Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan di Kalimantan Barat Kabupaten Sambas tersebut merupakan harapan masyarakat, yang mana selama ini jalan yang mereka lalu kurang layak sehingga di perlukan perbaikan sebagai mana mestinya, sehingga masyarakat sambas bisa beraktifitas melakukan pekerjaan seperti biasanya. Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik jalan, untuk menganalisis tebal lapisan tambahan (overlay), untuk mengetahui prediksi volume lalu lintas 5 tahun yang akan datang, dan untuk menganalisis drainase di ruas jalan Pembangunan Pemangkat-Tebas STA 8+500–9+500 Kabupaten Sambas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan metode survei. Dalam metode pengumpulan data ini dibagi menjadi menjadi dua yaitu, data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dengan cara observasi lapangan dan hambatan samping. Data sekunder didapatkan dengan cara studi literatur dan survei instansi. Sedangkan metode survei didapatkan dengan cara survei lalu lintas dan persiapan survei lalu lintas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lalu lintas harian di ruas jalan Pembangunan didapatkan hasil rata rata sebesar 24.281 kendaraan per hari total 2 arah. Dimana dari total kendaraan selama 14 hari sebesar 339.935 kendaraan. Lintas harian rata-rata awal diperoleh hasil sebesar 85725 kendaraan dengan masa pelaksanaan 2 tahun. Berdasarkan analisa lintas harian rata-rata akhir didapatkan hasil sebesar 96804 kendaraan. Nilai CBR = 2,4 dan nilai daya dukung tanah dasar (DDT) = 3,4. Perhitungan dimensi saluran drainase didapatkan sebesar 0,002052 m3/det > 0,00014 m3/det. Dimana Syarat Q kapasitas Saluran > Q kapasitas Air. Kata Kunci : Jalan; Lapisan Tambahan; Overlay ABSTRACT The road in West Kalimantan Sambas district is the hope of the community, which during the time they were less decent so in need of improvement as where it should be, so that people can do the activity sambas regular work. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of the road, to analyze the thickness of the additional layer (overlay), to know the prediction of the traffic volume of 5 years to come, and to analyze the drainage on the road-building of Tarang Pemangkat-Tebas STA 8 + 500-9 + 500 Sambas District. Methods in this study using data collection methods and survey methods. In this data collection method is divided into two namely, primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by field observation and side barrier. Secondary data were obtained by literature study and agency survey. While the survey method was obtained by way of traffic surveys and the preparation of traffic surveys. Based on the result of daily traffic analysis on Roads of Construction, the average yield of 24,281 vehicles per day is 2 way total. Where from the total vehicle for 14 days amounted to 339,935 vehicles. The average initial daily cross earned 85725 vehicles with a 2 year implementation period. Based on daily average daily crossover analysis, the result is 96804 vehicles. CBR value = 2.4 and baseline soil bearing capacity (DDT) = 3.4. Abstract

ABSTRACT Malang is the second major city after the city of Surabaya in East Java with tourist potential and its economy is growing. The activities such as malls, markets, parks, campuses, tourist areas, office activities and other activities are factors that make this street has a solid activity that resulted in the problem - the problem of transport one road congestion resulting in decreased capacity, In the survey or the study used data collection methods with Manual Method Counter at the crossroads Tirto Utomo Tlogomas Landungsari Malang with the purpose of calculating the value of traffic volume, capacity and level of service is to conduct a survey for 14 days (starting from 6:00 pm - 22:00 WIB) and survey data obtained vehicle traffic volume and road geometric data are then analyzed using the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Abstract

The intersection is a point where various vehicles meet in a movement that is not the samedirection, so that the intersection occurs between the opposing road segments and causecongestion along the intersection arm. Likewise, at the Intersection of Jalan Ade Irma Suryani(West) - Jalan Sarif AL. Qoldir - Jalan Ade Irma Suryani (East) - KHWahid Street congestionoccurs due to reduced road width, parking lots on the road and street vendors (street vendors)which is along the body of the road. At the intersection of Jalan Ade Irma Suryani (West) -Jalan Sarif AL. Qoldir - Jalan Ade Irma Suryani (East) - Jalan K.H.Wahid there was acongestion caused by a side obstacle, which was not matched by adequate infrastructure. So thisresearch aims to analyze the performance of the unsignalized intersections based on the 1997Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). In analyzing traffic capacity and behavior, field dataare needed in the form of: geometric conditions, traffic flow conditions for two weeks on June24, 2019 to July 7, 2019, with an observation time of 15 hours per day from 06:00 - 21:00 Wita.From the research, the current at peak hours of the first week occurs on Saturday, June 29, 2019at 3:00 - 16:00 West Indonesia Time. With a total vehicle volume of 15692 vehicles / hour or31384 pcu / hour and the current at peak hours of the second week occurs on Sunday, July 72019 at 16:00 - 17:00 Wita. With a total vehicle volume of 14832 vehicles / hour or 27664 pcu /hour. The calculation results show that the capacity of intersections (C) 2472,183 pcu / hour,with a degree of saturation (DS) of 1,329 pcu / hour, which means the degree of saturation thatoccurs ?0.75 of the required. Intersection delay (D) 23.24 seconds / junior high, and the chance of queuing (QP) that occurs is 150% - 78%. The conclusion that can be drawn is the capacity atthe intersection of Jalan Ade Irma Suryani, Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City, an improvementmust be made, namely by widening the road in the direction of Sarif AL.Qoldir street, JalanK.H.Wahid and making a sidewalk for pedestrians.

