Abstract

The village library is one of the means to improve village community education in activities to make the village more advanced. The existence of village library supports literacy in the community so that they have knowledge, especially in areas where access to information sources is limited. The method used in this scientific journal is a qualitative method by collecting interview data and literature study. The beginning of the establishment of the Raharja Village Creative Lumbung Library began with the concern of the Raharja Village Youth Organization which saw that children and teenagers interest in reading was very poor and they interacted more often with gadget, finally formed under the name Creative Lumbung Library. The Lumbung Library also has several programs such as (1) Computer Class Training, (2) Graphic Design Training, (3) Strengthening MSMEs, and (4) Learning Together. Community participation in program involvement is very enthusiastic but is hampered by inadequate space and sometimes borrowing halls for program implementation. The Creative Lumbung Library also motivates the public to always participate in the programs that are created to be able to keep up with the times by continuing to adapt to developments in technology and its use.Perpustakaan desa adalah salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan pendidikan masyarakat desa dalam kegiatan membangun desa agar lebih maju. Eksistensi perpustakaan desa dalam mendukung literasi pada masyarakat agar mempunyai pengetahuan terutama di daerah yang terbatas akan akses sumber informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam jurnal imiah ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawanncara dan studi literatur. Awal mula berdirinya Perpustakaan Lumbung Kreatif Desa Raharja yaitu berawal dari keresahan Karang Taruna Desa Raharja yang melihat minat anak-anak maupun remaja untuk membaca sangat buruk dan lebih sering berinteraksi dengan gadget, akhirnya dibentuk dengan nama Perpustakaan Lumbung Kreatif. Perpustakaan Lumbung Kreatif memiliki beberapa program seperti (1) Pelatihan Kelas Komputer, (2) Pelatihan Desain Grafis, (3) Penguatan UMKM, dan (4) Belajar Bersama. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam keterlibatan pada program sangat antusias tetapi terkendala dengan tempat yang kurang memadai dan terkadang meminjam aula untuk pelaksanaan program. Perpustakaan Lumbung Kreatif juga memotivasi masyarakat agar selalu ikut serta dalam program yang dibuat harus mengikuti zaman dengan terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan penggunaannya.

Abstract

Margamukti Village is one of the villages in Pangalengan District which is experiencing an increase in stunting cases. Integrated Service Post (posyandu) cadres as the frontline in providing health services in the community, especially for mothers and children, play an important role in stunting prevention efforts. However, the effectiveness of handling stunting is not only a matter of service availability, but also on the understanding and perception of posyandu cadres towards their duties and responsibilities in dealing with this problem. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore cadres' views on stunting management and the challenges they face in the field, particularly in Margamukti Village, in order to optimize their role in stunting prevention. This research used a qualitative approach through a PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) approach. The results showed that stunting is an important problem in Margamukti Village. Based on this problem, the perception of posyandu cadres can help the community to think more deeply so that they are able to pull all the causes of the case to its roots to find out what the consequences of the stunting problem are.

