Abstract

Kota malang merupakan kota besar kedua setelah kota Surabaya di jawa timur dengan potensi wisata dan perekonomianya yang semakin berkembang. Adanya aktivitas seperti Mall, Pasar, Taman, Kampus, Daerah Wisata, aktivitas perkotaan dan aktivitas lainya merupakan faktor yang menjadikan jalan ini memiliki aktivitas padat yang mengakibatkan masalah-masalah transpotasi salah satunya kemacetan yang mengakibatkan kapasitas jalan semakin menurun, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pengambilan data dengan manual Mothod Counter pada ruas jalan Ki Ageng Gribik Kelurahan Lesanpuro Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang dengan tujuan untuk menghitung nilai volume lalu lintas, kecepatan, kapasitas dan tingkat pelayan jalan yaitu dengan melakukan survey selama 6 hari ( dimulai dari jam 6.00 WIB ? 21.00 WIB ) dan dari hasil survey didapatkan data volume lalu lintas, kecepatan kendaraan dan data geometri jalan yang kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan manual kapasitas jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, volume jam puncak pada ruas jlan ki ageng gribik adalah 1887 smp/jam, kecepatan rata- rata ( V ) adalah 69,3 m/detik, kapasitas sebesar 1262,77 dan tingkat pelayanan jalan (LOS) adalah F. Abstract

Landungsari Market is one of the traditional markets built by the local village government to accelerate the village economy. Previously, Landungsari Market was a temporary market but with an increase in sellers who were moved from the original Merjosari market so that the local government made the Landungsari market a permanent market today. With the increasing number of seller stalls in the Landungsari market, the parking lot in the Landungsari market has decreased so that it demands the possibility of illegal parking occurs in some areas of the market. The research objective was to determine the characteristics of parking, parking feasibility, and parking solutions. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained in this study are the number of parking spaces is still less than the number of parking vehicles, namely for two-wheeled parking lots, the parking needs exceed the normal capacity, while the average motorbike parking space unit is 129 parking spaces and the average The car park space unit is 11 parking spaces, so with this condition, it is deemed inappropriate parking facilities and additional parking lots to increase the parking capacity of vehicles, especially for two-wheeled vehicles

Abstract

Soil conditions as a foundation and greatly affect the quality of service and road construction conditions. This condition occurs in Ngantru Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency which is the object of research. The research objectives include knowing the characteristics of the soil, knowing the effect of soil conditions on road damage and knowing the solution to the problem of road damage due to soil conditions. The data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The results of the study include the average value of the plasticity index of 0.60% <10% with silt soil type and the plasticity index value of 6% and the average moisture content value of 33.3%, the average CBR value of 8.20%. CBR average of 8.20%, so it can be concluded that the soil condition affects the road damage. The solution in this research is to repair the road by excavating the damaged part of the road.

Abstract

Kertanegara is one of the roads in Malang Regency. The location of Kartanegara Road is considered to be one of the locations prone to accidents due to the lack of traffic infrastructures such as signs and road markings. The road is also an alternative highway that connects Malang Regency to Batu City. The data obtained shows that traffic accidents amounted to 43 of all types of traffic violations from 2016-2018. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, the number of accident victims was 18 accidents, 9 accidents, and 16 accidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of Kertanegara road, accident-prone points, and solutions used to reduce the number of accidents. The analytical method used is the analysis of road characteristics, Z-Score, and Cusum analysis. The results obtained that service level of Kertanegara road is 0.61 where the flow is stable, the traffic density is moderate. Based on the analysis of the determination of accident-prone points, the result of Kartanegara road segment, Malang Regency, has a Z-Score for segment I of 0.25 and segment II of 0.17 which is included in the accident-prone criteria because it has a positive Z-Score. Kartanegara Road has also been identified as a black spot because it has a positive cusum value, including the Cusum segment I values of 7.00 and segment II of 13.3. The solution is to provide a traffic sign in the form of a traffic light at the intersection of Police Karangploso road and the intersection of Sentana road, providing management officer traffic flow in Simpang Nuril road and providing warning signs that are prone to accidents and vehicle speed limit at the Crossroads Kauman I and intersection Nuril road.