Abstract

The land transportation system has two important aspects, namely transportation facilities and infrastructure. If the need for transportation facilities (road transport) is not matched by the availability of transportation infrastructure (road), transportation problems will arise. Transportation problems that can be caused by this imbalance are traffic jams. Singosari is a district in Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. This sub-district is located north of Malang City, this sub-district is crossed by the Surabaya-Malang main route and is included as the worst traffic jam area in Malang.Malang City is a city located in East Java Province, Indonesia, the second largest city in East Java after Surabaya, and the 12th largest city in Indonesia. The city was founded during the Kingdom of Kanjempuan and is located on a plateau of 145.28 km2 which is located in the middle of Malang Regency. Together with Batu City and Malang Regency, Malang City is part of a unitary region known as Malang Raya. The impact that occurs on traffic activities is congestion on the road, this is because many activities on the highway are used to get to one place to another. One of the frequent traffic jams is on the Singosari road in Singosari District, Malang. From the results of the above analysis, it is known that the characteristics of the Singosari road segment are referred to as a low side obstacle class and have a high enough vehicle volume that is 3404 km / hr.

Abstract

Analysis of project time management control data, and cost control begins with the calculation of BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performanced) values, BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Performanced), SV (Shedule Variance), and SPI (Shedule Performance Index), and ECD (Estimate Completion Date). With the Concept of Earned Value During the implementation of the project from week 1 to week 31 there is no deviation between the planned project schedule and the implementation of the project, the estimated cost of completion of the project at week 31 worth IDR. 3,202,207,000.00, and the remaining funds are worth IDR. 83,793,000.00 used for jobs with 1 week remaining, which is at 32nd week worth IDR. 3,286,000,000.00, the project completion time project is in accordance with the initial plan of the project, which is 208 days

Abstract

Intersections are part of roads where currents from various directions or directions meet. That is why at the intersection there is a conflict between the currents from opposite directions and cutting each other, resulting in congestion along the arm intersection.At the intersection, congestion is often caused by side obstacles, the high population of vehicles that is not balanced with the availability of road facilities. one of the intersections that at certain times experiences conflicts and buildup of vehicles, that is at the Tirto Rahayu intersection in Malang, at this intersection often there is a buildup of vehicles during rush hour. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the intersection, the level of service and alternative handling. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the traffic volume characteristics in the first week are greater than the second week with the number of the first week: 974.6 pcu / hour and the second week: 843.1 pcu / hour, with a capacity of 1461.6. The degree of saturation is 0.62 and the level of service is C.

Abstract

Evaluation The high volume of traffic that passes through the Temple Road on the stage causes the meeting of vehicles that are quite dense from various directions of the road which results in a buildup of vehicles in every traffic jam during rush hour such as the morning when the community departs for activities, during the day and in the afternoon when the community returns home from their activities. The buildup of vehicles was caused by the large number of vehicles that passed, therefore research was carried out on these roads. As for this research a vehicle volume survey, side obstacle survey, and road geometry survey were then analyzed using the calculation method from the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997). Based on the results of the analysis, the maximum volume on the Candi Panggung road segment is 2814 ken / hour and 1631.9 amp / hour with the occurrence of sidebarriers per 200 m / hour at peak hours on the Candi Panggung road at 14.6 SMP / hour. The saturation degree (DS) value on the Candi Panggung street based on the calculation result is 1.32smp / hour. The level of road service on Candi Panggung street is at the level ofservice F (very low).

