volatility transmission is proven to be higher in periods of global economic uncertainty, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic recovery phase. These findings confirm the growing linkage between digital assets and traditional equity markets in developing countries. The contribution of this research lies in the empirical evidence regarding the financial contingency channels between cryptocurrencies and the ASEAN capital market that are still rarely explored. From a practical perspective, the results of this study have implications for portfolio diversification, risk management strategies, and regulatory frameworks in the region. Policymakers and investors are advised to more closely monitor cryptocurrency developments as part of macroprudential surveillance and investment decision-making in ASEAN financial markets

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan rintisan di sektor kreatif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada 15 perusahaan rintisan kreatif di Indonesia, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola-pola strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan rintisan di sektor kreatif mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital multi-platform yang berfokus pada content marketing, social media engagement, dan influencer collaboration sebagai pilar utama. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 87% perusahaan rintisan yang menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital terintegrasi mengalami peningkatan brand awareness sebesar 150% dalam 12 bulan pertama operasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa personalisasi konten dan community building menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan di era digital. Strategi omnichannel yang menggabungkan platform media sosial, e-commerce, dan komunikasi langsung terbukti meningkatkan conversion rate hingga 65%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori pemasaran digital dalam konteks startup kreatif dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi entrepreneur untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital mereka.

Abstract

Peserta didik neurodiverse, seperti anak dengan autisme, ADHD, dan disleksia, menghadapi tantangan unik dalam aspek kognitif maupun emosional. Di Indonesia, meskipun pendidikan inklusif semakin berkembang, strategi pembelajaran yang berbasis pada bukti ilmiah neurosains masih jarang diterapkan. Padahal, prinsip neurosains seperti neuroplasticity, pembelajaran multisensori, dan regulasi emosi melalui mindfulness terbukti efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan kognitif dan emosional peserta didik neurodiverse, (2) mengeksplorasi teori neurosains yang relevan dalam pendidikan inklusif, dan (3) merumuskan strategi enrichment berbasis neurosains yang kontekstual dengan sekolah inklusi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi terhadap 10 peserta didik neurodiverse, 5 guru, dan 2 kepala sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, serta validasi triangulasi sumber dan metode. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi enrichment berbasis neurosains dapat meningkatkan fokus belajar, kemampuan literasi, stabilitas emosi, dan kepercayaan diri siswa neurodiverse. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi sosial dan kolaborasi di kelas. Guru juga melaporkan peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran inklusif serta rasa percaya diri dalam merancang intervensi berbasis sains.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital economy is growing rapidly with e-commerce transactions continuing to increase. However, this is accompanied by increasing cyber threats that endanger the security of online transactions. Cyber law, through the ITE Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, plays a vital role in maintaining the security of these transactions, but its implementation still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of cyber law in protecting the security of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, identify gaps in regulations, and provide recommendations for improving digital security. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with experts and document analysis related to cyber law regulations and security incident reports. Samples were selected purposively from regulators, cybersecurity experts, and e-commerce representatives. The results of the study show that although cyber law regulations already exist, their implementation is not optimal. Many business actors have not complied with security standards, and law enforcement against violations is still weak. In addition, the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) has an important role, but limited resources and coordination are obstacles. Public education about cyber security also still needs to be improved. Stronger collaboration between the government, private sector, and the community is needed to improve the security of online transactions, as well as stricter enforcement of regulations to create a safer e-commerce ecosystem in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kebijakan e-Learning di Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon, ditinjau dari Kualitas informasi e-learning yang digunakan dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 80 orang yang berasal dari 6 Fakultas. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dan diolah dengan menggunakan statistic SEM-PLS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) Kualitas Informasi elearning memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan positif terhadap penggunaan e-learning oleh mahasiswa(2) Penggunaan e-laerning memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, (3) Kualitas informasi elearning memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan yang negatif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan oleh pengambil kebijakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon dalam memaksimalkan penggunaan e-learning oleh mahasiswa sehingga bisa berdampak positif terhadap motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has a significant impact on increasing cybersecurity threats, especially on national vital infrastructure such as the energy, transportation, and health sectors. Cyberattacks targeting these sectors have the potential to disrupt essential public services and threaten national security. Therefore, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in cybersecurity risk analysis is an urgent need. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of AI in detecting and mitigating cyber threats on vital infrastructure. The method used is a mixed methods approach that involves quantitative analysis through questionnaires on the cybersecurity team and network log data analysis using the Isolation Forest and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms. The results show that the application of AI can increase the speed of detection and effectiveness of threat mitigation, with anomaly detection accuracy reaching 95% and an odds ratio of 2.5 in cyber threat mitigation. These findings underscore that AI has a significant contribution to strengthening cybersecurity resilience on national infrastructure. However, some challenges such as integration with legacy systems and supporting regulatory needs need to be considered for further optimization.

Abstract

Livestock institutions are fundamental to advancing a sustainable livestock sector, especially amidst the challenges posed by climate change and digital transformation. Despite their importance, many smallholder livestock institutions remain formal and have yet to fully optimize their management and developmental functions. This study addresses this gap by exploring how institutional structures and strategies can enhance resilience and productivity. Specifically, it aims to: (1) analyze the structure and function of livestock institutions supporting sustainability, (2) evaluate the effectiveness of HR management and development strategies, and (3) develop an adaptive reform model to respond to socio-ecological dynamics. Unlike previous research, this study uniquely combines a case study approach across three diverse provinces—Yogyakarta, West Java, and West Nusa Tenggara—to capture contextual variations. Employing qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then thematically analyzed to identify patterns in management and institutional dynamics. Findings reveal that active, structured institutions with data-driven management and cross-sector partnerships significantly improve livestock productivity and resilience. Based on these insights, an adaptive institutional model is proposed, emphasizing functional structure, performance management, and multisector collaboration. The study underscores that institutional reform is vital for fostering inclusive, efficient, and resilient livestock development in a rapidly changing environment.