Abstract

Subgrade with poor strength and stability would cause the pavement to deform and crack easily. Different locations have different subgrade conditions. Different soil characteristics in different locations call for different treatment or stabilization measures. Poor subgrade strength is observed in Pronoyudo Street in Junrejo Sub-District, Batu City. This is evidenced by the cracked and chipped asphalt surface. The method used to determine the type and level of road damage in the study was Road Condition Index (RCI), while subgrade strength or CBR (California Bearing Ratio) was determined using DCP. In addition, sieve analysis was also performed for foundation material as well as testing water content and subgrade plasticity. Observations were made along 1,000 m (1 km) which was divided into 200 sq m. The analysis results showed a mean Road Condition Index (RCI) of 6.96% and the mean CBR value using the DCP tool was 2.48% (< 5%) with a DDT value of 3.39. A routine or periodic maintenance program is deemed to be the right management method for Pronoyudo Street in Junrejo Sub-District in Batu City. Therefore, overall, the program that has been carried out for road maintenance is in accordance with the results of research analysis and Public Works Ministerial Decree No. 13/PRT/M/2011.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki lebih dari 80 ribu desa sebagai satuan administrasi terkecil dari NKRI. Setiap desa, setidaknya membutuhkan tiga hingga empat jembatan untuk menyeberangi sungai, dan untuk mengakses fasilitas lainnya. Kebutuhan jembatan  yang banyak tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan anggaran negara yang dialokasikan terhadap pembangunan jembatan di desa-desa. Salah satu alternative konstruksi jembatan adalah dari material kayu juga merupakan material yang terbaharukan. Kendala dalam penggunaan kayu untuk konstruksi bangunan adalah kelangkaan kayu dengan dimensi  besar. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, maka  munculah  kayu  rekayasa (engeenered wood), salah satunya yaitu box beam. Box beam terbukti dapat meningkatkan inersia suatu bahan jika dibandingkan balok kayu konvensional dengan luas penampang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbandingan kekakuan antara jembatan kayu konvensional dan jembatan kayu menggunakan elemen box beam dari Kayu Kamper. Unsur kekakuan bias dinilai dari besarnya lendutan yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari perbandingan box beam dan balok kayu biasa ternyata box beam menghasilkan lendutan untuk B.58.58.8 lendutannya 0.852mm. Untuk balok B.50.50.10 lendutan yang terjadi 0.894 mm. Untuk balok B.45.45.12 lendutan yang terjadi 0.931 mm. Sedangkan untuk balok control B.40.40.20 lendutan yang terjadi 0.950 mm.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa box beam memiliki lendutan yang lebih kecil dari pada jembatan rangka dengan balok control (konvensional). Dan bisa menjadi rekomendasi pemilihan tipe struktur jembatan bentang pendek untuk Pedesaan karena lebih kaku.

