Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas memiliki tujuan terkait permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas terutama pembelajaran PJOK khususnya pada materi passing atas bola voli. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan mengenai permasalahan ini yakni melalui permainan modifikasi dengan lempar tangkap bola. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil adanya peningkatan belajar keterampilan gerak passing atas bola voli setelah dilakukan treatment menggunakan permainan lempar tangkap. Data awal observasi kepada peserta didik menunjukkan hasil yang tidak tuntas dengan nilai 86,21% yang artinya ada sebanyak 27 siswa belum tuntas dan setelah dilaksanakan modifikasi dengan permainan lempar tangkap pada sisklus satu menunjukkan nilai peningkatan sebanyak 51, 72% menjelaskan bahwa 16 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan. Sedangkan pada siklus ke dua mendapatkan kenaikan nilai sebesar 65,52% yakni 21 siswa mengalami ke tuntasan. Maka berdasarkan hasil data penelitian tersebut menjelaskan adanya peningkatan setelah diberikan treatment menggunakan permainan lempar tangkap pada peserta didik X-TAV 2 (Teknik Audio Visual) di SMKN 3 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research program aimed to improve farmers’ understanding of the Jajar Legowo rice planting system and to analyze the factors influencing their perceptions. The program was conducted with the Sukatani Farmer Group in Tukdana Village, Indramayu Regency, using a mixed-method approach that combined observation, interviews, and questionnaires with 30 farmers. The results showed that farmers’ knowledge of the Jajar Legowo system was relatively low (54.17%), while their attitude was in the moderate category (58.92%). Correlation analysis revealed a strong relationship between knowledge and attitude (r = 0.672), which together shaped farmers’ perceptions of the system. Further analysis indicated that only land area had a significant influence on farmers’ perceptions, while age and education level showed no significant effect. Qualitative findings also revealed that farmers’ perceptions were influenced by direct farming experience, agricultural extension activities, institutional support, and social influence from leading farmers. Based on these findings, efforts to increase the adoption of the Jajar Legowo planting system require participatory extension strategies, hands-on demonstrations, and strengthened farmer group involvement.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist Juanda FC Football School (SSB) in Sidoarjo in developing a structured and valid physical fitness evaluation system. The main issue faced was the absence of a standardized method for measuring physical fitness, resulting in data that lacked accuracy to support the coaching program. The method used was a combination of classical lectures and hands-on training in conducting the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) and the Harvard Step Test. The activity was conducted over two days and involved 26 participants consisting of coaches and students. The results showed that 33.3% of the students were in the moderate fitness category, 23.8% in the good category, and 9.5% in the very good category. Meanwhile, 14.3% were in the low fitness category, and 19.1% in the very low category. In addition, the coaches' ability to independently carry out valid and reliable fitness tests improved significantly. This activity is expected to establish a culture of data-based evaluation and strengthen early-age athlete development at Juanda FC Football School.