Abstract

Abstract. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been acknowledged abruptly changing various systems of human life, including the line of education which is the most important part of the human core. This also includes the line of education in the field of social welfare which has an impact on the implementation of community development which is usually carried out in the midst of the community or commonly referred to as practicum ii (two). Even though in the end, the students of the Social Welfare Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta still had to carry out during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, researchers intend to evaluate the implementation of community development in practicum II for social welfare students at Syarif Hidayatullah University Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research that uses this approach looks at various informants' perspectives which is carried out by FGD (Focus Group Discussion) consisting of Lecturers, Supervisors, Students as Practitioners and the community or related stakeholders. From the findings obtained, the implementation of community development can still be carried out despite the various differences and obstacles encountered in practicum II in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The most significant difference is related to the existence of Health protocol rules and also the implementation of practicum II in their respective domiciles. As for the obstacles, it is more a matter of limited time and communication between lecturers and practitioners and vice versa.Keywords: Community Development, Practicum II, Covid-19 PandemicAbstrak. Dampak pandemi covid-19 secara disadari merubah berbagai sistem tatanan kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali pada lini pendidikan yang merupakan bagian terpenting dari inti manusia. Hal ini juga termasuk pada lini pendidikan bidang kesejahteraan sosial yang berdampak pada pelaksanaan community development yang biasanya dilakukan di tengah-tengah masyarakat atau yang biasa disebut dengan praktikum ii (dua). Meski pada akhirnya, mahasiswa Program Studi Kesejahteraan Sosial UIN syarif hidayatullah jakarta tetap harus dijalankan di masa pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pelaksanaan community development pada praktikum II mahasiswa kesejahteraan sosial uin syarif hidayatullah jakarta di masa pandemi covid-19.  Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif ini mencoba melihat dari berbagai sudut pandang informan yang dilakukan dengan cara FGD (Focus Group Discussion) yang terdiri dari Dosen Pengampu, Dosen Pembimbing, Mahasiswa selaku Praktikan dan Masyarakat atau stakeholder yang terkait. Dari temuan yang didapatkan adalah pelaksanaan community development tetap dapat dijalankan meskipun dengan berbagai perbedaan dan kendala yang dihadapi pada praktikum II era pandemi covid-19. Perbedaan yang paling signifikan adalah terkait dengan adanya aturan protokol Kesehatan dan juga pelaksanaan praktikum II di domisili masing-masing. Sedangkan untuk kendala, lebih kepada persoalan waktu yang dirasakan terbatas dan komunikasi baik antara dosen dengan praktikan maupun sebaliknya. Kata kunci: Community Development, Praktikum II, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract. Sexual violence that occurs in Indonesia is increasingly prevalent and the victims of sexual violence are women. Sexual violence also occurs in educational institutions such as universities. The phenomenon of sexual violence in college can occur due to several factors and can be done by anyone if any opportunity. Sexual violence experienced by women resulting in prolonged trauma and requires social and psychological assistance to heal their trauma. This study aims to see how social worker interventions to carry out psychosocial support to victims of female sexual violence. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research to be able to explain the research results comprehensively. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with the academy and social worker profession at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The results showed that sexual violence to students who had received assistance from LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta was caused by several factors, namely factors of proximity, attachment, and helplessness, as for the services of social workers LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta based on knowledge, skills and values and ethics applied in social worker practices. In this study, it was found that the theory used by social workers at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta used Strength Based Perspective. The stages of services carried out by social workers at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to clients of victims of sexual violence are relationship building, assessment (problem digging), intervention planning (planning), implementation of interventions, evaluation, termination and follow-up.Keywords: Sexual Violence, Intervention, Social Worker. Abstrak. Kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di Indonesia semakin marak dan korbannya adalah perempuan. Kekerasan seksual juga terjadi di lembaga pendidikan seperti perguruan tinggi. Fenomena kekerasan seksual di perguruan tinggi bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor dan bisa dilakukan oleh siapa pun. Kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh perempuan berakibat trauma berkepanjangan dan membutuhkan pendampingan sosial dan psikologi untuk menyembuhkan traumanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana intervensi pekerja sosial melakukan dukungan psikososial kepada korban kekerasan seksual perempuan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk dapat menjelaskan hasil penelitian secara komprehensif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada akademi dan profesi pekerja sosial di LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekerasan seksual pada mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan pendampingan dari LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor kedekatan, kelekatan, dan ketidakberdayaan, Adapun pelayanan pekerja sosial LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta berdasarkan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta nilai dan etika yang diterapkan dalam praktik pekerja sosial. Dalam penelitian ini, teori yang digunakan oleh pekerja sosial di LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta adalah Strength Based Perspektif. Adapun tahapan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh pekerja sosial di LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta kepada klien korban kekerasan seksual yaitu, penjalinan relasi, assesment (penggalian masalah), perencanaan intervensi(planning), pelaksanaan intervensi, evaluasi, terminasi dan follow-up.Kata kunci: Kekerasan Seksual, Intervensi, Pekerja Sosial.

