Abstract

Perubahan status dari siswa menjadi pelajar, khususnya bagi perantau, tuntutan kemandirian finansial yang sering kali terkendala oleh kurangnya kedisiplinan dan gaya hidup konsumtif. Gaya hidup yang memengaruhi media sosial dan lingkungan pergaulan, seperti sering nongkrong dan belanja online, mendorong pengeluaran tak terkendali yang berujung pada kesulitan keuangan sebelum akhir bulan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami hubungan antara gaya hidup, pengelolaan keuangan, dan kedisiplinan finansial guna membantu mahasiswa perantauan mencapai stabilitas ekonomi dan psikologis. Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, Hasil : Menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kedisplinan Finasial (Y), Pengelolaan Keuangan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Kedisplinan Finansial (Y). Sedangkan Gaya Hidup (X1) dan Pengelolaan Keuangan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kedisplinan Finansial (Y) mahasiswa perantauan yang tinggal di kos.

Abstract

The development of social media has led people to increasingly use these platforms to build their self-image in modern business. This study aims to analyze how Shella Saukia utilizes social media to build a personal brand that supports her business activities. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, analyzing content taught on various digital platforms. The results show that maintaining consistency in content themes, conveying messages clearly, and aligning personal identity and professional image significantly helps strengthen relationships with audiences, increase public trust, and support strategic and sustainable business communication and performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays a strategic role in shaping students’ entrepreneurial spirit amid limited employment opportunities and the rapid development of the digital economy. In addition, social media utilization has become a relevant medium for students in developing small businesses. This article aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education and social media utilization in shaping students’ entrepreneurial spirit in developing small enterprises. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education contributes to the development of students’ entrepreneurial attitudes, mindset, and motivation, while social media serves as a practical medium for implementing entrepreneurial activities that support small business development. The integration of entrepreneurship education and social media utilization effectively fosters an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial spirit among students. Therefore, entrepreneurship education and social media utilization should be continuously strengthened in higher education institutions.
