Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the perspective of the "Lebih Baik" youtube channel entitled "Getting to Know Bipolar: A Brief Review of Bipolar Disorder". The journal makes all articles freely available to researchers worldwide, ensuring maximum dissemination of content. Content is published online continuously to provide timely communication to the community and keep publication times to a minimum.In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the source of the data was obtained by listening to oral narratives. Whereas in research the cure for bipolar disorder is by means of psychoeducation and supportive therapy through the family is considered to help accelerate bipolar recovery.

Abstract

Lagu wajib nasional yang sering juga disebut lagu perjuangan karena setiap lirik lagunya terdapat makna yang mengandung berbagai peristiwa sejarah penting bagi kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia. Lagu wajib nasional dapat dimanfaatkan dalam penanaman nilai dan karakter nasionalisme karena kandungan sejarahnya dan juga berbentuk lagu sehingga mudah untuk dihafalkan. Lagu daerah atau musik daerah lagu atau musik yang berasal dari dari suatu daerah tertentu dan menjadi populer dinyanyikan baik oleh rakyat daerah tersebut maupun rakyat lainnya. Pada umumnya pencipta lagu daerah ini tidak diketahui lagi.

Abstract

This policy article examines the crisis in Buddhist religious education in Bali, a multidimensional issue rooted in teacher shortages and inefficient government policies. This study deeply analyzes the factors causing this crisis and formulates relevant policy alternatives. Root cause analysis, using a fishbone approach, indicates that the main problem lies in the limited number of teacher formations and appointments triggered by disproportionate formation policy regulations, as well as the slow policy response to the dynamics of teacher needs in the region. Based on the USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) analysis, this problem has the highest priority level, demanding immediate and sustainable solutions. Therefore, a combination of strategic policies is recommended, including: (1) prioritizing the appointment of honorary teachers to PPPK; (2) implementing a rotation system with special incentives; (3) reforming formation allocation based on real needs data; and (4) simplifying the recruitment process through digitalization, and launching a campaign to increase the attractiveness of the teaching profession. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to overcome the crisis, guarantee the right to equal religious education for every Buddhist student, and strengthen the spiritual foundations within Balinese society.
