Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of village government officials through the use of village financial applications. Research method: Quantitative using part analysis of 285 employees of the village financial system operator, village treasurer, and village planning in Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. The results show that competence has a direct effect on employee performance and the use of information technology successfully mediates the relationship between competence and employee performance. Implication: Employees need to improve their skills in using technology to maximize expertise in financial planning and reporting. Keywords: Competence, Utilization of Technology, Employee Performance

Abstract

Business efficiency proves the ability of its managerial in facing intense competition, especially those of sharia insurance companies. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between growth assets, gross contributions, claims and investment to the efficiency of sharia insurance company in 2016-2019. This study used DEA analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis) to measure the efficiency level of seven sharia insurance companies in 2016 to 2019 by using input variables (asset totals, claim payments) and output variable (revenues and tabarru’ funds), then examine the relationship of independent variables (growth assets, gross contributions, claims and investment) against dependent variable (the efficiency of sharia insurance company) by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study demonstrated that the seven companies experienced the efficiency level of 100% in 2016 to 2017, but in 2018 to 2019 the three sharia insurance companies (PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Al-Amin, PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Jasa Mitra Abadi and PT Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia; or PT ReINDO Syariah) experienced an inefficiency. Then the relationship of growth assets, gross contributions, claims and investment to the efficiency of sharia insurance company does partially not effect significantly, but does simultaneously effect significantly. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi ajaran agama dan pengangguran terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Banjarmasin. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deksriftif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke 120 responden yang ada di lima kecamatan di Kota Banjarmasin juga disertai dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan relibilitas menggunakan Product Moment dan Alpha Croncbach melalui software IBM SPSS Versi 29, serta dilakukan uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kelayakan model regresi. Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa agama berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, kemudian pengangguran juga berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran servant leadership dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja inovatif dan memfasilitasi keberanian untuk berpikir out-of-the-box di CV Mayang Agung Sari.  Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemimpin dan anggota tim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik servant leadership secara signifikan menciptakan keselamatan psikologis, di mana karyawan merasa aman untuk mengambil risiko kreatif. Pemimpin memfasilitasi otonomi dan motivasi intrinsik dengan mengubah perannya dari manajer menjadi fasilitator, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh pernyataan partisipan, "Beliau tidak memberi jawaban, tapi mengajarkan saya cara untuk berpikir secara berbeda." Lebih lanjut, pendekatan terhadap kegagalan sebagai "eksperimen yang berharga" mendorong budaya pembelajaran dan ketahanan, yang sangat penting untuk inovasi berkelanjutan.  Secara keseluruhan, servant leadership berfungsi sebagai mekanisme katalitik yang memberdayakan karyawan, mengubah mereka dari sekadar pekerja menjadi inovator mandiri. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa investasi dalam praktik servant leadership dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mendorong inovasi dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to test and determine the direct and indirect influence between Social Media Marketing and positive electronic Word of Mouth on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur with Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable. This research uses quantitative research methods with an explanatory type and uses the SmartPLS data analysis method. by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to second semester and fourth semester Politeknik Hasnur students who are still active and residing in South Kalimantan with a sample of 171 respondents. The results of this test prove that Social Marketing Media has a significant influence on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur, positive electronic Word of Mouth has a significant influence on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur and Brand Trust as an intervening variable also has a significant influence on students' decisions in choosing Politeknik Hasnur  Keywords: Media Social Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Trust,  Decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green innovation on the value of companies with financial performance as mediators and political connections as moderation variables in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. Using the purposive sampling method of 50 observations, the data was analyzed through Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study revealed that green innovation had a significant positive effect on financial performance (β=0.252; p=0.031), but has no direct effect on the company's value (β=0.051; p=0.681). Financial performance was also found to fail to mediate the relationship (β=0.017; p=0.672), indicating that the capital market has not appreciated internal efficiency based on the environment independently. The most crucial finding is that political connections act as the main differentiating factor. Green innovation significantly improves financial performance (β=0.304; p=0.050) and company value (β=0.244; p=0.042) only in entities with political networks. The implications of this study confirm that in emerging markets, the technical capabilities of innovation must synergize with political institutional assets to achieve optimal market performance; therefore, the government needs to design a more transparent and inclusive energy transition incentive scheme for all industry players.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran signifikan karakteristik pribadi dalam menentukan pola, preferensi, dan kecenderungan perilaku belanja online pada Generasi Z (Gen Z) pengguna platform Shopee. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dalam studi ini diperkuat dengan berbagai justifikasi teoritis seperti model Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R), motivasi hedonis, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), dan prinsip Social Proof. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku belanja Gen Z sangat responsif terhadap stimulus eksternal berupa harga kompetitif dan program promosi agresif, yang menjadi pendorong utama aktivitas transaksi mereka. Karakteristik pribadi yang meliputi motivasi hedonis, seperti upaya self-reward atau mencari hiburan untuk mengatasi kebosanan, terbukti memicu pembelian impulsif yang tinggi. Selain itu, keputusan pembelian sangat dipengaruhi oleh Social Proof, di mana mayoritas responden memprioritaskan ulasan dan rating produk sebelum bertransaksi. Meskipun tingkat kesadaran psikologis terhadap FoMO beragam di antara responden, kemudahan akses teknologi dan frekuensi promosi harian yang terstruktur mendorong munculnya perilaku konsumtif yang berlebihan. Dampak negatif berupa pemborosan dan sifat impulsif ini diakui secara universal oleh seluruh responden. Kesimpulannya, interaksi antara karakteristik internal individu dengan fitur-fitur inovatif platform menjadikan Shopee bukan sekadar tempat belanja, melainkan ruang digital yang membentuk rutinitas harian Gen Z. Oleh karena itu, penguatan literasi keuangan sangat diperlukan agar kelompok ini dapat mengelola dorongan belanja secara lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab.