Abstract

Jl. Dadaprejo ? Jl. Ir. Soekarno ? Jl. Dr. Moh. Hatta, who is the area of Batu City Pendem, is one of the intersections that has a high volume of traffic because the intersection is a path leading to tourist attractions and also to several cities. The problem that occurs at the Pendem intersection is the absence of a vehicle controller resulting in traffic congestion and frequent accidents. To overcome the traffic conflict at the Pendem intersection, a development of supporting facilities and anfrastructure is needed, aspecially on improving road networks, crossing planning. Traffic volume data is taken for 14 days (2 weeks) which can the be explored traffic volume desity at rush hour even on weekends. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of existing intersections and analyze alternative solutions to problems that occur at the Pendem intersection.

Abstract

Mendirikan sebuah bangunan dengan mempertimbangkan segala aspek kostruksi adalah item utama yang diperlukan dalam dunia konstruksi, yang mana aspek biaya dari pembangunan itu sendiri yang biasa disebut dengan sebutan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dengan mengikuti acuan dasar dari Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat (Permen PUPR) adalah Peraturan Perundang ? undangan di Indonesia yang ditetapkan oleh Presiden kepada menteri terkait untuk menjalankan peraturan sebagaimana mestinya. Hasil analisa harga satuan diambil dari PermenPUPR 28 ? 2016 dari hasil analisa tersebut akan diperoleh Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang menetukan volume dari setiap item yang akan dibahas pada pembahasan. [1] Objek penelitian saat ini terletak di Jln. Soekarno ? Hatta tepatnya pada Museum MPU Purwa Malang. Analisa harga satuan serta Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) difokuskan pada pekerjaan bekisiting kayu yang hasil analisanya nanti akan dikaji atau dibandingkan dengan hasil analisa dari bondek, dengan kata lain hasil analisa dari bekisting kayu akan menjadi acuan pada analisa bondek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Bahan pelat bondek lebih murah 9% dari bahan bekisting kayu, (2) Pelat bondek lebih mudah dalam pelaksanaan, (3) Material untuk pekerjaan bekisting kayu lebih mudah didapatkan dibanding dengan pelat bondek. Berdasarkan ketiga aspek tersebut, untuk pemilihan khususnya pekerjaan pelat direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan pelat bondek. Kata kunci : bekisting kayu, bondek, biaya pekerjaan. Unit price analysis and cost budget Plan (RAB) focused on the work of bekisiting wood, gave results will be examined or compared with the results of the analysis of bondek, in other words the results of analysis of formwork timber will be a reference analysis on bondek. The results showed that: (1) cheaper bondek plate Materials 9% of timber formwork materials, (2) Plate bondek easier in implementation, (3) Material for formwork timber jobs more easily obtained than with the bondek plate. Based on these three aspects, for the selection of particular work plates are recommended to use the plates bondek.

Abstract

Stabilitas tanah pada lereng dapat terganggu akibat pengaruh alam, iklim dan aktifitas manusia. Longsor terjadi karena ketidak-seimbangan gaya yang bekerja pada lereng atau gaya didaerah lereng lebih besar dari pada gaya penahan yang ada pada lereng tersebut. Sehingga diperlukan analis stabilias lereng untuk mengetahui Faktor Keamanan dari lereng yang mengalami kelongsoran tersebut. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan Metode Fellinius dan Bishop nilai Faktor Keamanan yang didapat yaitu : Lereng A dan B untuk Metode Fellinius: 0,74 dan 0,83, sedangkan untuk Lereng A dab B untuk Metode Bishop : 0,78 dan 0,92 yang menunjukan bahwa keadaan lereng tersebut tidak stabil. Kemudian dilakukan perbaikan dengan merubah sudut kemiringan lereng. Sehingga didapat nilai Faktor Keamanan Sebagai berikut :Lereng A dan B untuk Metode Fellinius : 1,62 dan 2,66 sedangkan Lereng A dan B untuk Metode Bishop : 1,94 dan 3,25 yang menunjukan lereng dalam keadaan stabil. Kata-kata kunci : stabilitas lereng, nilai faktor keamanan ABSTRACT Soil stability on slopes can be disrupted by natural influences, climate and human activities. A landslide occurs because the unbalance of force acting on the slope or the force of the slope area is greater than that of the retaining force on the slope So that required the analyst of stabilias slope to know the Security Factor of the slopes that experienced slippage. From the analysis result using Fellinius and Bishop Method of Security Factor values obtained are: A and B slopes for Fellinius Method: 0.74 and 0.83, while for Slope A and B for Bishop Method: 0.78 and 0.92 which shows that the state of the slope is unstable. Then performed improvements by changing the angle of the slope. The following values are obtained: A and B slopes for Fellinius Methods: 1.62 and 2.66 while A and B slopes for Bishop Methods: 1.94 and 3.25 indicate slopes in a stable state.