Abstract

Based on existing data and analysis, many have suggested that women bear more burdens than men in theirdomestic lives when the covid-19 pandemic occurs. Because of this, there is a discourse of gender injustice due to theexcessive double burden of women compared to men in the household in this pandemic period. Then how Islamactually views the vulnerability of women in bearing the double burden. Therefore, the author wants to raise thetheme of how the Islamic point of view of the vulnerability of women with double burdens in the family during thecovid-19 pandemic in Depok City. Where the author also tries to study in research that uses qualitative research.This qualitative research aims to explain existing phenomena by collecting data using interview methods withwomen in Depok City and literature studies that aim to study various literature related to how Islamic viewpointson the vulnerability of women with double burdens in the family. The result of this study is the vulnerability ofwomen with a double burden in the family is already starting awareness to share roles, but due to pandemicsactually cause limited roles that must be borne by men and women are difficult to equalize. While in Islam viewmen and women have the same or equal position in the affairs of household, where there is expected to be anagreement between the two parties. So it is important to build knowledge from the point of view of Islam inproviding a fair division for men and women to have a role in the family.

Abstract

The right to education is one of the fundamental human rights, irrespective of one's status. Therefore, the right to education should also be available to refugees. The education rights of refugees are protected under the 1951 Refugee Convention, where the contracting states must provide basic education. However, not all countries have joined this convention, including Indonesia, which has not ratified the 1951 Geneva Convention and the 1967 Protocol on the Status of Refugees. Although the Indonesian government has not been able to fulfill these obligations, there are civil society organizations providing alternative education to help refugees sustain themselves in Indonesia until they have the opportunity for resettlement. One such organization is Dompet Dhuafa with its School for Refugee (SFR) program, which aims to provide alternative education for refugee children. This research aims to analyze the needs of refugees in preparing for the resettlement stage. The method used in the research is qualitative, where data collection is carried out directly with involved stakeholders, as well as documentation and literature obtained from primary sources. The conclusion of this research is that there are several requirements that refugees must meet in the resettlement process, including proficiency in English, soft skills, and hard skills. Additionally, in the implementation of the program, the SFR team found that the preparation for the Indonesian language is not only for children but also for adult refugees. Hence, there is a need to establish a Learning Empowerment Center for refugees with the hope that they can meet the requirements for the resettlement process.

Abstract

General election, as a locust for citizens, functions to practice their voting rights, including those people with different abilities. Although there have been policies covering the right of the later, until now, the election system still facing problems for fulfilling the right for people with disabilities. Based on report documents of two general elections, this article discusses several crucial challenges such as data on people with disabilities, accessibility to voting venue, lack of understanding of both field officer and persons with disabilities. Thus, these situations reflect a big agenda for the expected future elections in regard to in the fulfillment of persons with disabilities rights.Keywords: Penyandang Disabilitas, Pemilu, Aksebilitas.

Abstract

Abstract. The rise of social conflicts generated in Pemilukada in different ways need an anticipated measure. If the problems continue to increase, Social Development Goals such as community development is difficult to realize while public will only be a victim. In this regard, this article intends to explore a case of social conflict during Pemilukada in Palopo City. This means understanding the causes of the emergence of social conflicts exists in during Pemilukada. Utilizing a qualitative research approach with exploration methods based on available sources, the analysis is performed by linking the existing conflict theory with the results of interviews and observations of the author. Findings indicates three points generating the emergence of social conflict, where each of them have a deterrent social conflict in Pemilukada. Abstrak. Maraknya konflik sosial yang ditimbulkan dalam pemilukada di berbagai daerah sudah seharusnya dapat diantisipasi secara lebih baik. Karena jika masalah sosial ini terus mengalami peningkatan maka salah satu tujuan dari pembangunan sosial yaitu pengembangan masyarakat justru tidak akan terwujud karena masyarakat hanya akan menjadi korban dari konflik yang telah terjadi selama pemilukada berlangsung. Karena itu, penulis mencoba untuk melakukan penelitian berdasarkan salah satu kasus konflik sosial yang telah terjadi pada pemilukada yaitu di Kota Palopo. Berkaca dari konflik sosial yang terjadi dalam pemilukada di Kota Palopo, penulis mencoba menakar apa saja penyebab dari munculnya konflik sosial yang ada dalam pemilukada. Dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif dengan metode ekplorasi berdasarkan sumber-sumber yang ada. Kemudian analisa dilakukan dengan menghubungkan antara teori konflik yang ada dengan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan penulis. Di mana dari analisa penulis telah ditemukan tiga hal yang menjadi penyebab dari munculnya konflik sosial, masing-masing dari ketiganya ini juga dapat menjadi pencegah terjadinya konflik sosial dalam pemilukada.