Abstract

The method used to control the stability of the soil so that it does not experience landslides is by building a retaining wall. The construction of a retaining wall aims to maintain infrastructure and infrastructure plans to remain safe against rolling, shearing and carrying capacity of the land along the wall lines of the land for a long time (structurally strong) is a demand that must be carried out to protect the infrastructure from its failure. This research was carried out in several stages, starting from the preparation stage, collecting primary data, namely survey methods, measurements, documentation, laboratory experiments (soil types) and secondary data namely work drawings, location maps, list of unit prices needed in the analysis. Data analysis and steps in this study are: determining location, collecting data, through primary data and secondary data in supporting literature such as collecting and processing data, determining the type of soil, determining the type of retaining wall, determining the dimensions of the retaining wall, calculate the stability of rolling, shear and bearing capacity of the soil, calculate the budget plan against the dimensions of a stable retaining wall, draw details of the planned retaining wall planned. From the results of analysis of calculations and discussion of the Width of the Cantilever Type Ground Retaining Wall on street Brigjend Abdul Manan Wijaya, Pujon Subdistrict, Malang Regency can be concluded as follows: height (h) = 7.00 m, width of width (b) = 2 , 5 m, the width of the retaining wall = 0.4 m, foundation depth = 1 m, total height = 8.00 m and the total cost design for the construction of cantilever type retaining wall = Rp. 226,000,000.00. ABSTRAKSalah satu metode yang digunakan agar stabilitas tanah tidak terganggu adalah dengan membangun perkuatan dinding penahan tanah. Perencanaan  dinding penahan tanah, mempunyai tujuan guna menjaga bangunan tersebut aman terhadap guling, geser dan daya dukung tanah sepanjang garis dinding penahahan tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, mulai dari tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data primer (survei, pengukuran, dokumentasi, analisis tanah di laboratorium) dan data sekunder (gambar kerja, peta lokasi, daftar harga satuan) yang di perlukan dalam analisis. Data primer dan data sekunder diperlukan guna mendukung penelitian ini seperti mengumpulkan dan mengolah data, menentukan jenis tanah, menentukan jenis dinding penahan tanah, menentukan dimensi dinding penahan tanah, menghitung stabilitas tanah, menghitung rencana anggaran biaya terhadap dimensi dinding penahan tanah yang stabil, gambar detail dinding penahan tanah yang direncanakan. Dari hasil analisa dan pembahasan mengenai lebar alas dinding penahan tanah tipe kantilever di Jalan Brigjend Abdul Manan Wijaya, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang dapat disimpulkan bahwa: tinggi (h) = 7,00 m, lebar pandasi (b) = 2,5 m, lebar atas dinding penahan = 0,4 m, kedalaman pondasi = 1 m, tinggi total = 8,00 m dan total dana yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan dinding penahan tanah tipe kantilever = Rp. 226.000.000,00. Kata Kunci : studi efisiensi; dinding penahan; tipe kantilever

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the water flow, water requirement, water quality and satisfaction of society Subdistrict Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang Regency, analyze the effect of water flow, water requirement and water quality to the satisfaction of the people Subdistrict Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang Regency and to analyze between variable water flow, need for water and the water quality of the dominant influence on society satisfaction District of Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang Regency. The population in this study is the whole society Sumbermanjing Wetan District of Malang, amounting to 100.065 people. The number of samples in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Discharge water, water needs and water quality simultaneously significant effect on public satisfaction District of Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang Regency. This shows that the discharge of water plays a role in improving people's satisfaction and the better its water needs can lead to increasing people's satisfaction, as well as water quality perceived by the society of water is odorless, colorless, tasteless and tasted fresh able to increase community satisfaction. Discharge water, water needs and water quality is partially significant effect to the satisfaction of the District community Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang Regency. Water quality is dominant compared to variable water flow and water needs, which means that the main thing to consider in achieving the people's satisfaction is the quality of the water.

Abstract

Kota Batu adalah salah satu kota wisata di Indonesia yang paling terkena dampak covid 19, yaitu dilihat dari penurunan jumlah wisatawan. Berdasarkan peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Batu, Pemkot Batu menutup semua tempat wisata dan hiburan demi mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19. Pada masa transisi yaitu new normal, tempat-tempat wisata di Kota Batu mulai dibuka dengan beberapa aturan yang harus diterapkan terkait protokol Kesehatan. Pengunjung yang datang ke taman ini tentu memiliki persepsi dan preferensi masing-masing terkait dengan fasilitas yang telah disediakan pemeritah pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kepuasan pengunjung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi fisik fasilitas Alun-alun Kota Batu, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di Alun-alun Kota Batu, dan memberikan solusi dan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung di Alun-alun Kota Batu. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan diketahui kondisi fisik fasilitas alun-alun Batu sangat baik namun perlu penambahan beberapa fasilitas agar nantinya pengunjung merasa puas saat berkunjung. Berdasarkan analisa fasilitas di atas dapat kebanyakan pengunjung mengatakan sangat penting dan sangat puas dengan berbagai fasilitas yang ada hanya saja masih terdapat beberapa pengunjung yang masih mengatakan puas dari berdasarkan kategori kepuasan diantaranya fasilitas bermain anak, fasilitas temat santai, fasilitas jogging track serta daya tarik dan keindahan Alun-alun Batu.
